This hotel is not in the best area and is in disrepair. Our room deadbolt did not lock. There were holes in the doors and it looked like the door had been kicked in before. The door jam was bent.

There were shady people standing around outside in the parking lot. The other guests down our hall were loud and there were loud cars driving in and out all night. Would not recommend. I will not be staying here again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was completely unacceptable.

Shortly after arriving, cockroaches crawled out of the bathroom sink. That alone was enough to make us uncomfortable, but unfortunately it didn’t stop there. The room itself was dirty and in serious disrepair, outdated furnishings, peeling and damaged surfaces, and an overall neglected feel. The bathroom was especially disgusting and clearly had not been properly cleaned. Even the towels appeared dingy and unclean.

When my husband went to the front desk to report the roaches, the front desk employee actually laughed. There was no urgency, no apology, and no concern shown for the situation. That response was just as disturbing as the condition of the room. We were exhausted from a long drive, checked in later in the evening, and were leaving around 6:30am the following morning, or else we would have just left.

To make matters worse, loud music played throughout the night. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything. We were woken up again at 5:00 a.m. by more thumping music. A hotel stay should at the very least provide a clean, safe, and quiet place to sleep - this provided none of those things.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

This was our 4th and absolute LAST stay...the majority of the Hotel was occupied by extremely loud and obnoxious Latinos, the hallways and exterior grounds were absolutely disgusting and dirty, trash everywhere, we found roaches in our room...new carpet was installed very POORLY and it rolled under your feet because it was installed loosely...the Quality of the improvements such as carpet and paint are done so poorly that it makes the place even cheaper looking then it was...the staff are extremely lazy, unfriendly and DEFINITELY unattentive...they DID NOT clean the common areas...EVERYDAY I seen cars pull up ,several people get out of each, come inside and devour the continental breakfast and then get back in their cars and drive away...I was EXTREMELY unsatisfied and a little bit scared, especially walking my dog after dark...the worst part of all is that there's a million \"NO SMOKING\" signs yet 100% of the facilty smells like Marijuana, there were cigarette butts in the hallways ,entryways and all over the parking lot, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING...in all HONESTY I should have asked FOR a FULL REFUND...

Hotel is run-down, needs significant upgrades - left a negative impression of the Ramada/Wyndham brand. Auto-door at entrance didn't work properly, parking lot entrance door was not secure (doesn't lock). Old dirty carpet in hallway, bathroom door sticks & surface edges are shredding, walls need painting, no TV info card available & channels didn't match up to Spectrum on-screen guide. No info on phone to call desk - tried 0, which rang twice & connected but no one spoke or answered any questions. Sink only ran cold water until we crawled under to turn on the hot. Workout room: treadmill & exercise machine didn't work. The only dumbbells sets were 35 & 45 lbs. Breakfast - waffle maker & syrup, bread & bagels with butter & jelly & cream cheese packets, yogurt cups, past-ripe bananas, juice cups, coffee (no tea).
Positives: Quiet area close to interstates. Staff at check-in was nice & efficient. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice, with good water pressure.
With the $99+ tax/fees, we expected better. Will not stay there again.

The pictures do not represent the real property. Was under the impression that property was a short stay type of hotel no long term type of stay aka motel. I was put on the main floor, surrounded by the hotel residences who left their room doors open at all hours of the day. The room neighbors were signing from 10pm to 3am. The occupants upstairs were running back n forth loudly. The hotel looks like it was going through renovations. Our room was unfinished, half painted walls, bathroom aka toilet n shower area looked very questionable. Carpet was dirty, paint splatters (red in color), the room entry door was not up to code. meaning it was a hollow interior door, not a standard hotel door that is mandated by the state code enforcement. The only good thing I have to say about the hotel as an induvial opinion, the bed coverings were clean. I used my black light, to which I did not find any questionable stains or spots. The sheets, covers, and pillows were very clean. Speaking of the beds, the comfort level was a 3 out of 5 scale. I do not recommend a stay for a short time, unless you are in-between places to stay. I didn't feel threaten or thing I would be harmed, but I was not comfortable for my sanity which means I didn't not sleep well at all. Booked a 3 night 4 day stay, I quickly checked out at 6am the next day.

Terrible! And I mean terrible! Please don’t book!

Front desk has sign that states no refunds after 20 minutes. 1st red flag! Rooms are filthy and smell like cigarettes. We instantly asked for another room. The front desk suggested us to “spray” the room. No way! Gave us another room without carpet. Still smelled. Still dirty. Couldn’t sleep there even a night. Asked for refund within ten minutes of arrival. They said sure but hotels.com
Has to call us for it! Hotels.com worked with them for 3 weeks! Ramada said they approved and refund on aug 16, No refund. They decided to not give us one! We called back and the hotel said they weren’t giving the refund. So stressful. Worst people. Worst hotel. Please save yourself the headache. I’m calling the health department!

I made our reservations a year ago for this trip. I have a band and we traveled from Detroit to the Columbus area to play a wedding, so this was a business trip. A day before our stay, I called the hotel to comfirm everything and that we'd be checking in late. When we checked in after our wedding job, they didn't have the rooms I reserved and some of the rooms only had one bed, but our reservations clearly stated that each room was to have two beds.

Then they tried to upcharge me for two rooms being jacuzzi suites, which was not my fault and I shouldn't have to pay that. When I told them that I'd made our reservations a year ago I got nothing but blank stares from everyone that works there.

The hotel in general is dated in décor, and pictures and signs hanging on the walls all over the hotel are crooked. Everything hanging on the wall behind the front desk was crooked and the tv wasn't even straight on the wall in my room. The drain in the tub in my room was broken, so when I took a shower the tub started to fill up. The parking lot was filthy and it made you really wonder what kind of place you were staying at.

I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is extremely run down.
Large rolls of discarded carpet in random locations of the parking lot.

Parking lot is littered with empty and broken beer cans and bottles.

Construction crews staying at the hotel are in the parking lot at 7am blasting music & drinking. Woke us up boh days.

It smells terrible.

The room wasnt much better.

There was a window to our room which opened completely that we were never warned of and it was left unlocked.

The bathtub appears to have been painted in an attempt.to cover up stains. The tub was filthy.

You get what you pay for. It is run down and not very clean. Massive garbage cans overflowing in the hallways. Smells bad. In our first room there was a huge pile of ants covering god knows what, so we moved rooms. Linens seemed clean though.

BLUF: Despite the valiant efforts of the day-to-day cleaning staff, this hotel is old, smelly, and broken-down. Don’t stay here.

Details: I spent one fitful night here while tending to a relative at Saint Ann’s Hospital. It is the only walkable hotel from the hospital. The sheets were clean, the bed was well made, the towels were clean and creatively folded, and the coffee basket stocked. At the same time, this hotel still provided small vials of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, and two bars of soap. These were neatly arranged; testimony to the cleaning staff’s commitment to play a catchy tune on the deck of this obviously sinking ship.

Now let’s get to the problems. The hotel smells bad. Someone was smoking weed in another room on the way to my room. My room (137) smells bad. The paint is peeling. The chest drawer handles are broken. The sheets and blankets are thin. Ants are crawling on the nightstand. The bathroom door doesn’t shut. All the lightbulbs are the drabbest sickening yellow compact fluorescent. Where the paint is not peeling, the previous painters did not use tape, so every outlet and fixture has paint on it; the sink has paint drops on it. The AC in the gym doesn’t work. The treadmill in the gym doesn’t work (I went for a run outside). There are no towels in the towel cabinet of the gym (Am I the only one who uses hotel gyms?!). The whole experience was like a hotel stay crafted by a knowledgeable enemy bent on making me miserable.

I don’t know if this property is newly purchased or just on the decline, but it wasn’t very clean. We went to CVS down the street and grabbed some gloves, cleaner and air freshener. Even after that, I put a towel down in the shower (which leaked all night).
The room smelled musty and the couch was stained. It was just a mess. I hope they can get it together, they have a good location.

The only good thing about this place was the bed was comfortable. And the fact they provided Dove products. Everything else about this place was horrible. Not clean, loud neighbors, guys standing outside the side door smoking and using drugs, parking lot was filthy, swore I saw a cockroach in the parking lot and the doors to the room and bathrooms were horrible looking. My teenage daughter didn't feel safe here and couldn't sleep with the noise. I would never stay at this place again!!!

I booked a two bed room and when arrived,my dad and I were asked if a king would work or due to a issue with room,we'd have to wait a few hours for it. We were told that the couch pulled out into a sleeper bed. We pretty much had no choice to take it because we were expected at a wedding and needed to get ready.

It was so bad that I left and got a room at another hotel. The smell and the floors were atrocious. There was multiple cigarette burns on the bathroom sink. There was some sort of liquid in the mini fridge. layers and layers of paint on the walls & trim. I brought the issue of the smell in the room. The front desk went to the room a sprayed Lysol to try to cover it up. Many of the lights not working in the front lobby. Trash and cigarette butts in the parking lot.

It was very easy to find. But Im not sure why I had to sign for a nonsmoking room only to have weed wafting into my room from the hallways from other people. I was on the first floor and the people were so rude they were partying until 3am in the morning. While I recognize that this wasnt a staff issue, they also didnt do anything to stop it and we were right down the hall from the front desk. When I tried to call the front desk it just rang. I had minor children with me. The room didnt have enough towels. We used a hand towel for the floor bath mat. Bathroom handles were broken. We were only there for one night but I didnt even get the rest I wanted or needed. Check in was very easy though and the lady working was very kind. Check out was easy as well.

First Ramada stay in the US

This hotel is in need of some love and care, probably not been visited by senior management for a long time.
Initial experience, smelt of cigarette smoke, no real customer service at checkin, food area dirty.
Room was ok, standard hotel room, clean sheets, etc. Carpet looked like it needed cleaning.
Needed extra pillows and served well by the staff, very polite. (different person to the checkin person)
Quiet night, other customers were nice people staying while working in the area.
In morning, wanted a little breakfast, cereal but no milk anywhere. Bagel was good.
First time staying in a Ramada in the USA, stayed in very good Ramadas in other countries, no comparison.
Come on Wyndham, please improve it.

This was a good place to sleep only nothing else was good about it. The breakfast was terrible with bagels, toast, waffles and microwave sausage. The side doors to the hotel were open because there was no locks on the doors. The pool area was closed. Management stated that they were remodeling the place but I could not tell. As you remove stuff you supposed to replace it especially door locks for the customers safety.

I would hope the owner will look into the shabbiness of the rooms.

Didnt stay here but the staff was helpful trying to get my money back. Expedia however is awful. Very hard to contact and, at least where I live, their automated program is almost non-functional. I tried to cancel my reservation because of a death in my family. It took over two hours total including finally talking to a human. Then I was lied to, by Expedia, telling me the manager of the hotel wouldn't let me cancel. By this time I was past my 24 notice to cancel. Please never, ever use Expedia.

After I checked in, I went to my room. The decor was very drab. It looked like a low rent motel somewhere in the Midwest and next to nowhere. The hot water never turned hot in the shower. It stayed cold for 15 minutes. However, the water in the bathroom sink was scolding hot. When I called the front desk, they were basically unconcerned and said they would have someone “check into it.”
I got dressed and checked out immediately and canceled the reservation. They still have not refunded me my money for the five days. I had already scheduled to be there. Do not go to a Ramada hotel. It’s like going somewhere in a Third World country. Actually that’s an insult with our country hotel. Some of those were better than where I was at the Ramada Hotel.

The hotel is a little outdated and could be cleaner. The hot water was only semi hot for one person, the 2nd shower had all cold, manager said maintenance was working on it, but day 2, same thing happened. We paid for the jacuzzi suite and it was ok, but will not come back.

Pictures do not represent rooms or gym at all. Over 300 dollars for deluxe room and the jacuzzi was stained yellow, brown debris and a bug floated up from drain. Tub jets filthy. Tears in carpet, dirty walls, missing lights. The gym is closet sized with equipment squeeze in. Checked in and left. Was unable to get refund and chose to sleep in car for two days in less than 30 degrees temperatures. Also the window did not lock and could easily be opened from outside. Unsafe, unclean, do not go here. Undoubtably one of the most stressful visits.

We came for one night for a tournament one of my daughters was playing a couple streets over. The price was good but obviously too good to be true. Definitely not worth what we spent. There was a questionable stain on the carpet as well as one of the blankets on the bed (we arrived late and didn’t notice either till the next morning). My husband then was going to take a quick shower in the morning before we left for the tournament and he ended up having taking a bird bath with FREEZING COLD WATER. There was no hot water in the shower/bath or even the sink. Will definitely be avoiding this place next time we have a tournament in this area.

Hall ways smelled like weed. Ordered pizza and as soon as we got it seen a huge roach heading towards our food then seen a smaller one later on climbing on the wall and later discovered a dried dead one in the bathroom by the sink and then another baby one by the ironing board. Tv had lines in it and the cable or what ever it is sucks couldn't even find any cartoons or anything for my daughter to watch. Breakfast was gross if u want to call it breakfast biscuits where over cooked no waffles cause thing that held the batter was broken but there was a guy eating a waffle when we got down there and they had bread but no way to toast it bagels where old and partly frozen and no way to toast them cause the toaster was broken if u wanted cereal u had to ask for it and it was in the back and they got it for u and just brought u a bowl of cereal and container of milk. The little store they have behind the desk was almost not existent it had 5 chocolate bars 3 bags of chips and Tylenol and playing cards and no prices posted. Water tasted gross. Never did find the ice machine. Fridge had black mold on the door

I had made reservations through Expedia well in Advance and it took them an hour to check me in...I had to reprogram my key cards EVERYDAY because they wouldn't work...the amount of trash scattered all over the grounds is quite sickening...it is SUPPOSEDLY a non-smoking facility but the common areas and Hallways have an overwhelming smell of weed....the ONLY reason we stay is because it's the ONLY facility in the area that is pet-friendly

No hot water to take shower in the morning. When reported to front desk all I got was sorry we will have someone look into it. Guest kept on slamming doors early in the morning, breakfast was mediocre. Customer service was good

The rooms were ok.had to get a hairdryer and they didn't really know where to get a dryer from. and it worked poorly after all of that. Just think that they need to upgrade those types of things. upgrade the rooms as needed.

Ten minutes after settling into our room we saw a bedbug crawling on the pillow. I asked the receptionist for a different room, which he gave us. After settling into this second room I went to the bathroom and here found a nice size cockroach chilling on the wall. No longer wanting to stay, i asked the receptionist for a refund, he replied, “I can’t do that, man.” If you don’t mind bedbugs or roaches, the place isn’t too bad I guess.
