The guy that checked us in was nice. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious. The only thing that I found was that when I opened the drawer on the nightstand between the two beds, there was trash and food in it that hadn’t been cleaned up.

Drapes did not block the bright lights from the skyscraper across the street. Pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed made noise every time I moved.
Garbage truck came to empty trash dumpster below my window at 2 a.m. Needless to say I did not sleep well at all!

The room was pretty clean, but dilapidated. The sink didn’t drain. There was only one guy checking people in, and he was efficient, but the line was literally out the door and it took me half an hour to check in at 9pm.

The room and also that they don’t serve breakfast. The general manager was extremely sweet and very helpful and nice but the night staff was very rude and the morning staff on Saturday was OK. I’m not sure if we will book here again unless they do get breakfast because having to spend that much on breakfast those two mornings was a lot. Also the parking lot that was right beside the hotel needs a better system about being able to get in and out and the one that’s across the street from the hotel should’ve definitely been plowed, which it was not very hard to drive through it and also walking through it as I have bad knees, but again the general manager was extremely nice

We walked into our hotel room and immediately found visible blood stains on the mattress. We reported it to the front desk right away and, although another room was offered, we were no longer comfortable staying after seeing such a serious sanitation issue.

What’s most disappointing is that the hotel refused to refund our money, leaving us out several hundred dollars and scrambling to find another place to stay. A room in this condition should never be marked ready for guests, and requesting a refund under these circumstances is more than reasonable.

Clean room and friendly staff. There was some type of fragrance that was very strong, a vanilla smell. It was very strong in the lobby but also carried over to the room . You couldnt get away from it. As someone with asthma which is triggerd by strong smells ,this was quite unpleasent for me.

My “upgraded” room was dark and dingy. It was dirty. The hallway is dirty and smells bad. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked multiple times for more. Never got any. Hair dryer blew up. Microwave didn’t work right. Check in took 45 minutes. Had to have keys reset at least 5 times. Nobody even emptied trash in 3 days. Our “spa” shower was so dingy bathtub with a gross curtain and ran out of hot water. Do not recommend this place.

1) I stayed for four nights, no cleaning done on all four days. 2) I got flea bites on my both hands, neck and face, on hands 14 bites, on neck 7 bites, and face 3 bites. the bite marks were all red dots with swollen and terrible itches. We arrived at 2:00 and were told check-in was at 3:00 and we would have to wait until then. We came back at 2:50 and there were 20 people in line waiting to check in. We talked to other guests who said they arrived at 2:30 and were able to check in then.

Staff were friendly, as far as the room… meh! The tub/shower was not inviting at all, rust on bottom of tub and grout mold. The room was full of pet dander which means they don’t sanitize after pet visits. The bed was not comfortable at ALL! we had a premium room at that…. Thankfully it was just an overnight stay

Room was clean and comfortable until the heater went out one night. But it was fixed the next day. Apparently, you have to ask for room service although there were no signs about this nor were we told this upon check in. But requests were met in a timely manner once we realized we had to ask. Although luckily, we had written down our requests because when we went to the desk, there was no one there who spoke English. The location was convenient for our event at the convention center and the staff was friendly.

Great location downtown. Usually still reasonably affordable during events. Parking across the street. Building seems kinda dated but I've stayed multiple times and never found it to be unacceptable. Decent bang for your buck when downtown and everywhere else is outrageously priced during high volume events.

Near to the bus stops to the airport; line No.7. I t took 5 min.on foot. My travel plan was changed due to the delay of flight, but it's staff dealt the situation properly, and my loss was at least. I thank for them. If I must say something, I hoped a box of tissue paper in the room. No CVS around the hotel.

The parking is awkward because you have to make a tight u-turn from the hotel to get across 4 lanes of traffic to their parking lot. Plus, our GPS didn’t give us good directions to get there, possibly because of the u-turn issue. But they are conveniently located downtown near Lower.com soccer stadium, so it’s a bit of a trade off. The hotel was somewhat dated, but it was clean, and the staff were very nice. I’d use it again when we come to a game.

Parking across the street with no defined sidewalk and having to cross a street and walk around a chain fence was an inconvenience. Had there been inclement weather it would have been much worse. For the price of the room at least offer a valet.

The rooms are in need of updating especially the bathroom.

More importantly, I requested room service the day before and in the morning. I came back to hotel to drop stuff off in room. The room was not cleaned. I went to front desk and again requested room service. The front desk clerk stated he would have it cleaned. We came back later that eventing to an unclean room. When I went down to ask why and to a minimum get fresh towels the Same front desk clerk told me that the cleaning crew had left before I went to front desk. I asked why he would straight out say the room would be cleaned when he knew what time they left . I got a blank noninterested and IDGAF look. Why would he straight out lie to me. As he dismissed me, I said I still need 4 sets fresh towels. He gave me two bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. I just looked at him in serious disbelief and walked away.

Great cheap stay!!

Check in was quick and efficient. She informed us that housekeeping was not automatic and that we needed to request services each day. We simply requested it each morning and the girls did a wonderful job cleaning our room, making beds, and restocking towels. The hotel was quiet and we felt safe. It was a quick walk across the street to the Conference Center. The Flatiron Tavern located next door was a hidden gem with great service and food.

Once you open the door to the room you are being hit with moldy smell pf carpet padding or at least i hope it was that and not something worst.
The inside door tp athroo. Look like were flooded and dryied out. Overall i would say it was more a motel 6 experiance then for example comfort in. And way behind from Marriott.
