Buena opción. Este hotel es una buena opción si buscas comodidad y tranquilidad por un precio razonable. Sus habitaciones están muy limpias y ordenadas. Cuenta con una piscina como para unas 20 personas aunque creo que deberían tener a alguien que vigile ya que cuando estuve habían al rededor de 10 niños todos brincando (y sus padres solo ignoraban), así que eso fue un poco desagradable. El área de Gym no está muy equipada, solo tiene 3 máquinas de correr y una polea. El desayuno no tiene muchas opciones pero lo poco que había estaba muy rico y el personal muy amable!! En general, si volvería.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Nice staff. I could not figure out how to turn the fan off on the wall unit of the air conditioning controls. So there was always fan noise even when I did not want it. If you can live with that or get maintenance to help you, it was a nice place.

The rooms were in good condition although it was a little inconvenient having to change rooms. Also the staff were mostly quiet and kept to themselves. We are still waiting on our deposit to be returned.

Check-in was good. The room smelled like old, stale cigarette smoke.
All night long, there was something going on in the parking lot, or the parking lot next door. It sounded like someone was working on their vehicle.
It's ok for a one night emergency stay, but I wouldn't want to stay longer than that.

Yes, by far one of the cleanest and well kept properties that we have had the pleasure of staying at, for sure. And also one of the best tasting breakfast bars in the mornings that weve had the enjoyment of attending and filling our bellies up on, yes quite good due to the circumstances and weather. You see I happen to have fractured my sternum the day before our departure to Obetz. But due to our quick accomadations to your wonderful little nook, we were able to pay our respects to the family of our dear friend Lee Gunderson, who passed away suddenly this past week, may he RIP, AMEN!!! Although this was a Sad occasion, somehow Holiday Inn Express always seems to try and help you get through rough spots of your Trip, honestly they really do. And so as always our Travels are made a little less painful during these kind of Occasions, and as always we send our upmost strongest Thanks during our time of need for Sympathy and Hardship. They were short staffed due to the weather which was totally understandable. We had to wait for our room and the one we were given the heat didn’t work. It’s a blizzard with below zero temperatures. They did give us another room when asked for which we were appreciative. What was strange is the desk clerk knew the heater didn’t work in the original room she gave us.

My room was nice but I did find hair in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and accepting. I love the variety we had for breakfast. Parking was convenient. My kids very much enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan on rebooking again.

No one was working when we arrived around PM, after 15 minutes i called a few times, could hear the phone ring and no one was there. More than one person was waiting, one noticed our info out in plain site on the desk with room keys. I took the key up to that room thinking maybe this is a new way of checking in.
A door down the hall unlocked and a young couple came out, said they were the \"managers' their english was next to impossible to understand. It had been roughly an hour now waiting to check in. We called Holiday Inn customer service and they said it is Expedia's fault no one was at their recpetion desk.

Expedia when contacted couldn't do anything.
We have stayed ion litereally more than a hundred hotels in our life and will never use Holiday \"it's expedia's fault\" not ours again
Worst experience ever.

Everything was great except the hotel manager going door to door at 9:30pm yelling “manager” and knocking on all doors until each guest answered. She said it was a wellness check. It was very inconvenient as I was in bed. I wasn’t the only guest upset about this. I have stayed in countless hotels and this was a first for me. Hopefully the last.

Very cold water when family tried to take showers. Super loud neighbors which sounded like they were in the room with you somehow. Staff was a bit off, they were completely rude, just not really friendly. Don’t really suggest using this hotel for families.

Very easy location to find with plenty of parking. Upon check in we noticed our room smelled like marijuana in a non smoking room. The front desk attendant offered to spray the room for us as they had no other rooms available. We decline the offer due to asthmatic reactions to some aerosol sprays. There was not a functioning window to open so we left the exhaust fan in the bathroom on. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also plentiful with good options.

The stay was nice. -The hallways echoed a little but wasn’t very loud or noisy was able to sleep. I was charged an additional $50 when checking into the hotel for a deposit. The sink was cracked and vanity had a chip when I checked out the room and have time stamped pictures and reported the issue to the receptionist in the morning. The security deposit was returned 3 days later. The room was clean, decorated nicely. The bed was so soft that I sunk in and could have stayed in forever. Upfront about the cost of the room, but I guess that’s how you get someone to stay. The complementary breakfast does not start until 630 am on the sign but was not available until after. The website reported breakfast started at 6am.

First of all, I wasn't aware and never notified that there was a $50.01 deposit upon checkin when making the reservation. The girl working the front desk around 6pm yesterday was unbelievably rude and never pointed me to our room or said thank u, enjoy ur stay, or let us know if we can help- not a word. She is in the wrong profession, and I wld recommend another hotel based just on her lack of accommodation and friendliness. She also told me the deposit would be back in my account when I checked out, but the lady working this morning said 3-5 business days. Cistomwrs shld be made aware of this deposit when booking.
At some point we received an important call, but wasn't notified until checking out. Is it that hard to transfer a call to the room??? Very disappointed in the desk staff- both acted like they wld rather be anywhere else.
Lastly, the pool water was warmer than the water that came out of our showerhead. We got less than 5 minutes of luke warm water. I wld not recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to shower.
Nice building, good food, rooms were nice and clean, and it's a convenient location. All staff were friendly except the ones working the front desk who shld be the friendliest. Too bad the evening desk staff and lack of hot water will keep me from returning.

One of our most favourite hotels in our 4 wk stay. Very spacious, modern room with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was gorgeous! A huge vanity, with great lighting. Lots of variety at breakfast, including a full cooked breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Convenient parking, and on-site washing facilities.

I'm writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

The property was nice, clean, and felt well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate their excellent service.

My only concern was the carpet in my room. It appeared to be quite old and had some noticeable stains, which detracted a bit from an otherwise excellent stay.

It was adequate. I couldn't get a receipt, because the staff didn't give me one. I was told that Expedia would give me a receipt.

It should not be hard to get a receipt (folio), as soon as you check out of a hotel. That is your record that you actually left everything intact and on time.

I still need my receipt.

I havent been in a room that i couldnt set the a/c to run continuous fan in longer than i can remember. Once it kicked off, all the noisy guest could be heard loud and clear. Along with their music. Woke us up most times it kicked back on as that unit i LOUD. Toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in WEEKS. It was the perfect room (208) if you're traveling with a big family. You could fit cribs, pack n play, cots just about whatever you wanted. Breakfast was good, but I'm not sure I'd stay at this one again.

The young lady who checked me in was wonderful. The downside is that the bathroom floor was dirty. I stood on a towel, and the dirt that came off the floor was bad. Blood on the pillowcase. When reported to the front desk manager he did not seem to care. Forget breakfast the area was reasonably fit 5 or 6 people not an entire hotel.

Great location by the Zucchini Festival for the weekend! It was so nice and clean inside the lobby and the rooms were also very clean and updated! Breakfast was way better than expected. Caitllin at the front desk was so helpful and friendly when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. The only negative was that a new Dunkin was being built right beside the hotel and wasn't open yet, lol!

We showed up at the property at 2:45 PM and was scolded by rude staff telling us the check-in wasn’t until 3 PM and there would be a $50 early check-in fee if we needed to check in at 2:45 PM. I rolled my eyes and said well we’ll get in line with the rest of these people And the lady said whatever you want to do and walked away. The staff is extremely rude, when I accidentallyspilled water on the floor from a cooler later that evening, I went to find staff to ask for a towel, but couldn’t find anyone. I was told just leave. I was yelled at when I tried to find somebody to ask for a towel. Most of the staff does not speak English and could not understand what we were asking for. I will never go back to that hotel.

Tried to check in 20 min early. $50 charge for early check in so we waited the 20 min. The Toilet in our room would not flush. It was(Plugged)Guy came up and ran a snake into it make a big mess on the floor. Half mopped it up and left. TV wouldn’t work . Only 2 lights in the room . Light switches were everywhere that didn’t go to anything. . Rude people at the front desk. I never write bad reviews but I’ll never stay here again.

We booked a suite with a fold out sofa, but room did not have the sofa. We were given a roll out bed, but the bedding did not fit it. We were also not given spare bedding for the chaise couch. Under the coffee table was slimy, unknown crusty stain on the coffee table. Dirty floor on the bathroom, and no spare toilet paper. Staff lied to one visitor about breakfast item being out, then when more asked about it they suddenly made more.

Excellent hotel. My room had a nice bench / luggage rack which was a nice touch. Breakfast was awesome, hot cheese omelets, sausage, gravy, biscuits; chobani and oikos yogurt cups, fresh fruit, top notch baked goods… an attendant was there wiping down countertops and tables as well as refilling the buffet as needed. Honestly hotel breakfasts are a make or break deal for most of us, this one was superb. Worth it. There’s also a nice clean pool and fitness room stocked with drinking water and towels, didn’t have the time to enjoy those amenities but would if I stayed longer.

From arrival til departure was a very smooth experience had flight delay arrived at hotel around 10pm. Quick check in we were off 2 bed. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff running breakfast buffet was quick to keep everything filled. Would definitely recommend.
