The pictures shown in the listing image was very deceiving, did not look anything the the nice room shown. The room I received was a non smoking room and smelled very badly like smoke, even my clothes upon unpacking after returning home smelled like stale smoke. The wallpaper was falling off the walls in several areas, the air conditioner components were falling apart, there were holes in the walls, every dresser and bedside drawer in the room was being held shut by blue painters tape on the sides as they woukd just slide open. The bathroom door wouldn't even shut or close properly. The carpet was disgustingly unclean and you could feel diviots/holes underneath it as you were walking on it. The elevator was terrifyingly unsafe and would continue to move and make noise after the doors opened to enter/exit. I have photos and videos I would glady show to compare to the listing presented. I'm embarrassed to say that I had to sleep in that room, had I had the time to cancel and book a new one that evening I definitely would have!

I just love staying at this hotel.
The staff is always excellent, the rooms are always clean, and it's surprisingly quiet even though it's close to an airport. I loved sitting in the pool watching the sunset and sunrise... Definitely recommend this hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I found pizza crust and sauce cup in the corner of the room behind the nightstand and a water bottle and soda lid under the bed and the hair dryer didn’t work and there was two broken lamps in my room and the drain plug didn’t work in the tub either but other than that the jacuzzi was nice

Just checked and I immediately regret booking this hotel. This hotel looks disgusting. I feel disgusted even laying on this bed. As you walk in, you can tell no one cleans the place. The carpet is nasty. Walls are nasty.

In the room, the floor is disgusting. The window was beyond nasty- I literally had to clean it myself because of the smears of unknown liquids. The hotel room looks like a remodel was attempted and then stopped halfway through. The trim on the door is literally just on the wall. The toilet moves when you sit. The toilet is white but the shower is yellow.

If you would just clean the damn place, it would make a HUGE improvement. This place looks neglected. My family has just made comments about “another thing” they’ve found wrong here. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m actively looking for another hotel while I’m sitting here.

The room AC and heater worked great. Plenty of hot water in the shower and at the sink. I rarely heard anyone in the hallway, and I was far enough away from the elevator that I couldn't hear it opening and closing.

My only problem was the in-room coffee maker didn't work. It would heat the water, but instead of pushing it through the filter to the cup it would bubble out the sides of the lid.

My recent stay at was not just disappointing, it was genuinely shocking, disgusting, and borderline hazardous. The room we were in should have never been rented out in this appalling state.
Management Knew and Failed to Act
The issues began with a noticeable, foul smell of mold and mildew the moment we walked in. The management clearly knew about this health hazard, as there were multiple air fresheners hanging throughout the room in a pathetic attempt to mask the odor instead of addressing the source of the contamination.
We contacted the front desk in the evening and spoke to an attendant who promised to speak with the manager about switching our room or providing a solution. No one ever came to our room, called us, or followed up with any options whatsoever. This confirmed the hotel's complete lack of care and disrespect for guest safety.
Unsanitary and Damaged Room Conditions
The physical condition of the room was just as horrifying:
Flooded, Contaminated Showers: The shower curtain rod was half-ripped off the wall, creating an approximately two-foot gap. Worse, the tub did not drain at all. Every time we showered, the filthy water, mixed with visible residue from the previous guest (on the tub floor/walls), rose up over our feet. We were standing in a pool of contaminated water—a severe health risk.
Broken Toilet: The toilet seat was broken and loose, shifting dangerously to the right or left every time someone sat on it.

I booked a suite w jacuzzi tub at this location because it was stated pet friendly online. My wife and I were on our way to our honeymoon and this was the first stop. I arrived and they told me that room didn’t allow pets (pet friendly?). The employee told me I could downgrade and get a refund. I accepted. When i contacted Expedia they said my refund was denied by management. I called hotel and they said they would approve when Expedia called them back. Expedia has been unable to contact the hotel for a week about this. The manager is purposely not answering the call it seems. Hint’s “crooked management!” It wasn’t a lot of money that was getting refunded, it was just the fact that these people lied and deceived me from the start and that’s what gets me!!!!

When we arrived at the hotel it smelt of smoke everywhere inside. We walked to our room & the floors were dirty it looked like nobody had vacuumed in months. We got to our room and it looked decent from the beginning. We checked the beds, then proceeded to check the bathroom to then find a cockroach climbing up the wall. We then found one on the ceiling. And then one on the wall that jumped onto my friends bed. At this point we decided there was no way we were staying at the hotel. We checked out and luckily had a friend with an air bnb. Don’t stay here. It’s unsafe & looks like it has not been cleaned in years. The staff said ‘bed bugs?’ We got rid of that problem. When we did not speak of bed bugs but of roaches. So must have had 2 problems.

The rooms were extremely unkept. Faucet was rusted almost all the way thru. Rusted shower drain, Rips in the bouch with unknown stains. Holes in the walls. Door lock completly broken off leaving me and my travel partner feeling unsafe. Mold in bathroom. Water damage on ceilings, broken fixtures room smelt very musty when we entered. Not to mention the cockroach we found jn the sink the next morning. Carpet completely ripped at the door. This hotel was run down. Mattress was very old and breaking down not to mention no bedbug protector. If we werent desperate for a hotel I would have left. How people are leaving good reviews is beyond me.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at I had to switch rooms three time because the first room had mold all over the shower faucet and drain, the man switched the rooms with barley saying anything to me. The second room was across the hall was also disgusting had two broken lamps an ugly dirty ripped chair and the dry wall on the was cracked and peeling and the bathroom faucets were gross again, both the phone and fridge didn’t work and there was what looked the vomit on the floor. The third room the tub had a bunch of mold in the bath tub and the lamps didn’t even have any light bulbs. Everytime I called never once did I get an apology or anything. Will never stay here again

Horrible Place to Stay! Go anywhere else

The state of the room and hotel was completely different compared to what is described on hotel website and in previous reviews on site.
The hotel is clearly under construction. Parking lot and surrounding yard around hotel is littered with shipping containers, building materials, scrap and replacement parts for hotel. The elevator, and hallways all leading up to the room are in disrepair ripped carpets and dirty from drywall dust, dirt and construction mess. The hallway reeked of marijuana and Indian food smell. Entering my room I found so many areas of damage and broken items. First off and in relation to the security of my room- the secondary bar lock at top of door was completely snapped/broken off and the door was so not aligned so the deadbolt would not engage either. On to the condition of the room- multiple broken light switches (entry light and first/main light in the room wouldn’t turn on), tub drain was broken and full of previous visitors hair, all of the wallpaper throughout the room is peeling back and falling off the bathroom specifically has peeling wallpaper and mold all along the border of the shower. The toilet handle is broken. The headboard was broken on both sides, mattress and box springs are visibly stained and very dirty. The dresser drawers are all broken and will not stay closed (duct tape was used to keep them shut. Can’t say enough how bad this place was and not worth any amount of money.

When my fiancé and I first arrived for our reservations they had construction in the parking lot and one drive way blocked making it hard to access the hotel. Then the guy working the counter asked for id and credit card. He was very short and never clarified why he needed my card and provided no receipt. When we got into our room the lights barely worked and the carpet surrounding the jacuzzi was falling off. We brushed off cause we just were there to sleep but fast forward to 1:30 am we’re both woken up with bite marks of three and extremely itchy due to bed bugs! We immediately check out and ask for a refund and we were just told they don’t have bugs and a manager will call us in the morning. So we drove 3 in a half hours home and never got a call. So I call to talk to the manager who is very rude saying they can’t refund me because they can’t prove they have beg bugs and to call corporate. So I call corporate and that they’re not in charge with it since it’s an individually owned franchise. And to contact the owner. Overall an absolute horrible experience and a waste of $250.

The door to every other room on the floor was opened and they were very obviously being renovated. It appeared we were in the only room on the second floor that they had not yet torn apart for renovation. It was very run down (flickering lights, pictures off of walls, beds sloppily made, paint peeling on walls and ceiling.

The property was incredibly poorly maintained, furniture stand, outlets were literally broken-only one available to charge a phone- every lamp in our second room was broken, this is after the first room was so dangerous we had to be moved, the phone in our room was broken, the balcony door handle was broken and we couldn't get out. The first room had a broken painting directly over the head of the bed, a shard so large that it could have caused a catastrophically severe injury had it dislodged which was a very likely possibility. We requested a partial refund or full refund but were denied. There was no manager on duty for the night and day of our stay for us or Expedia to communicate with. Expedia did an amazing job attempting to rectify the situation, but unfortunately the off-site manager was unwilling to assist, despite the very very high price of our stay. We got the executive suite and had the room been maintained, it would have been amazing! It was beautiful, it had wonderful amenities and had great potential. We would have considered staying again sometime if the rooms were updated / fixed but due to the lack of consideration we are unlikely to ever in the future.

Tail is now under construction there’s heavy equipment all over the yard and the parking area making it difficult to park. The restaurant/bar is closed. They charge $100 deposit that nobody says anything about and the front desk has an attitude with everybody that walks in would not recommend.

1st floor room was awful, who gives the guest bleach to clean a blood spot on bathroom corner because housekeeping gone for day? This place did. 3rd floor was more on par with a 2 star. Breakfast wasn't the worst but looks like they try a little more on weekend. Indoor pool was not heated but seemed clean, pool towels available. nothing within walking distance. Piles of stuff ready for room renovations so hopefully in future it will be much better. No bugs so must have had recent exterminator visit.

Wall paper peeling. Baseboard falling off. The shower curtain fell while in the shower. Had hinges broke on furniture. Sketchy elevators. Old beds with practically no comforters. Security doors on the outside of the building dont even lock. Anyone can just walk in the place. Turn on the air conditioning and it smells like mildew. The place just has a weird odor all together. The parking lot has a shipping container in it. And of coarse the many pallets of tiolets sitting outside. Yes tiolets. The breakfast was terrible. The had one mini sausage biscuit that was hard and cold. Straight out of a walmart package. They had 5 mini muffins that were okay but still from walmart. And a nice dish of old gravy that looked like cat food. And a foreign guy sitting on his phone not stocking it with anything. Want to check out after your visit...Was told by the same guy that was supposed to keep the breakfast stocked to \"throw your key on the counter they will get it\". Place is an absolute dump.... What happened Wyndham.

The initial room given overwhelmingly smelt like urine, so we were given a new room and told not to ask to exchange again because this is the last room. The next room looks like someone stayed 1 night and staff only cleaned the bathroom, the bed was not made, the duvet was missing and the sheets were stained with dried blood. I am happy I payed extra for room insurance because the window was also broken on the outside. I could keep going but I am limited on characters or allowing pictures uggh

Cheap hotel, bring shoes if you want to shower

This hotel was not the worst, but I won’t be staying here again. Upon arrival check in went smoothly and we went up to our room. We were greeted by peeling wallpaper, a dirty window with tattered curtains, and stains on the mattresses. The sheets on top of the bed appeared to be clean, as well as the pillows. Not a complete disaster, but definitely not my best hotel experience. The bathroom toilet was at least cleaned, but the shower floor was disgusting. The bathroom also featured a timed light you have to twist back for extra light and rusted vent with no apparent fan. I would not recommend this hotel for an extended stay, but as a last resort, it’s not the worst place for one nights sleep. See photos for details.

The pool was nice. Warm. And jets of water in the pool massage you. At breakfast, the coffee machine could make fru-fru coffee. We chose this property because they were pet friendly. Upon check in they informed us there was a pet fee of $25/night. This was not disclosed at check or during the booking process. The first room was clean but all the furniture and fixtures were disheveled. All the lights were unplugged. The toilet would not flush properly. We were gone all day, only to come back to a room that had NOT been cleaned. No new towels. We used all the ones in the room the night before because there were only 2. And the toilet was still not working. After inspection, the plumbing inside the tank were the wrong parts for the toilet, and the tank would not fill properly, therefore it would not flush. When we went to the front desk, the person on duty asked me if I wanted a plunger? Are you kidding me, NO, I want a toilet that works. We were told that the room they were moving us to was the last room, so if this one did not work for us, there was nothing they could do. We changed rooms, only to put in a room that was worse than the one before, but at least the toilet flushed. There was mold on the wall above the shower. The vent in the bathroom was filthy, and there was a car freshener vent clip attached to it. Like that was going to make that room smell better. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall not in working condition. The secondary door latch/security latch was busted, so we could not use it. The window locks were broken, the window could be easily opened from outside. Do not stay here!

Outside appearances good, but...

Our assigned room was in used condition, where a person left a very visible imprint on a bed, with tv remote on the bed. Got a room switch, and that one was absolutely filthy - walls, carpet, side of bed, artwork, mirrors. Bathroom wallpaper peeling off everywhere. Bathroom light not working. TV had no cable connection. Strong weed smell in elevator and halls. Otherwise, beds were comfortable, pool was nice.

Had to change rooms bc the room was dirty...the Jacuzzi tub was extremely dirty and asked for cleaning supplies they told me they were locked in maintenance closet...there was also a full bag of trash on the floor...he did switch us rooms and we had to clean the tub in that one as well stay was okay just poor cleanliness

Checked into the hotel, and our room was dirty with used toilet paper and skin care products throughout the room, requested a new room and was given another dirty room with bugs and light fixtures, light fixtures not working, and hair elastics with hair on the windowsill, locks of two bedroom doors were easily manipulated and people could open a locked door if they had a key. Was also directed by front desk staff that tap water was unsafe to drink and was required to purchase bottled water at the desk. No support provided by front desk staff when second room received was also dirty when informed him of our disappointment, he had no solutions to offer so we left and found a different hotel last.

The room conditions itself were awful. The room was so old and smelled. The shower was clogged and the bathroom wouldn't flush. I would not recommend, unless you're used to those types of conditions. But the rates are definitely not worth the stay.

Where is the housekeepers

The first room I stayed in had 3 lamps, neither lamp worked. The 2nd room I stayed in the remote control for the tv did not work, they got me a 2nd remote and that did not work either. My third room need better vacuuming, the floors where the refrigerator was they need to be vacuumed as well, corners and crevices. This place they are trying to upgrade, however if you paid between 50 and 70 dollars and they did a better job with housekeeping, it would be fine, any above 70 stay somehere else.
