I mostly booked this hotel because I heard it had free Tesla chargers. It did have two Tesla chargers and then also two other EV chargers. They worked fine they are all the way around the back of the building so you really have to kind of look for them.

I stayed here for one night and it was a mixed experience. The room itself was clean and well kept, and the staff at the front desk were genuinely friendly and helpful during check-in. The property seemed maintained and the basics were fine.
Unfortunately, the location right next to the highway made it hard to sleep. Traffic noise carried straight into the room most of the night, which kept waking me up. The shower also never really got warm and stayed mostly cold, which wasn’t great in the morning.
Breakfast was another letdown. The options were limited and the quality was pretty poor, so I ended up skipping most of it and grabbing food elsewhere.
Overall the cleanliness and staff were positives, but between the highway noise, cold shower, and disappointing breakfast, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay.

Had issues with hot water in our room, but the front desk staff and management took care of the issue and provided compensation for the inconvenience. Always enjoy this hotel every time we visit the Easton Town Center area & will definitely be returning!

This is a very beautifully decorated place to stay and the room has everything you could need. Most of the staff were friendly, besides a housekeeper that blocked us from using the elevator and was rude when we asked if she was using it because it was the only one that would open with her cart blocking the service door. I didn’t have high hopes for the breakfast, but I was pleasantly surprised. The sausage biscuit sandwich and eggs were pretty good and they had a nice variety of options. The only downside to the room was that the thermostat wasn’t working, so the room was warmer than we liked and made our sleep quality low. We also had children screaming and stomping on the floor above us for an entire hour in the morning. Despite those pieces, I would still come back.

The online description was “.35” miles from Easton Town Center shopping” but the walk felt much longer, I had found a review that said 1 mile and I would believe it to be more of 1/2 to 1 mile. I am a walker so I am normally good with walking a distance. The room itself was spacious and served us well for our 3 days, love having a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful but never did get a cup of hot coffee, the day we did ask to have our room cleaned they didn’t vacuum and ants found the one crushed chip on the floor. We were offered another room but we did not want to move everything as we were leaving the following morning and just requested the floor be vacuumed. They did not prefer that but did send someone who thoroughly vacuumed.

First, we received an early check in notice that switched our room type. I called and Steven said “our records show a double queen”, I replied mine says King, as i ordered. He then had the audacity to tell me they overbooked and had some “important guests” who decided stay another night, so we switched you. I said “I want the room I booked.” He said, you can talk to the manager, but I don’t think it will help. I said “I’ll try and let me give you my loyalty number.” He took it and said “Oh, I’ll talk to him for you.” Suddenly, I had my original room back. Don’t sell your rooms out to Expedia then cheat their clients. I find that to be very dishonest.

The laundry room was very well priced at $1 to wash with a washer capacity of about 4 loads and $1 to dry for 45 min. There was daily breakfast served. There was a full spread of breakfast foods as if you were at a restaurant. The fitness room was effective with up to date equipment. The swimming pool was cloudy so my family and I skipped out on going swimming. I was very satisfied with my stay. This is one of the best hotels Ive stayed at. 5 STARS!!!

We tried to contact the hotel at the number on their confirmation email to let them know we would be arriving late. The call center options did not fit this but it redirected me until I made a different choice rather than allowing me to speak to a person. The person I eventually reached said they could not locate us and the reservation number provided in Marriott ‘s email was not correct. We gave up and just went to the hotel, which had our reservation, but then we were told of a $100 pet fee we had to pay to stay with our dog. We had not been made aware of this at booking and we have stayed at other Marriott properties without incurring this fee. Marriott’s management has set up a terrible approach to their customers.

Great stay for a weekend trip with the family. The room was a studio with 2 queen beds. It had a full kitchen (minus oven) also had grill and utensils for use. Came with some dishes and utensils it was just great. The breakfast was also very good and had full of varieties.

This was my second stay at TownePlace Suites Easton. Yet again it was a great stay. The room was very spacious and quiet. The room facilities were excellent and the hotel self use laundry was large and very good value.
Loads of parking and the location is excellent for Easton and the city itself.

1 night stay for hockey game
We got in and was greated, very nice receptionists. The room was huge along with the bathroom. The pool was nicely heated as my son spent the morning swimming before checking out. The only negative was breakfast it had great food quality but very healthy. My child did not eat as even the cereal was healthy cereal lol i asked if they had fruit loops or lucky charms she said sorry we don't we practice being healthy here. That fits especially when you can rent a pelican bike for your room. The fitness area was also very nice.

We decided to spend the long weekend in Columbus to visit the COSI museum, Lego Center, Zoo and Aquarium. Since I have a 4 month old we decided it would be easiest if we stayed somewhere with a kitchenette that was close to everything. We opted for the Towneplace suites. The first night we arrived there were people running down the halls. Our neighbors were so noisy at 2 am that they woke the baby. The next day everyone needed to shower. We were going to bathe the baby first. As I was sitting in the tub, I noticed there was something dark on the shower curtain. I was confused because it's not like my child was muddy and splashing muck everywhere. I opened the curtain further and discovered that it was covered in mold. I was absolutely horrified. We immediately contacted the front desk who said that they would be replacing it. An employee brought up a shower curtain, handed it to my friend, and then left. We were expected to change the shower curtain and deal with the moldy one. When they brought a change of towels the next day, there was hair woven in. There had also been hair on the walls of the shower, leading me to believe that the bathroom had never actually been cleaned. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The room was nicely sized and featured a full size refrigerator, dish washer, and cooking supplies.
The only \"complaint\" was the water pressure for the bathroom sink. It was so slow that it took almost 2 minutes to get warm water. The view was not great either but expected as the hotel is close to the freeway.
The complimentary breakfast was hit or miss. Our first morning was very crowded and not enough food was brought out to satisfy the people waiting. When we finally received our egg and cheese croissant, the center was still frozen and we had to go to our room to reheat it. Other days weren't as busy and the variety of foods offered was good when the team was able to keep up with demand.

Weekend ruined by dozens of rowdy teenage guests
The hotel was filled with teenagers. (I was told some type of sporting event going on) We couldnt enjoy any of the amenities..bar, pool table, outside sitting area…because every area was packed with unruly , rowdy kids. They ran up and down hall , yelling all night. I was jarred awake at 3am by hollering & laughter in the hall. We left immediately the next morning, exhausted.
Im not sure what the hotels policy is, in dealing with out-of-control patrons, but at the very least, they shouldve been asked to leave the bar area so there was ONE space where adult patrons could relax.

Great hotel in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. They have a sign regarding accommodating dietary needs so I asked if they had any individually wrapped items since I have celiac disease. They had udi’s blueberry muffins and even warmed them up for me. Such a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were very nice . The only problem was that we had no hot water in our room and the water pressure wasn’t very good. I think it is a common problem with the rooms at the end of the hotel based on reviews that I have read. They did give us a discount on the room
