Our room had the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The staff was super helpful, however, the hotel was fully booked, so there wasn’t anything they could do for us. The bathroom was also not as clean as we would’ve liked it to be. There seemed to be dried blood on the back of the door that wasn’t cleaned up. The fitness center was quite small, and most of the machines were in need of repair.

There was a water leak in the bathroom above mine. The water dripped all over my bathroom. The hotel knew about it, they should have come in my room and cleaned up the water over flow, instead, I did it.

Super clean, fairly up to date decor, and a friendly and professional staff. Only ding in the experience was the bathroom-- tiny lacking an exhaust fan.

On the plus, plenty of hot water. Would stay there again, water closet notwithstanding.

The mini fridge was missing and the cabinet was caked in dust. The exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. The toilet was not fixed to the floor and it would easily swivel the sat on. The room smelled like smoke. Overall it was clean and comfortable so that is why I didn’t rate it any lower. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and we had to call the front desk to request one which they did provide within a few minutes. The phone in the room did not work and we had to use our cell to contact the front desk

Check in was easy, quick. The room was clean but worn. The carpet in hall was threadbare in places and the elevator was clunky and old. But breakfast was good and the server, Alan, was very friendly. Would stay again but would also stay somewhere else for a comparable price.

The pool was closed and I was not advised before we checked. They said the heater was broken. We were traveling with our grandson who was really am disappointed so if I would have been told I would have stayed somewhere else. Snacks were very limited and we got back late from hockey game with No room service or any food or snacks. And the next day the … restaurant does not open till 4 and closes at 9 ish.

The staff for the hotel were nice, the room was clean and we were happy with the condition of the hotel.
David at Burger Theory was an amazing bartender! The bar drink selection is limited but he was able to whip up a “David Special” that was crazy delicious!
He has a great personality and customer service.

Room was clean; however the toilet was detached from the floor and at a strange angle; the shower curtain rod was hanging lo so that the shower curtain would gather itself into the middle while taking a shower. I would have given 5 stars if not for these things. Also I want to mention Alan the server in the restaurant was amazing as usual! I stay here once a year when I come down for an event.

Air conditioning in room didn’t work well. No diet cokes on site. Very very limited snacks for purchase. We arrived after restaurant was closed and were hungry. Room was clean. Toilet needed reinforcement to the wall it was wiggling. Bar was closed so we had to go elsewhere. Staff was nice.

The room was clean and the staff members were very professional and kind. The highlight of my stay was the bartender that looked like he could be related to Dave Chappel! He was the bartender, the waiter, the bar back, the cashier, the host, heck he may have even been the cook…! LOL It may not have been conducive for someone that may have been in a rush however, my sister and I found it quite entertaining to watch this one man show! For him to be working by himself, he handled a restaurant with quite a few people quite well! Thanks for the kind service and positive vibes!

I didn’t have breakfast. But the staff was very knowledgeable and understanding. And had extra toothbrush and toothpaste for me. Also were very kind about switching out a coffee maker in my roomthat wasn’t working properly. Great value for a place in the middle of the city.

Room reeked of bleach. I appreciate knowing it was wiped down but no one wants to be hit in the face with that smell. My wife couldn’t stay in the room because of it. The bathroom was very small and the toilet had plastic levelers because it was not secured to the floor and it still moved back and forth. For the price, all around, the room should have been better. Thankfully we just stayed for the night.

Breakfast was not included so I didn't get breakfast at the burger place Also, I was very disappointed to learn that the shuttle which at least one or two information sources indicated that the hotel provided for easy access to and from the airport AND local sites had not been running since Covid! Seems like you need to update your on-line information BADLY! Those were two of the reasons I chose your hotel. Imagine my surprise to find that neither breakfast nor shuttle transportation were included in my reservation! My room was very comfortable and clean, so that was great. But fix your online information! I had to walk to the convention center for each of the three days of my conference! Fortunately I'm a resonably healthy 70-year old woman, but for some less able than me, this substantial walk could have been a real problem!

I have stayed at this hotel every year for a music festival, not only is it convenient for my weekend plans the hotel overall is amazing. The staff is so friendly, they remember you. The rooms are always clean, no complaints with calling the front desk and asking for anything at any time. The restaurant staff is so sweet. It almost feels like you’re talking to family sometimes.
