The sink was coming off the counter, the fire. Alarm was beeping all night, someone removed the chain lock off the door, the light socket didn’t work so we had no use of a hairdryer, the location is in a rather rough area.

Staff changed our room from 2 double bed to a king bed when we were traveling with 3 kids, gave us an out of order room that was disgusting. the floor turned our socks black, bugs in the bathroom light, mold on the toilet, missing exhaust fan, missing filter in the ac, the room smelled awful and damp, maintenance was still in the room when we were checked in, everything was sticky.

The first room i got checked into was a king and it was ok until i pulled back the sheet and it was multiple blood stains on the sheets so i went to the front desk and he informed me that he had no more kings for rent all he had was doubles so i had to take that so we went to the second room it was ok until i found a Crack pipe on the ptac smh.

Pictures didn't match the building. We pulled up and parked, took one look at how scary the hotel looked and left. We didn't even stay the night or check in and they still took my money. Hotels.com refused to refund. Will never book through them again and will never book a Days Inn again.

Horrible stay. We arrived to a two twin bed room when my husband booked a king size bed. We got there and entered a freezing room and after an hr with the crappy heater going we realized it was blowing cold air so we had to move to another freezing room and get ready for our event. We left the heater going all night still freezing by morning. Tv didn’t work and most of the light bulbs in the room didn’t work. Cigarette ash all over. We come to the area multiple times each month for events and always stay at the Wyndham’s but this was the first time at this exact location and we will NEVER stay there again. It was dirty and un welcoming. Do not stay here!!

Staff courteous. However, microbe would not stop running, mini fridge was frozen open, gap under door to outside meant the room was very cold even with heat turned up to max on a 0 degree day. Bathroom was not clean.

We went for a family emergency, the room was non refundable. I have photos of the room and how disgusting it is. It had holes in the walls separating the floors and the walls. There were cob webs all over the ceiling and corners. The refrigerator had food and crumbs from the previous guests. There was black mold on the ceiling by the front door the heat didn’t work the thermostat was set on 86 and it was so cold in our room the drinks froze & we had to go to our car to heat up. When we got to the hospital we were told to never stay in any of the local Days Inn due to unsanitary conditions. I am shocked that this hotel was even supported by Hotels.com. This was not a cheap cost for us. It should be refundable without question. Like I said I have photos.

As soon as i walked into my room bathroom it had feces on the toilet seat that i had to clean off. I tried to take a shower but there were clumps of hair all in the tub so i didnt use it. Overall horrible stay and i will not stay again

No, room was dated. Bathroom fan was noisy. Bathtub was damaged and repaired. Obvious the bathtub was damaged. Breakfast was sub standard. We opted not. Would have better to not have it. The room was clean but very dated. Was more of a motel than a hotel. Perhaps should have advertised as a motel. It was just ok! Staff not friendly.

Arriving at the hotel, I could immediately see this hotel was in need of a \"Facelift\", even a fresh coat of paint would have improved it! I was staying with various family members so it was too late to change your hotel.
Although the bedding was OK, other items, such as towels showed worn. In my particular room the shower/bath diverter did not work, and the painted over bath insert was peeling. My brother was in another room and he said he found some splattering of blood on the bath counter, while friends in another room woke to a nearby guest wretching off the balcony at 2 a.m. I don't think I'd ever stay there again and the best thing I can say about the hotel is good location!

The room was okay with the exception of the super sticky floor. You needed to wear shoes at all times when walking through the room. The outside was absolutely horrible. Dirty drug needles in the “landscaped” areas. There’s no way that I’d ever feel safe there alone. People were up and down the sidewalks yelling and carrying on. Not a safe place!

I believe they are used to house the homeless, there was evidence of this in the trash recepticals and by the generally unkempt people that were loitering around. It's an 'industrial' area, the local supermarket clerk advised us against walking in the area after dark. TV and telephone were inoperable, since we came back at about midnight from the OSU game, we were able to sleep, but I'll never use this establishment again.

What I really didn't like is that I paid for the room on my hotels.com account and was charged by the hotel as well ( they later refunded it) but only after I complained. How often do they do this is my question???
The hotel also refused to give me a receipt when I checked out since I had booked with a third party site.

This was absolutely the worst stay at a hotel/motel in my life this place needs to be condemned! It reminds me of one of those pay by the hour motels you see in the old movies lol. We were there for the game it says it's 2 miles from the stadium, its not. Any positive reviews are LIES or submitted by the staff. Beware

Please know this is motel style lodging. There is no elevator to the second level. The room is adequate for sleeping. The bathroom tub and surround were painted and the paint was peeling. The free breakfast was meager, had to ask for coffee cups, pastry was very stale. No one cleaned the room and we had to turn in the dirty towels to housekeeping to get fresh ones. The Comfort Inn is next door and they have an indoor pool. The Days Inn is in a great location for the Expo Center and the stadium. Unfortunately there is road construction right in front of the driveway. There is a McDonald's nextdoor for a quick hot breakfast. There are no lounges or gathering spaces.

They have dead flies on a fly trap in every room at the front window. It’s disgusting. The shower could be a lot cleaner with signs of mold. The front desk manager implied that I was trying to commit fraud with my credit card as he asked me repeatedly “whose card is this.” First and last time staying here.

I should just run from the Days Inn franchise. Place was run down and dirty. Shower dripped all day. No hangers, no fridge (but looked like one was there previously.) Location was scary too. Lots of homeless people around. Had to use rides share to get anywhere except McDonalds. Pool was closed and looked like it hadn't been open in a while. No maid service. 2nd worst property I've ever stayed.

Ever wanted to stay in a trash can?

Hotel was dirty, sheets were crusty, towels had stains, wallpaper falling off, the measurements for the bathroom install was still written on part of the bathroom wall. Went to ask for new sheets but we were told housekeepsing wasnt there and wouldnt be back until tomorrow. The next day our sheets were not changed. My key card stopped working and they got angry when i had to go back to the office 3 times to get in. Will never be back to this dump, id rather sleep under an overpass its probably cleaner.

So many things turned me off about this property. Some of the more important aspects that need to be taken care of our safety and security. Upon entering our room room, the very first thing we noticed was that the door latch was not properly secured to the door that could potentially cause an issue for entering and exiting the unit while it’s unlocked. A big fire safety hazard if someone gets stuck in their room because the latch is catching on the couch plate. Also, the smoke detector was removed from the room, multiple plugs in the outlet and one had sheathing that was cut or torn, exposing wire. The bed was lumpy, toilet head, a mold, ring, dirty lampshade, switch plates and outlets. Both the mini fridge and microwave were dirty, and even though the floor looked clean, the bottom of my feet proved otherwise after taking a couple steps without my shoes on. The linens and towels seem to be clean. Wallpaper was peeling in many places in the unit. Several flies and gnatsin the unit, some dead in the windowsills.

I came for a concert that was at the fair. The room was very dirty, even the shower. The beds are horrible. There was no breakfast. Vending machines were empty. People were yelling down at you from the balconies, which is weird. I was grateful for the location though and I could just walk to the concert because parking was crazy for the fair.

The pool was closed, looked lile for a long time , the grounds were 3rd world as fas as cleanliness went it wasn't your regular Days Inn. It didn't look like the pictures in the travel brochures. The place was always packed , which means they make a lot of $$$$$, so hire some help to keep up on your investment. If you advertise a pool make sure its open.

The door to my room was covered in what looked like soda or something that had never been cleaned off. It made me not want to touch the door handle. Also the outside trash cans seemed to always be full. The room inside was clean but several areas in need of repair. The areas that were cosmetic didn't really bother me but the tv didnt work. We stayed at this hotel for the state fair showing animals and came back ready for a shower all 3 nights. However, our room was never cleaned and never had towels. We went down and asked for new towels and asked why our room wasn’t cleaned and was told they didn’t have anymore towels at the moment. It’s no frills but a decent place to stay.

We decided to go cheaper and will not do that again. This property was a little sketchy. Staff was friendly. I want to make sure they know that. But the tub was not clean and had a little water in it. When we checked out the next morning they wouldn’t let us in the lobby due to a man being threatening to the owner and another threatening man in the parking lot. They took our key and sent us on our way. Interesting to say the least.

When we checked in they were going to give us a second floor room but we were not able to walk up the stairs. The cimment heard was the better rooms were upstairs. The room smelled musty. I was not impressed at all. I paid over $240 for the room one night and $123 another night. These rooms are not worth that much money. The air conditioner only blew out warm air, the floors were dirty (we had to throw away socks and wear shoes the whole time), the bathroom was dirty. We had 4 people in the room and they only gave us 2 towels and 2 washcloths and was told that we had to wait until morning for more. The pool that was advertised wasn’t open and it was 90 degrees that day. Overall we didn’t have a great experience. It definitely was not worth what we paid.

Stayed 2 nights- arrived had one towel in room was only able to get 1 more towel for 3 of us. One used hand towel for shower. Mold in the shower. Upon arrival trash over the trash cans outside and on the ground. In the room one tiny trash can after first night house keeping came in again 1 towel and they did nothing else in the room trash over flowing. We had very little toilet paper and they did not replace or leave another roll we used a roll we brought. Breakfast nothing to brag about nothing fresh.

Then waking up in the middle of the night sweaty because of no power more so no AC. Upon check-in, the 1st room we got was filthy and reeked with cig smoke. The 2nd one, we had drug dealing going, and a fight broke between him and another person. The room was filthy. There was blood smear on bathroom door, mold on shower curtain, sticky doorknobs, hair on the floor, and condom wrapper under the bed. Vent in the bathroom did not work. Showerhead was clogged, barely water ccame out. Towels were dirty and with hair stuck on it. Only saw one time for housekeeping person, and the rest of our stay, we never saw a soul. Trash in the room was not cleaned out during our stay. Overpriced for a place like this.

At the original check in, the room we were offered already had people staying in the room. Once this was resolved and we got a new room the room we were given was in pretty rough shape. Paint was peeling, the tub faucet had a constant trickle, and the was what looked like a melted starburst on the floor next to the bed. The alarm clock and outlets in the nightstand next to the bed were plugged into an outlet that was switch controlled. Meaning you couldn't set the clock or charge your phone unless the lights were on. I didn't take a lot of photos, but I wanted to make sure we didn't get charged for damage.

Overall the bed was fairly comfortable and the staff was friendly but will not be staying there again.

we only needed a bed for the night. the beds were clean enough. the room was not clean at all. i walked on the floor barefooted and the bottoms of my feet were BLACK. the bathroom door did not close right. the hair dryer had no electric to it. the baseboard around the floor is coming off and full of filth. the only staff we saw was at check in. good experience there very nice and friendly. as they say you get what you payed for. i will not be coming back there.

The hotel room we were given had a toilet leak and the floor was wet and got worse if you flushed. The room was not clean but did have an overwhelming scent of bleach that made our eye burn, it was sooo strong. We were not given the option to move rooms but someone came and put a bucket where the toilet was leaking to keep it from going all over the floor.

Smoke detector was hanging out the wall, walls had stains everywhere, tray under mini fridge was cracked, shower wall had hair in/on it.

Was 2.5 miles from the Ohio convention center. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I am very happy that pillows were not flat. Good amenities in the room had a microwave and a refrigerator. The water in the shower was hot. Adequate parking right outside the room. Check-in/check out process was very easy. The receptionist had great customer service. Breakfast was from 6:30 AM till 9:30 AM. Included a variety of muffins, danishes bread, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, and hot waffles. Room was quiet and could get a good nights sleep. Nice area easy to navigate.

Very very very noisy. Black rings in the bath tub and floor. They do not know how to clean. It is seriously run down which probably does not help ability to clean.
