Arrived, at check-in. No one around. Went in cafe and back to check in. Knocked on the window. Staff less than welcoming. Said he was having a bad night. Bed and shower great. Night light, which doesn't turn off kept me up. Next morning went down for free breakfast, (breakfast sandwich), and coffee, (no decaf). It was 2 minutes after 9. Refused to serve me due to 2 minutes late. Made decaf in the room. Creamers were curdled and some dried. Bought coffee. Brought fruit for trip which I put in the fridge. Fruit froze. No way to turn down temp of the fridge. Left for our day activities and returned. No housekeeping. Only towel replacement. Got up next day and got breakfast sandwich. It was dry and had clearly been setting in the warmer. Coffee almost gone and cold. Ice machine broken. Came back to room later, no housekeeping. Husband complained and lady said she would make a note for housekeeping. Had to ask for creamer, coffee cups, wash rags, etc. Got up the next day, sure we would have housekeeping. Got back in the evening. No housekeeping. Complained to front desk. Lady apologetic, said she would notify supervisor. No follow-up from said supervisor. Went to lobby to get supplies. Lady was defensive and implied I was acting upset. Brought supplies. Questioned why I didn't just call down instead. Ask for tissue and she said, \"that wasn't on the list\", but did supply. Packing to leave in AM. Fridge item frozen solid. Hole in can. Garbage never emptied by staff over 4 nights.

Always love staying here. But a curtain to cover the window is definitely needed. My room was like bright daylight all night long. The blind provided is virtually see thru. This has never happened before so not sure if it’s a new thing or our room was missing the curtain.

Getting a free coffee and breakfast sandwich at the front desk/coffee shop was an added bonus. Being able to park in front of your room and have close access to your vehicle is always a bonus! Staff lacked knowledge or adequate customer service. Little to no concern about safety concerns. Will not return.

The only thing I wasn’t aware of is that a train rail is right adjacent to the property—was only woken up once at night from the train and I blame myself for not researching the area well enough beforehand! The room itself was very basic, but it was clean and well kept, which is really all we needed. Everything worked as it should, and the bed was comfortable enough for a short stay. This place works great for Ohio State football games — convenient, affordable, and easy in and out on game day. If you’re looking for simple and clean with a good location for OSU games, this gets the job done.

The check in with the staff was flawless. My son and I were spending the weekend at Galaxycon in Columbus, OH. We were traveling from out of town and really did not want to have to wait to check in at the normal time of 4pm. So we called and we were able to explain our situation and our itinerary for the day. Without hesitation we were able to get checked in early. The room was pristine. Very clean, smelled good and over all a great room 2 doors down from the office. We felt wanted and safe. I would certainly stay here again and I encourage others to do so as well.

Looked like a cheap hotel from the side, the front was prettier, the attendant was kind and welcoming. The room looked recently renovated and clean but there was a little funny smell to it like storage. Breakfast area is tiny so it is best to pick up sandwiches and coffee. There was coffee etc in the room we did not use. We arrived at midnight. Although the parking looked packed it was pretty quiet in our room. We were happy with our stay and would definitely come back
