We had a great stay. Just 1 night on a road trip. We did not need access to the OSU campus but the location was good. Parking was OK. The room was clean and comfortable. Access to the bar/restaurant at the attached Marriott was a perk. The breakfast was great.

From check-in to check-out husband and I had a great overnight stay. We got in about 10pm but were checked in quickly and courteously. The room was clean, spacious and had a nice comfortable bed. The hotel was quiet the entire night and we slept soundly until 9am. We had a 12pm check-out so made some coffee and lounged until it was time to head out. We would 100% stay here again- and I think we’ve only said that about a few other places over the course of our lifetimes!

This hotel BLEW us away! The suite long stay room was amazing! The full kitchen, closet space, sitting/hangout area, lots of space in the bathroom with plenty of plug in options and a good hair dryer etc! Quality of shampoo etc was great too! Super comfy bed with a swing out tv that easily moved towards the couch area. So many options around for dinning & shopping. Walking paths were great, we even walked to the stadium for our concert which was 10/10 and felt completely safe late night. Service was amazing too, friendly and perfectly staffed. Free breakfast was really good too! I highly recommend staying here, whether it be an overnight stay or longer term. Pictures online are 100% accurate!

The swimming pool was unusable. I’ve never seen a more unhealthy condition. It obviously does not get vacuumed. The pool’s neglect seemed months in the making. Its walls were petri dishes not requiring a microscope; in short, disgusting. I couldn’t see the pool bottom and was aghast that I couldn’t when only the water was only 4 feet deep. There was some water movement from one return jet. Growth was not due to stagnation. I had no choice but to tell my family absolutely do not get in which isn’t my typical tone at all. That was disappointing because I chose the property online for its having a pool. It was our last night and the pool hours were until 10:00 p.m. Our window of time was brief, and a big disappointment since this stay was our last getaway before school starts.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights while on a road trip. We joked about how nice the place was and that we could actually live there. It has everything you need for an extended stay. The breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly. Spacious and modern rooms. We were impressed!

The hotel was nice and clean. The parking is very odd and far from any entrance you can use with a key. I had to drag two small kids and luggage a long way and didn’t like the cars weren’t easily visible from the rooms. It wasn’t to my taste and we wouldn’t stay again, due to the logistics, but it was very nice.

I take a black light with me to every hotel I stay in. When I tell you this room was spotless! Beautifully set up and exactly how the pictures showed. The staff was absolutely amazing. Pool was heated a little cloudy but still a pleasure. Our shower had run out of soap and shampoo. They were there in no time to refill everything. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. I am very happy with my stay. Truthfully I don’t know that I will ever book with anyone else other than Marriott Bonvoy.

The “accessible” rooms are exactly the same as the regular ones except for some minor changes (grab handles in bathroom). The size of the rooms is not as pictured in the photos. Rooms are very small and feel cramped. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a wheelchair user because there is no room to move, uncomfortable bathrooms and very high beds. Other chains offer bigger rooms for people with accesibility needs (is not enought for a chair to pass the doorframe). Breakfast was ok. The good at Marriott’s restaurant was bad and the service mediocre. The hotel has a very nice gym.

Littke things like body lotion, shower caps, bar soap for those who cannot use the nody cleansing gel. The auto ice maker didn't work, so trips to the ice macine were in order. The room was not refreshed, had to ask for clean towels. The care of the customer does not measure up to the time before Covid.
