Hotel was nice but we hand no blackout drapes, just sheer, thin white/cream curtains. A mall cop was just continually driving around hotel parking hot with his emergency lights on from dusk until dawn. Was very hard to sleep. Hotel staff said that this happened there every single night. I don’t know how anyone gets any rest.

The room was clean and the location was great if you plan to do some shopping at Easton - you just walk from hotel. As far as the room - the bed was not comfortable, mushy and you totally “sink” into it. The TV remote did not work so we had to call front desk to send someone to replace the remote (that was at 10:00 p.m. and although an inconvenience they took care of it promptly). I would probably not stay here again but that is due to the very uncomfortable bed.

Excellent staff! I was very surprised to get a text very shortly after getting to our room asking how our room was and if we needed anything! No hotel has ever done this to me before, and I was so pleasantly surprised by this gesture. Great way to stand out! Will plan to stay here again next time im in Easton

Very welcoming. Allowed early check in. Good view. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Great living space. Able to walk to the shops. I did not like that the TV was to the side of the bed so I had to look over my husband to watch. They did have a coffee bar downstairs but when I went down in the morning, there was no one there.

Quick Road trip

Left trash by door for Sunday and gone all day but never came.

Great location but for $400 per night I would expect a little more from Marriott. Bed was uncomfortable had a large hump in the middle, and cheap balled up duvet, the air conditioning unit is the old type that switches on and off constantly under the window waking you up at night. When I return to Easton next year I will not be staying at Courtyard by Marriott.

When I booked it, it says, 'Breakfast is available'. It is misleading. If breakfast is included, it should say included. Available means for purchase.
We were shocked that there was no breakfast included. The word 'available' misleads customers. It should either say, breakfast is included or breakfast is not included.

I prepaid, when i got there, a security guard notified me that people had been going around breaking into vehicles on the property, so i decided to leave 1 day early, and they refused to check me out so that they would t have to refund me, i left that day and they still had me checked in even though i turned in the room keys, do not recommend

The staff bends over backwards to make sure you are happy. Weddy, David, Kaddy were standouts, and the day manager (forget her name) was very accommodating when a mixup over breakfast charges occurred.
Quiet, clean, great location and cheaper than our usual Residence Inn - we’ll be back.

Comfortable room

Overall our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Walls had some visible wear and tear. Was approached by a woman asking for food right outside main sliding glass doors, which made us uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. I like that there was a small sitting area by the window with a little couch and ottoman. Check in was the fastest I’ve ever had— kudos to the front desk team! I will stay here again when Income to town for work.

It would have been nice if the onsite coffee shop being open past 10am. I was busy working in the morning and by the time I was able to make it down to the lobby, the coffee shop was closed. Traveling for work means that sometimes I am coming and going frequently and don’t have a lot of time for meals. Having a spot for a quick snack or light meal at the hotel is always a plus.

A quick overnight stay.

I have always enjoyed staying at this property. It’s always very clean and the staff is so friendly. The young adults running down the hall screaming and one crying was not so great at midnight ! That usually doesn’t happen. Also when we walked out in the morning several cars were
vandalized thankfully ours was t one of them. This again surprised me as this is a very good area.
