This was absolutely the most disgusting, dingy, nasty hotel I have ever step foot in. The front desk was dusty and the whole building reeked of cigarette smoke and trash!! We went around the back to get to our room, entered the building and there were bags of trash all over the place and a trash strung about the steps and hallway.

The entire check in process was horrible. First room was not cleaned with cigarettes everywhere, I tried 4 other rooms that were also not clean and come under maintenance. The agent had to make a master key to try to find a clean room. The one I settled on had dead roach, filthy iron, bathroom door was broken, bed was stained and floor was not cleaned. Horrible stay!

At check in it took 15 minutes to get me a room that I had already reserved. No line. Plenty of rooms. The head person was eating with one hand and keyboarding with the other. Room was filthy. Not vaccumed at all. There was hair all over the toilet seat. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet, but I got up at 5 am and left. I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower.

As an FYI, Even though it states they accept service animals, they do not. I booked for my mother through Expedia and she has a service dog. She has a letter from her doctor and the dog is trained. She was turned away quite rudely being told, \"we do not accept pets.\" Her dog is not a pet. It is more akin to a medical device than a pet. Would you take a blind person's cane? A handicapped person's wheelchair? Than why list service dog's permissible then turn away my elderly mother? Absolutely inexcusable. Disgusting. I called to investigate only to be told the same thing: no pets allowed, and put on hold for 10 minutes. Will never recommend.

In their property page, they state they have a gym and a pool, of which both weren't available! They advertise that breakfast is free, but there is no warm food, only cereal, coffee, toast & oatmeal. We had to change rooms immediately upon arrival, because the room had not been cleaned. Overall, the whole facility was unclean and smelled bad!

The room was covered in splattered paint/marker. There was \"game\" cards covered in dust above the lamps, smoke detector coveres in plastic bag. No towels or washcloths, 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Door looked busted/pried open. Deadbolt wouldn't lock. Outside had homeless persons clothes around the trash cans, dumpters, looking in the windows was mattresses stacked up in the hallways.

We checked in at the front desk. Smell was overwhelming. We were in the room for about 4 minutes. Food, crumbs, cut up pills on the floor. Stains on the walls. Bugs behind the nightstand. The property seems to have been either out of service for years and just reopened again, or allowed to run into the ground with zero maintenance. There's obvious and severe decay in everything from furniture, stained carpet, broken shower head, rusty microwave, mirror removed from wall and kept in a corner, and the list goes on and on. The wallpaper is simply peeling off of walls and ceiling, half of the dining room being used for storage, and an offensive musty smell all over the place. The only good thing is the staff who seem to be doing their best under the circumstances. I'm told this place is scheduled for a complete reno. Maybe they should shut it down, renovate and then reopen once it's ready to house guests again. Pictures in the ad are probably from its prime, the place is nowhere even close to it anymore.

Nothing like the pics on hotels.com. First time I used the deadbolt on a hotel door because I didn't feel safe. The hull was filled with hiphop music from a room at the end of the hull. The carpet was covered in stains. The walls had holes, including a bullet hole. I learned to alway look at the rating of a hotel before booking a room.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Entering the building there is a strange odor that is present throughout the facility. The hallways have visible damage and stains all over the walls and carpet. Inside my personal room: the safety lock on the door was removed, the safety rails in the shower were broken off, none of the surfaces were clean as there was crumbs and liquids still present. The final straw was half of the room was flooded with sopping wet carpet due to a broken AC unit. When I went to complain at the front desk, there were no other rooms available. The only pleasant part of the experience was they did grant me a refund.

Horrible. Place needs to be shutdown. The only good thing about it was the guy behind the counter. He gave me a refund without being an issue. The lobby smells of mold and mildew. The room smelt of urine and meth. There was an active drug deal happening in the room next to mine. The lock was busted off the door. The door between the conjoined rooms was “secured” with a dollar store chain lock, tape and wishful thinking. Bathroom was gross, beds were gross. It was all gross. Bugs, all kinds. It’s great place to stay if you’re looking to bring home roaches or hepatitis.

This was the worse hotel stay of my life. The conditions were extremely unsanitary and unsafe. The water was turned off for two days. When it came back in the water was yellow. There were roaches, gnats and other pests. Exterior doors were left open at all times allowing unauthorized guest to have access to the building. There was trash everywhere. The amenities that were advertised were all out of order. There is no pool, conference room, laundry facility, or workout room.

The guys checking me in were not very nice and it was very unorganized. They never told us what time the\"breakfast\" was.

You get what you pay for!

This hotel was dirt cheap, and as a result, there was no shortage of dirt and grime.

The exterior was run down, overgrown and surrounded by rat traps.
One was even propping open a door.

The staff was pleasant enough. If not slightly disengaged.

The interior smelled old and musty. The hallways reeked of smoke and other substances
It was also very hot inside.

The rooms felt neglected. Everything felt uncleaned or like a rush job was done.
The beds were comfortable enough. And the room had working AC.

But the bathroom was a wreck.
The sink drained so slowly you might as well say it was fully clogged.
The toilet nearly broke after 1 flush.
The bathtub had a constant leak.
And a few small beetles were discovered hiding under the bath matt.
They lived a a crack under the sink area.

The staff never came in to make the bed or change towels a single time in a 4 night stay.

Overall everything just felt dirty, neglected and uncared for.

So, if you can get through the awful smell and dont mind a bit of grime, this place is a steal at its price.
Like I said above, you get what you pay for..
Dirt cheap rooms that reek of dirt and filth.

I think in the future, I will just pay a little more a night and stay someplace that doesn't make me feel like a roach or rat could be living on every surface.

Was 84 degrees in the lobby and the halls smelled like I don't know what. The fridge had a left over container of food in it and the remote didnt work with the tv. The fire alarm was hanging out of the wall in the room. The floors were dirty and looked burned or something in spots and the mirrors were streaky and the toilet didnt flush without holding the handle down. These rooms do not look like the online photographs. Our room was dirty. Most of the lights didn’t work. They were stains all over the beds, smells, sketchy place etc. We asked for a different clean room and the next room they took us to was so hot and the air wouldn’t work and wasn’t much cleaner. We left in disgust asking for a refund. He said he couldn’t give one at that time. We went over to comfort in and suites and got a different room. Please refund us for the misrepresentations of the first hotel or direct us how to do so.

I wish I had taken the reviews a little more seriously before I booked. My room was definitely run down, with parts of the wall coming off and mirror was off the wall, on the floor next to where it should be up and you can see from the outline where it was supposed to be on the wall. TV remote had batteries in wrong, then didn’t even work and when I went to the front desk I was given a manual to an entirely different remote. Glad I had two beds to choose from because one had stains on the sheets.

The desk attendants were very friendly but just shrugged and said people still smoke on the rooms. Kind of like “ what can we do about it?”

Our experience at this property was very disappointing. The room conditions were poor and clearly outdated. There were visible holes in the walls and noticeable water stains on the ceiling, indicating past or ongoing leakage issues.

When booking, we expected at least a basic breakfast offering, but the only option available was dry cereal. We were told this was due to a delivery truck not arriving, and that breakfast consisted solely of a coffee machine.

We stayed for three nights simply to have a place to sleep, but made a point of avoiding the property during the day due to its condition. There were cockroaches present in the room, and I started sneezing due to the dust. Upon checking the AC unit, I discovered the filters were extremely dirty—likely never cleaned. I removed, washed, and reinstalled them myself just to get some relief. I've attached photos as evidence.

It is in a crappy area of town, run down, there's a homeless camp next to it, where they burned down the wooden fence to the hotels parking lot. breakfast was bare minimum, cereal, 1 gallon of milk, a loaf of bread, a few packs of oatmeal, and a few bagels. Nothing to put on the bread or bagels, no juice or water. The room could have been cleaner but not bad. On a positive note the bed was comfy.

The room my son and I stayed in seemed clean when it came to the bathroom and the bed to sleep in. However, it was horribly unkept. REMOVE this hotel from your list of options asap. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels from coast to coast, 1-4 stars and this is easily the worst experience ever!
Run down! Trash throughout the parking lot upon arrival including old tires, diapers, shopping carts and menstrual pads.
The attendant didn’t seem to care for leaving the back office to check people in. Once he did get us checked in, he couldn’t be bothered to tell us where the room was located.
Finally get keys and head to the rooms through a set of heavy metal double doors and the stench of weed and alcohol smacks you in the face. 0/10 if it was possible for that rating.

The property was falling apart. Dirt dripping down the walls, stains and holes everywhere, the pool was \"drained and closed for the season\" but that was never disclosed in their advertising on their website or the booking site, and they didn't even notify us when we were checking in, the \"free continental breakfast\" was a complete joke. Nothing available but an expired cartoon of milk, a couple packages of old muffins, no batter for the waffle makers, no other drinks, just nothing available, breakfast was stated to be available from 7 am to 9 am and there was nothing available at all during that time, they required a security deposit on top of the actual payment that was not listed on the booking site, their website, or my reciept... So I don't think I'll even get that back like I should. I SHOULD be getting a FULL REFUND. Only gave 2 thin pillows for a king bed and thin sheets, the heater in the room looked like it would or has caught fire, no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was mold growing in the bathroom too ... this place was ridiculous and should be SHUT DOWN!!! On the other side of the fence behind where we had to park was a camp of unhoused individuals. Do not stay here.

No issues, property is dated and so are the rooms, had a minor hole in the wall in my room, but overall for a quick stay you can’t really beat this place for the price. Convenient location, friendly staff, the room was clean enough for me. No real issues, I’ve stayed before and will stay again.

I travel often, and this hotel stood out! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessities. The staff was extremely courteous and ensured my stay was hassle-free. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!

It was nasty! There was crackheads everywhere having bonfires! They were going drugs by the doors, yelling in the halls. Trash was everywhere. The room was full of trash and there were live roaches, the ac didn’t work, there was a weird smell and dirty bedding. The toilet was dirty and gross. I didn’t feel safe at all and it looks like they have cameras hidden. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Terrible. Dirty, poor neighborhood, drug needles in parking lot. I defy anybody to prove anything other than a one star review as legitimate. Expedia should take this hotel off and I am going to demand a refund. We did NOT stay the night.

The place reeks of cigarette smoke and marijuana. We got there and was given a key to a room that was already occupied so when we walked into the room found garbage everywhere and a bed unmade. When we got our new room, there were stains everywhere, it looked like the door had been busted open multiple times and the bathroom door had to be slammed shut. I then checked out that night instead of staying the initial 4 nights and the manager refused to give me a refund. Absolutely awful customer service and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
