We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our favorite part was the shuttle service, it made getting around so easy. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also loved that the front had items available to purchase if you needed anything. The complimentary breakfast was great and made us feel truly spoiled! 😊 we will be back!

The hotel was in a location that felt safe with convenient free covered parking directly across the street. The lobby was clean, inviting and modern. Check in was seamless and finding our room was easy. I loved the way the room was set up. Our room included a living room area with a sectional couch and was very roomy. A partition separated the living room from the queen beds. The room was very clean and inviting and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast lacked flavor, but there was a good variety. There is a restaurant directly next door with good affordable food and drinks. The location is perfect to get around to area attractions and close enough to walk to several restaurants. The cost was more than fair for what we received. We have booked here twice and will stay again.

Overall, a positive experience. Check-in was only a few minutes. The room was spacious & clean. The Buffet was one of the best complimentary breakfast's I've ever had; with plenty of selection and the breakfast sausages & home fries were hot.

We used the complimentary shuttle to drop us off before & after the Blue jackets game.

I highly recommend the Hyatt Place Columbus /OSU over some of the overpriced hotels in the downtown core. Your money goes farther at the Hyatt and all staff were great!

We were there for a big event, and they offered us shuttle from the hotel to the Convention Center to drop us off and to pick us up, I think that was a great help! Besides that they let us stay extra time for check out since our flight was around 4. The area was quiet and clean. In general we were very pleased.

After being stuck in a traffic jam caused by an accident for close to four hours, I attempted to cancel my reservation as I would practically arrive at check out time. Despite multiple attempts from hotels.com, the management remained unresponsive. Terrible customer service and inconsiderate of special circumstances. Will not visit this hotel or use hotels.com again.

The location, in the Grandview Yard, was terrific. The Hyatt is in a walkable area with several good places to eat (Dim Sum Asian Bistro, Past Times Pub). The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive-scrambled/hard boiled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, potatoes, cold cereals, steel-cut oatmeal, fresh cut up and whole fruit, bagels, toast, tortillas, yogurt, oj, apple juice, coffee and tea. The staff (Saundra & James) were friendly and helpful as were the housekeeping people. It's a great place to stay; we will return.

We loved the room, the location, the breakfast and the cleanliness and the staff were beyond kind and helpful. The only thing that keeps us from giving 5 stars is that we requested no housekeeping but on our 2nd day, we were sitting in the room when there were two quick knocks on the door followed immediately by the sound of a key card being swiped. Before I could stand up and answer the door, a housekeeping staff person had let herself into our room. I told her we didn’t need service but went ahead and requested 4 fresh towels and wash cloths. She asked if I wanted 3 and I said again that we needed 4. We received 3 each. To be clear, she was very sweet and accommodating but her pop in was definitely unexpected.
