Pipe had burst and was in the process of repairs. Common areas were dirty. Parking was limited. Had to park behind the hotel.
No breakfast at all. Coffee shop was horrible. Their espresso machine was down and their coffee was horrible. Tasted burnt and old.
My key didn't work multiple times during my stay. Very frustrating experience.

I had a late arrival, flight late coming in. No way to get something hot to eat, understandable. When I called about shuttle the person who answered was short in reply, not courtious at all. The hallway was not kept as I have seen in other Marriots, someone was smoking in the room, smell like pot. The attendants who checked me in was patient, I just spent 10 hrs in the airports. He was understanding, he may not have wanted to be that way, but he put on his manager hat and did a good job.
The driver was ok, helped me with my bag and took me to the door. I have a cane that I need to use to walk. So the staff was ok for the lateness of the day.

Horrible rude staff at my check in time. Took him 15 minutes to answer the phone at 12 midnight for me to request a shuttle! How busy can you be at 12am. Conversation went without welcome or any pleasantries “what is you name” when I answered the response was a scolding “SPEAK UP” no sir, no please… the rest of the check in went like this, like I was a major inconvenience for him in the middle of his night.

Here for the Ohio State Fair. Paid over $400 for a 3 night stay. Was asked if we wanted Housekeeping. I said absolutely. Checked in Wednesday. Today is Friday with checkout Saturday. No housekeeping whatsoever 😡 questioned it Thursday night & was asked “how long are you staying ?” Answered check out Saturday. Was told housekeeping is every 2 days & the night front desk clerk was rude when I questioned the every 2 days. Her response was blunt, rude and reiterated “I told you every 2 days”. Assume she chose to order our room not to be touched at all. Trash overflowing, had to ask for towels & washcloths. I would like a refund ! I would like an explanation on why we were treated this way. I do have pictures & would be happy to share them.

Check-in & out was a breeze. Fast and convenient. Self-parking on property.

The room at first glance seemed okay. The bedding and towels were clean; toiletries had been replaced. It wasn’t until we returned from our event that we noticed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain. I’m not sure the bathroom floor had been cleaned. What looked to be foundation was smeared down the wall at the sink/mirror.

Supposed 3 star hotel run like a motel

We stayed from 6/18 to 6/22. The hotel experienced a power outage on 6/18, which caused our room to become unbearably hot, and the refrigerator stopped working, causing us to lose our food. We were in town for a convention, and the outage prevented us from participating in cosplay events, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, our toilet stopped flushing, though we were unsure if this was power-related.

While we understand power outages happen, it was frustrating that hotels across the street had power. We also paid an extra $25/day for breakfast, but after the outage, we were told we couldn't receive a refund for the first breakfast. The elevator was also out for the duration of our stay, and as I’m pregnant, climbing three flights of stairs multiple times a day became very difficult.

The staff's handling of the breakfast issue was frustrating. Despite confirmation from Hotels.com that breakfast was included, one staff member insisted we needed itemized receipts, which we didn’t have. Only on the last day did another staff member confirm that breakfast was part of our reservation.

The only redeeming factor was the sweet server at the café, who was kind and efficient. We still haven’t received our refund for the first breakfast and are concerned the charges for breakfast might have been added to our room. Given these issues, we will not stay here again.

Nothing spectacular but would stay again

It was decent. Standard room. Standard bed. Standard crappy pillows. All to be expected. Well maintained property and amenities. Functioning air conditioner but it was SO LOUD! It was nice to have a room with a tiny balcony, sliding glass soundproof door blocked all of the airport and highway noise. Would definitely consider staying again.

Nakia, who worked the front desk, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the transportation service, mainly Tahlia, was on time, nice and informative.

As far as the condition of the hotel, the rooms can use some up-keeping. The first room I was in had multiple fixtures broken. The screen door to the window was broken as if someone tried to pry it open, The AC unit shell was hanging off, the refrigerator was dirty and missing a shelf so I couldn’t even put my food in there and the shower was dirty while also missing its door handle.

The second room they switched me too had dirty towels. In the process of unraveling one of the drying towels, there were multiple hard crusted up creamy substances on the towel. Not sure how that can be missed by someone folding towels cause it was very obvious. The sofas also were a bit stained

The A/C and heater were not working. the keys to the room always deactivated. There was a car parked outside our window with the Alarm going off. And the waitress inside spilt hot soup. Nobody even asked about her or offered to comp anything, not even her plate we had to ask for more soup!

Great stay! We really enjoyed it. The two ladies at the front desk were friendly, humorous and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable. To ME…she shower was the best part. Location was close to everything fun. I would stay here again!

Great Time in Columbus

Check in and finding out room was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. My daughter's and I were in town for a cheer competition and it was a great distance from the venue.
