We ended up not being able to stay at all. Hotel refused my valid form of payment for the deposit and denied service. Even though I booked with the Hotel app and paid with a chime card, they would not allow me to pay with a chime card at the hotel. Or any of the other forms of payments that I had.

Walked in our SMELLED like straight cats... Pretty for sure we brought home a stray roach. We dont have them so where you come from fella... Appererance everyhing looked clean. HOT TUB - turn on for 10 mins before you can get in the hot tub. First thing in the morning, terrible loud banging noises started around 6am. Didnt have high exspectations, but... egh..

The room was clean, but I was disappointed that I booked a room with a jetted tub and the sign in the room said solo use was prohibited, which was not mentioned on the website when I chose the room. There also was not enough staff to cover both the desk and breakfast. I waited 15 minutes for eggs and sausage to be cooked and got fresh eggs as soon as they were brought out, and they were completely cold (and shaped like cubes).

Paying $250 for this room was not worth it. The room was very outdated, and the jetted tub was extremely loud. The setup for the tub was also ridiculous, with the knobs located on the opposite side of the room, which made it very inconvenient to use. For the price, the room was definitely overpriced and did not meet expectations. I would much rather stay at a Drury Inn, where you get a cleaner, more updated room along with the 5:30 kickback that includes free drinks and dinner.

Room was ok, elevator smelled terrible. They ran out of breakfast one guy trying to do everything. Oh yeah my card got hacked right after I tapped to leave deposit! $660 money gram bank stopped 3rd attempt and it’s going to take weeks to get my money back! I was 600 miles from home and had no access to my account, it was terrible and they just kept saying it couldn’t be from them, when I proved it was! I said this could be happening others have your machine and system checked! Really made visiting my daughter in college for the 1st time extremely challenging!

I'll start with the positives: Close to airport, walking distance to fast food options and convenient stores/gas stations. Area around the hotel felt safe enough to me to walk to get food late at night.
I was only here for 2 nights and I overslept and missed breakfast the first morning. The second morning I was able to grab breakfast before I had to leave for my flight. The breakfast was hot and very good with a decent variety of options which I enjoyed.
I had booked a room with a king bed and when I checked in the room they gave me only had one queen bed and was on the first floor which made me feel uneasy. I promptly went back to the front desk to request a room change and thankfully they were able to give me a king bed room on the second floor.
The room itself was huge and I appreciated that it had a microwave and mini fridge.
With all that being said, there were some negative things about my stay. The shuttle was not in service for the duration of my stay. The pool was nice to have but the water was freezing. And lastly the hotel did not feel super clean. On my second day I noticed ants in my room on the counter/desk area. In the bathroom near the lobby there was also what I am pretty sure was a small roach on the floor.

Cockroaches and centipe in my rooms. Yes, I said rooms. My first night I was reaching over to turn off the bedside light when a cockroach crawled up between the pillows and started approaching me. I went to the front desk to ask to be moved to a new room and the clerk laughed! I did get a new room but couldn't sleep all night. When I went into the bathroom the next morning to brush my teeth there were centipedes in the sink. Don't know how this property rated above a 7. I would never stay there again!

stayed over the weekend for my daughters softball tournament. i knew as soon as i stepped off the elevators that the rooms weren’t gonna be good. the hallways were super dirty. room was really small. floors were stained. mirror on wall was cracked. there was filth on the toilet seat and hair on the floor behind toilet. bathtub had cigarette burns all over it. the swimming pool was ICE COLD. i booked this hotel because it was affordable with a pool for the kids and there seemed to be some good reviews about it. i asked the front desk lady about the pool temperature and she said “oh it was broke last week but i thought they fixed it”. it was apparent that she was giving me an answer so i’d walk away. we had to leave 30 minutes before breakfast and they wouldn’t give us anything to grab n’ go (like a banana). it was an awful experience. spend the extra $20 and go somewhere else. i sure wish i did.

Hotel was accomodating with us coming in at 4am for checking. When walking into hotel slight mildew smell, the front desk person she opened the door for the bell cart. Hotel room was clean, bathroom door did not have a latch so you couldnt lock door. Breakfast was below average. The eggs were slightly warm, potatoes hard & undercooked, sausage was cold, yogurt was out of date. Cranberry juice was out. Waffles were good.

The not so well hotel review!

I was a little weary of staying here due to the reviews but it was one i. Very few options left for the country superfest. The elevator was loud and if you ask me i would say scary all the noises it made. The halls had a smell as if you were entering a nursing facility. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom and it was not mine. The toilet sits practically in the ground very low. The toilet kept clogging every and anytime it was flushed. The kicker for me was we went for breakfast a little after 8 and was told by a staff member that they had none left as the staff last night did not do their job so we paid a pretty penny for this place due to the crowds and honestly i was very unsatisfied that we will not.be going back here anytime in the future.

good room the rest so so...

The room was great, but the rest of the hotel was dirty, and in general, all the floors were sticky, including the elevator.
The breakfast looked old as the eggs were sandy, the little hamburgers were super dry, the coffee pot was bone dry, and the juicer machine didn't work... I ended up eating 2 yogurts... I'm still waiting for the refund of my deposit. I don't understand why it's taking so long, as when I stayed in other hotels, I received it back right away.
