The place smelled clean, carpets vacuumed, BUT..bathroom was GROSS. Tub was disguting needed to wear flip-flops to shower in it which we couldn't because the drain backed up within minutes to your ankles. Also somebody else's hair left in the sink and very obvious nobody is scrubbing the floor tile. The flooring in the room was vinyl plank which would be great if it appeared as if they had washed recently. The entire building was falling apart which was a shame because you could tell that it was a gem of a hotel when it was built

The property is very outdated. The common areas are not kept up at all. The air conditioner/ heater in the room gave off a terrible smell. There was gum stuck to the wall next to the bed as well as a sticky substance all over the nightstand. The sheets were clean, but the pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. The rod for the shower curtain was barely attached to the wall. There was a bath mat on the floor in the tub that I lifted to find mold all underneath it. When I brought that up to the front desk staff upon checking out, I was told that they would \"let maintenance know\" and that was it. Under no circumstances was that bathroom cleaned before we entered the room. The only thing that was even a quarter of the way decent was the swimming pool.

The place was disgusting and had a moldy smell. The carpet is disgusting looking, the haleays smell like smoke, the two chairs on the second floor coming out rhe elevator looks nasty and broken. The bathroom was dirty, hair balls on the floor when i walked in, behind the toilet was disgusting. The mattress has my back in pain. The halways was noisy all night. Kids running around jumping making noise at 3 am. Never again!!! Worst hotel i ever stayed in.

Perfect low budget stay for a cancelled flight. Hotel was able to accommodate our group of 7. Hotel staff were nice and the bus driver was fantastic. Hotel needs updated. Ice machine did not work. Room had a very cold refrigerator.

I stayed here for one night, the hotel is very old and disgusting. The carpet from the entrance to the room including the elevator has not been vacuumed in a while.
The lamp by the night stand was not working and the amenities in the room are old to say the least. Honestly, I considered leaving but it was already very late and I had an early morning flight, so for the 5 hours of sleep I was going to get, I ended up staying, but if I had arrived in the afternoon, I would have cancelled my reservation here.

There was fecal matter drawn on the walls next to the toilet. Other areas of the walls in the bathroom were visibly dirty, and the tub was so warn the whole bottom appeared filthy but were actually just stained/scratched beyond repair. We checked out the next morning to and stayed elsewhere for hygiene. Photos available.

The front desk clerk was nice. First the hotel actually charges a $300 deposit and keeps it for 14 days. When questioned why the front desk clerk says local people cause damage. Why let them stay then? The “indoor” pool is not heated. The water and the area it was in were ice cold. It’s a dirty cold hotel. The room smelled like marijuana. The furniture in the room was old and scratched up. The bedding and mattress were decent. There was hot water for showering. Room keys only worked one night so I had to go back to the desk to get them programmed again. The pictures look nice online but they have been heavily photoshopped. I was really disappointed in my stay there.

This was cheapest near the airport and you do get what you pay for, got in at 11pm and was leaving early morning so it did get the job done... But, its pretty old and run down, Im short and bathroom sink was below my hips, the door had a chain to lock the room, funky smell and pillows/bed were horrible... Better off spending a little more for comfort

This was the worst hotel stay ever. The outside of the building is so old and worn down it looks like you’re trying to stay I am abandoned, haunted building. The lobby looked like it was cool, in its prime and when it was kept up. The elevator and hallways were nasty, it smelled. Our room stunk like mildew, lights didn’t work, the garbage in the bathroom was never emptied. There was black mold all along the ceiling of the bathroom. There was a big black mark on the mirror. The bottom of the tub was black. And if all that wasn’t bad enough, my son found a bed bug on his bed (yes, I have a pic) and couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. When I tried to speak to the front desk about it, all I got was a “yeah” then a pause and a “want a receipt?” Trying to get a refund now. Highly, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This hotel is okay if you need to save money and it’s probably only yourself traveling. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you are planning any romantic getaway. I simply went to a CBJ hockey game. Tub/shower walls hadn’t been cleaned. I had to manually flip channels on the TV because the remote didn’t work and I didn’t ask for a new remote either. I had trouble getting into the room with the key. Had about 5 swipe attempts with red before I finally got a green. Lamps were old and dusty, the bed was warm and comfortable so that was a plus. The weather was great in Columbus. Cost me $11 on Lyft to get to the hockey game and about $13 to return back to the hotel after the game. They do have a shuttle to the airport, which is what originally led to me selecting this hotel. Pool was closed but it seemed like it’d possibly be a fun place to swim at. Would I stay here again? If I needed to save money, sure, otherwise no.

On one Desk clerk was nice. No one wanted to clean. I ask for daily cleaning and had to follow up twice a day for service. It seemed like they didn’t want to clean or help with any activity. It was one of the saddest experiences I’ve ever been through.

The rooms stink to high heaven there’s no ice bucket there’s no cups. The floors are filthy. My feet were black TV gets very limited channels oh and there is a shooting at 9:30 in the morning between nine people. One girl got shot. All these cars got shot up. Do not stay there. It is dangerous.

It was cleaner than last time and the staff is very nice and helpful. The a/c worked better than my previous room. I actually had coffee pot available this time but had to move the coffee pot so I could plug it in somewhere. The pot wasn’t the right size so it didn’t allow the coffee to drain into the pot instead I had to hold the pot up to the spring to allow it to drain into pot. No breakfast items of any kind but not sure that’s part of the amenities. Overall better than last stay but could still use some improvement.

The only good part about this hotel and I will say it 1st is the customer service was great. It was great because they worked with us to move to 3 different rooms. My wife and I dropped off our stuff in the room when we checked in and it was very quickly and I mean like 15 minutes quick because we were in town to see a concert so we were rushing to get to the show. After the show we got back to the hotel and within 10 minutes of getting settled I saw one of the walls that looked like it had “paint splats”. Getting a closer look out of curiosity … it was COVERED in black mold! Noticing it now as we are sitting on the bed we looked at the other walls and they had it as well, the lamp shades were covered!! It’s 1 A.m in the morning at this time so I go to the front desk to tell them I refuse to sleep on that room and that entire wing of the hotel needs to be condemned! The woman at the desk was extremely nice about this and showed care and gave me a different room on the second floor because the other was on the 1st floor and across the hotel. I went and looked inside the room before moving stuff and it didn’t have mold but half the light bulbs didn’t work and the AC wasn’t working so I said absolutely not. We get into a 3rd room and as this is happening to me there was a family of mom and dad 3 little kids also walking around to find a room that was good for them and this was the 2nd night in a row they had to change rooms !! My wife’s and i’s 3rd room was acceptable to stay in

Not as bad as the other reviews said. Few fruit flies in the bathroom, and the pictures are prettier than in person. Shower was rusty and overall just probably needs tile replaced. Beds were fine most towels and such had a couple small random stains. No bed bugs or roaches.
Free breakfast is advertised but untrue. There’s a coffee pot and creamer, the juice machine doesn’t work and there’s no food provided. We went to Dunkin.
Lobby area was pretty
Overall it was decent for a night but if you want somewhere very clean and up to date you should splurge a little.

This hotel was in such terrible shape. There were dead bugs, mold and a live cockroach in our fridge. The mattress had mold on it and the other had stains all over it. The ceiling in the bathroom was actively leaking. The wall behind the toilet was breaking off. We ended up checking out in the morning. The hotel staff was understanding and refunded us our whole trip.
