Quick access to Schottenstein for concerts. Don't wait in the line to access parking on side of the street the Schott is on, go up to the light and make a U-turn and park in the lot across the street from the Schott. Easy right turn back to hotel after the concert.

Room was clean and comfortable. However there was no fan for the bathroom, the tv remote was dead/didn’t work, and the walls were paper thin so we heard everything going on in the rooms next to us.

Waiting behind someone in line to check out, the lady at the front desk ordered us to just drop our cards on the counter behind us. Didn’t ask if we needed anything or had any questions.

Overall it was fine for a night, but if I’m back in Columbus I don’t know if I’d return to this same hotel.

The room was clean, but all the furniture in our room and lobby was old and worn out. We saw a huge brown and black bug, maybe a water bug in the dining room so we ate breakfast elsewhere. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The room, location, and value were great! I love the convenience and the number of self-parking spots, and they didn't charge a surcharge. The location was central and close to everything we wanted, but the room was quiet and dark, conducive to a great night's sleep. The only thing I would change is the friendliness of the staff who helped us check in; I don't even recall her name, but it felt like we were interrupting her. She didn't greet us or anything, and this was at 245pm.

I always stay here during pets trip to osu hospital. I would rate them a 10 star if i could. Rooms are very nice and again very, very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at many of these and when I have paid $189.00 for the night breakfast for 2 was included. charging 2.00 for a bottle of water when all other hotels of comparable status give it for free is ridiculous. Hilton's have really gone cheap. No water in the lobby even. only coffee and tea.

As I walked off the elevator, food, trash, and beer bottles were on the table. The first room I was given had hair in the shower and sink. After requesting a 2nd room, there was hair IN THE BED!!! The room needs fixed a little but the morning staff was nice and helpful but the evening staff was not welcoming. Maybe they had an off day. But the room shades and curtains need fixed and the bathroom shower ceiling is falling apart by paint peeling and the air conditioner has a border at the bottom that was completely torn off and needs to be repaired

The shower was oddly made and upon further look there were many walls that had odd damage like poorly placed wallpaper and spray marks left on walls. Overall, it just didn’t feel clean.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, inside and out. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea when we got there and when we left. The room was renovated and clean with lots of towels and it was nice there were large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. I never have enough conditioner in hotels but this one was great. There was a fridge and microwave which was convenient to reheat our pizza and left overs. All in all great stay and would recommend staying here if in the area.

Arrived and reported a foul odor in my room and bathroom of cigarette smoke. The response was “I’m sorry sweetheart” I explained we were on a tight schedule and my husband was showering and we would be leaving shortly and requested they attempt to address it when we left. We returned after 6 hours to the exact same issue.

Nice hotel, but cleaning staff was not. Walked in on us while showering at 900am (and did not knock nor attempt to see if anyone was inside). Also, when walking hallways none of the cleaning staff was polite or courteous when speaking good morning or any other gesture.
