I was VERY dissatisfied with the cleanliness of our room. My bed was COVERED in brown stains.. the comforts, sheets and pillows! Absolutely DISGUSTING. There was crust and dirt everywhere. This place has clearly never been cleaned properly. Never staying here again.

Check-in lady was very nice.
The air conditioner fan would not run when “continuous fan” button was pressed. Inoperative or disabled? I like the hum of a fan to drown out noise from inside and outside of the hotel.
In the future, I’ll spend the extra money on a nicer hotel.

Throughout my stay my room never had toilet paper and the single use shampoo and conditioner were empty. The staff made my bed and took my towels so I know they had been in the room and the bathroom specifically but never put in any toilet paper. The hotel lock want working. I was told that if I needed anything I could text the number that had been sending me information. I did, and no one responded. I waited over an hour before going to the lobby where there was NO ONE there!!! I ended up leaving and booking another hotel.

The room was pretty decent overall, but there was no hot water in the shower during my stay. This was especially difficult since temperatures dropped to around -8 degrees on some mornings. As an out of state business traveler, dependable hot water is a basic comfort I expect when booking a hotel. The sink was piping hot, much hotter than the shower; clearly an inconsistency. I hope this issue is addressed for future guests.

The room was nice but, there was a mysterious blue goo on the walls and on a lamp fixture. The windows could open but there was no screen so when you opened the window, it was just right to the outside. The breakfast was fine. Standard hotel options but, could probably be displayed a little better. The front desk was kind and helpful when the business center (ie desk with a printer and computer) wasn’t working. A very -fine- stay.

The staff was very friendly. Something they can’t help the customers that were their last night were terrible screaming multiple times cursing at each other. Out of staff control. The bad -around 1am the bathroom ceiling was flooding. It was loud and constant. We got in late and had been woken so much we didn’t want to change rooms at that hour of the morning.

The hotel was great Room was clean. Breakfast was great. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She made sure that if I needed anything, she helped me out with stuff. The only thing I didn’t like was the day when I was checking out check out at 11 and it was like 1110. The lady from housekeeping kept knocking on my door and I told her my ride was pulling up. She told me I had to get out and go wait in the lobby, but I was waiting on my boyfriend so he can help me with the bags And she told me I had to get out because they needed to clean the room but other than that, everything was wonderful. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I really like this hotel but after that lady treated me like that I don’t know if I will come back because I was just waiting for my boyfriend to come help me with the bags

This was fine for one night, but not really well-maintained. There was a gash in my bathroom door, the ice machine was broken, and the microwave clock had the wrong time. Despite the AI summary of reviews on here, I thought the parking lot was perfectly fine, but the exit leading to a neighboring restaurant did have a nasty pothole a little outside it that I almost tripped in and seems like it could be a liability.

The room was dirty—stains on the couch and curtain. The bed was very uncomfortable and slouched in the middle. The desk chair still had crumbs on it from a previous guest, and a mouse was running around all night.

Also, the employee working at the front desk failed to return my ID to me when I checked in. I also forgot and left the hotel without realizing it. I've spent the past three days speaking with employees and trying to get them to mail my ID to me, but they so far have not said that they will do it.

I need my ID ASAP because I am traveling over the holidays.

I have also tried to raise this issue with your corporate office, but the automated phone system keeps hanging up on me.

This is incredibly frustrating. I will never be staying at a La Quinta or Wyndham hotel again.

I showed up to check into my room at 9pm. The room I was assigned was not cleaned. So I went to the front desk and asked to be given a new room. The front desk lady was very nice. But my new room there was holes in the walls, in the door, the shower was broken.

As I stated above, the lady at the front desk was very nice and they were most likely under staffed. But I would never stay there again. Furthermore, the sign in the main lobby stated no cash was allowed. Yet they would only accept cash for the add on for a pet. It was very strange.

I do not recommend this place at all. And I’m shocked that it stays in business. Avoid it this hotel if you can. Even if the low dollar amount is appealing.

Beds are comfortable, heater works little to well..lol Housekeeping are on their game. WiFi is excellent. Im pretty impressed with the bathroom most hotels that I've stayed in had a tub/shower combo but her its just a shower and im thankful bc i have back and knee issues so it takes a lot of effort to get into the tub but here i just walk right in. LG tv has a great picture. Oh phones in the room actually work so if you get a clogged toilet you dont have to work your happy butt to the lobby just press 0 and boom have the issue dealt with.

I was pretty nervous after reading, some of the reviews mentioning bedbugs, but I took the sheets off the bed and checked and didn’t see any signs. The bed was clearly old, but it was actually very very comfortable. The couch in the room had some mysterious stains and the walls had some spots but overall I could tell that the bathroom had been cleaned, and what not. the area wasn’t the greatest but I was only there for one night. I needed to leave so I didn’t get any breakfast or coffee but there were a few families there and overall the hotel seemed pretty quiet on a Friday night. I’m not sure I would choose to stay again, but I was in town and lost my lodging last minute and really needed to stick to a budget, so this was fine for that.

I didn’t eat the breakfast. The area is newly remodeled and nice, but the breakfast does not match this at all. Old and dried up sausage patties, bread, waffles, packaged muffins/granola bars, and oatmeal is all they had.

The room was only cleaned once and when it was all of our personal care Items, snacks pop and water was removed from the room. When reported and told to staff. They would say I read that in notes. tHIS LOCATION WAS STRANGE FROM BEGINNING TO END. bUT THE WORST WAS THE BEDS! THEY WERE AWFUL. I SLEPT ON TOP OF TOWELS AS WELL AS USED TOWELS AS COVERS. This hotel is incredibly Loud…ac/hearing unit kicking on wakes you up every few minutes, all the door’s slamming, noisy guests (I’m certain someone broke something in the trim above me around midnight because the bang shuck my room!) and then the maid in the morning, I could hear her 5 doors down. Not to mention for some unknown reason, my room (122) received 2 wake up calls, even though I never asked for any. I barely slept at all! No elevator to 2nd floor which i found weird. My room had an odor to it which was off putting, the room itself was mostly clean but you can see the horrible work they did on the remodel. How it ever passed inspection is mind blowing. Definitely they type of sleazy hotel men stay at while working in the area to save money. Not really a family place by any means. Our room was disgusting I took pictures of the nasty human bodily fluid stains on the chair and tge closed had a bunch of toweled that were not removed from previous person. All of this is communicated immediately to tge front dear Donna and she refused to put us in another’s room. Said there were non available.
The other person which was tge manager who was from an Indian back thought that this is all okay after he asked for proof and everything was provided.
No accommodation or any apology or anything!
This place is a loss cause to management

Specifically asked for a room with 2 quees beds when booking, only to discover they have no queen beds in the hotel (thought we did hear them offer a \"queen room\" to the people in front of us.
Would have been helpfull if we could have stayed in a room with a king and sleeper sofa which other reviews mention, however, when i asked at the desk about more sleeping space, was told the options were between 1 king or 1 full...

Staying at the property was unsettling. People in and out at all hours. Pot smoking prevalent, more outside than in. There were spills and smears in common areas that were never cleaned. The room itself was ok, but the activity and other patrons caused me to keep my door locked and I chose not to have housekeeping. Seemed like many of the visitors were long term, like they lived there. Will choose a different property when visiting again.
