It was easy to find . Opon arrival the staff was very pleasant and called me 30 mins early before check in to say we could check in early after our plans cancelled which was helpful. One of our beds did have a ripped sheet but everything was very clean in our room. It is a very large hotel so just keep that in mind when needing to go to the front desk which is the only place that has vending and a microwave unless you buy into the extra membership.

The staff were wonderful. The room was immaculately clean. The only issue I have a problem with is a parking charge. I feel that is a service that should come with renting the rooms. At the very least add it as a hidden fee into the room rate so I don’t even know it is happening.

The actual hotel is gorgeous. The staff was very passive aggressive and dismissive. The shuttle to and from the airport was a very hard vehicle to get in and out of for people with disabilities. When we were checking out I called down to ask for the shuttle as instructed. I was rudely told that “you better hurry or you’ll get left. We actually ended up taking an uber to the airport. Frankly I exported more from a Marriott property. I would probably not book here again.

The facility and room were good. The restaurant food was ok, but service was absolutely horrible. The bartender, cashier and server were great! Sadly they were all the same person. One man on the job they should have had 3 ppl for.. He was very overwhelmed though he handled it as well as a man could.

Room was comfortable and clean. Shower pressure was excellent. Beds were comfortable. The customer service was absolutely fantastic! Front desk was attentive at check in and during a phone call for a possible lost item realized at 4:30 am while preparing to leave for my flight. The front desk agent went to look in the restaurant for my missing item - thankfully, I realized I packed it differently and found what I thought I had lost, but the agent took time to find it and I appreciate her kindness.
My sister and I had dinner at the bar where we received excellent service from Brandon, lots of laughs with the other patrons who have been stranded by the winter storm, and really great food! Overall, a great stay, thanks to a wonderful staff.

1) Walls were paper thin where we could hear conversations in the next rooms, toilets flushing and people having sex.
2) We ordered room service for breakfast which finally came after we called a second time to follow up 45 minutes later. The breakfast was served in cheap takeout packaging, unlike the regular standards we're used to Marriott upholding. Upon opening the breakfast containers, we discovered that there was no salt or pepper for the plain shredded potatoes, missing toast for one breakfast, while the other breakfast sandwich had burnt toast, plastic cutlery, no cheese on the hash as requested, and 2 super small paper cups of coffee that cost US$3.50 each, filled with grinds in the coffee.
3) Upon expressing our disappointment with the breakfast to the management, he said \"this is the way we do room service here\" and \"he couldn't do anything about it\".
4) The darts tournament for which we were there served bottles of beer for US$5 each and plastic bottles of water for US$4 each. They should have had pitchers of free water available and originally refused us free glasses of water.
5) All plastic and glass bottles were disposed of in the garbage, with no recycling program available (as confirmed by the serving staff).

Also, it was disappointing to not be able to make change for a $50, so that l could leave a decent tip for the cleaning ppl (as well as the worker in the M member lounge)

The room we had was in need of repair. Wallpaper was discolored and pealing in places. The shower was in need of tile repair, and the shower curtain needed cleaning.
Over the weekend the Starbucks vendor booth was never open. Overall, way under Marriott standards I am used to.

Loudest toilets I’ve ever heard. Hard to believe they would chose such a noisy toilet for a hotel. I can hear flushes from upstairs. The coffee shop was closed and the restaurant only offered a $25 breakfast buffet. We went to Waffle House instead. Won’t stay there again. Marriott can do better

The team member who checked us in was phenomenal. However, the facility appears old, security lock inside the room was broken and screws coming out of wall. Wondering what the amenities fee was for? When returning back to Columbus, I don't believe we would select the property to stay.

The only thing I liked was the front desk clerk that checked us in. She was super nice. The room was clean however the ac was awful. Only ice machine that worked was on the first floor. Never tried the food, they were either closed or very behind in cleaning off the tables. The weather was 92 degrees so with no pool or ac it was a miserable stay. Did score an apple in the VIP room and a bottle of water. Disappointing being a Marriot.

I liked the proximity to the airport. The staff (front desk mainly was below the typical Marriott standard in my opinion. The facility was clean enough but def dated and dingy looking. Won’t stay here again and will def not assume all marriotts “brands” have the same base standards (for each brand/level).

Filthy dirty, baths and tubs not cleaned/stained, nightly parking pass was ridiculous, parking lot even clean, let alone a \"safe looking place\", I had a child with me and was very uncomfortable having him on that place. Supposed to be free breakfast???? Never one told or given any literature or info on that or any other amenities. Furniture unclean, stained and dirty. Nothing to warrant $100/night stay....I wouldn't even pay $29/ for it.

The rooms are outdated, the beds are old but clean. The staff were really nice considering they had to deal with a youth football team. You do have to pay for parking even though it’s a parking lot. They will automatically charge unless you specifically tell them you don’t have a car or used their parking lot. They charge 22.99 for breakfast and it’s the bare minimum.

I loved the early airport shuttle with the kind, helpful, careful driver. Omar in the lounge was friendly and efficient. Rooms were comfortable and Wi-Fi was wonderful! If you could just move the elevator a little closer to the lobby, the hotel would be perfect!

We arrived a little before10 pm and they said they didn’t have any rooms ready. We waited until almost midnight to finally get a room. There were several other people waiting as well. I do want to mention that the woman working at the front desk was very nice and was trying her best. She just started her shift and there were multiple issues going on at the same time that she was left to deal with it all by herself. VERY disappointing experience.
