We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.

The rooms are very quiet ,clean and even parking is very convenient. If i had to choose one thing that i didnt like, and this is being picky, the fold away couch is not very comfortable to sit on . Thats it. Highly recommend

Excellent shower although water gets on the floor no matter what you do. Pretty clean, not immaculate but pretty clean. Coin laundry onsite. Front desk can give you quarters. Overall id say a 7.5 out of 10

Room said queen bed with sofa bed for 4. Hotel know it is for 2 adults and 2 childs. No extra bedding for the sofa bed. Sofa bed is in its last condition with no bedding to cover it. Only give 3 set of towels for 4 people.

Nice place to stay. Came for a convention and was able to check in early. The staff was friendly and the breakfasts options were ok and some of the options changed daily. My only complaint was that they never cleaned our room even when we answered the check in questions and stated we wanted the room cleaned every other day since that was the only option for housekeeping service.

Oven door does not close all the way which I reported to the front desk, baking sheet was missing and front desk didn't have anymore, so I went out to buy my own. First day the room smelled good, the remainder of the days it smelled of cigarette smoke, my room was located by the pool and people smoking just outside of the front hotel door near pool. The location of the hotel was good and felt safe.

You'd think the staff at a hotel would be understanding of situations like this and not want to lose out on almost a grand, but this was not the case.

I have stayed here a handful of times. It is an ok place for a quick simple stay, but very basic. It was disappointing that the shuttle service \"was unavailable\" even though it is advertised and one reason I booked this hotel. I had to incur additional costs for transportation. Also, the food for breakfast has gotten worse each time I stayed - expired items and you have to try a few items as some are inedible (this time the eggs were like chalk and the waffle maker was broken). Credit card machine was also broken at check in so check in took a very long time. Convenient for my visits and I can deal with the lower tier style rooms, so I usually end up coming back and rolling with the ups and downs.

These were the literal worst beds I've ever slept in (and we travel a lot for dance competitions and races through the year). I feel bad rating it that way, because the staff was friendly, it was very clean, and it was nice. Just those mattresses were awful!

Extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds. 2 BR suite with kitchenette/LR was more affordable and roomier than two typical hotel rooms for our family (parents and adult children). Appreciated the friendly front desk staff and hot breakfast buffet. Not a single complaint. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at the Towne Suites at Easton so I thought this one would be as nice, but i was dissatisfied. Although the person who checked me in was nice aand gasve me another room since the first one had a noice coming out of the air conditioning that was so loud i didn't last 5 minutes in there, unfortunately the 2nd room was worse. First there was a foul smell like rotten milk. I didn't have it in me to go down and tell her thos room was dirty and smelled. There was a towell on the floor, hopefully it judt had fallen and it was just dusty and dirty. I had my own cleaning stuff so i cleaned enough to sleep there and found the source of the rotten smell in the sink, but this has to be the worst place if not close that i have stayed due to the cleanliness alone. I won't be going back there and sadly it was a waste of money to end up having to clean up my own hotel room.

Scheduled for a soccer tournament. I stay primarily at Marriott properties. This was one of the more disappointing. Fridge didnt work but they did replace. Hot Breakfast consisted of lukewarm fried potatoes and what i believe to have been turkey sausage patties. Bed was clean bathroom was clean but kitchen had what appeared to have been some spilled then redried frootloops on the floor under the counter that should have easily been picked up in a general vacuuming. 2 towels and 2 washclothes for 2 people. Oh and the phone didnt work so for any requests i had to make requests at front desk. With so many options in the area would i stay here again....not likely

The staff was friendly, but...we were given a smoking room instead of non-smoking, we were not given sheets/blankets for one of our beds (had to get ourselves), we were not given ANY towels for 6 people(had to get ourselves), and worst of all we found a bed bug in our bed! My only complaint is that the office is a little difficult to find. I drove around the building an extra time trying to figure out where it was. Other than that it was a fine stay and I would stay there again if in the area and in need of lodging.

We actually left and rebooked a different hotel. This hotel is by the airport. Our daughters room was terrible. They checked in before us, so we didn’t stay. Room had a terrible smell. The window was open and couldn’t be shut. Ants were climbing the walls. Room wasn’t clean. The pool had been drained but it was half filled with rain water and mold. She went down to the front desk and told them what they found and were not going to stay. The clerk fully refunded her stay and ours. We booked into another Marriott property in the Easton area of Columbus.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Shower was nice and bed was good. However, I think they need to work harder at cleaning the rooms. The trash was not emptied in the bathroom, the kitchen floor was sticky and stovetop was dirty and grease was on the wall behind the stove. When we arrived we had to ask for toilet paper since they didn't have any in the room and a tray for the ice. The workmanship of the build was also poor as well in that you had the bathroom door was not hung right and didn't shut easily.

Our stay was really nice! The rooms were clean and every member of the staff we came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. There were a few small issues, such as no hot water in the kitchen sink, however once it was reported to the front desk someone from maintenance fixed it the same day. We would absolutely stay here again.

The kitchen was clean. However, I could write my name in the dust on top of the refrigerator. The bathroom was clean but the full length mirror had several fingerprints on the side & hairspray in the middle. Not cleaned regularly. The carpet had debris on it like it wasn’t vacuumed regularly. There was tinsel on the carpet on the window side of my bed. The next day it was gone (I stayed two nights). The living room TV remote was missing. I found it under the couch, along with tinsel & debris. It appears that only the bedding gets changed & the bathroom refreshed. There was a bug on the bed pillow in the second bedroom. I killed the bug with the pillow case & left it out on the bed, thinking it would be replaced by housekeeping. Unfortunately, the pillow case was tucked in, not replaced for the next day. I expect more from the Marriott name. Sadly disappointed.

Bathroom door handle falling off, roll away had no bedding, profane guests slamming doors and shouting at 3am, many temp construction workers had building and room doors propped open with debris littered all over their rooms. Hated it and felt unsafe!
