There was dust all over the walls, the sheets and towels had yellow stains on them and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in your back. When I called to ask if any other beds would be better or newer, I was told they’re all the same. The room was dingy. When I checked out, I wasn’t asked about my stay. I stayed based on the reviews and I’m wondering why if staff members left them because they’re way off!

I always enjoy taking time from my busy weeks to stay here. It's always quiet and the rooms always nice and clean. Friendly staff. This past time the room I was in did not have the HDMI inputs on TV. I let the front office manager know, he apologized and let me know he was not aware and will make good on next stay. Other then that always enjoy my stays here!

The room was extremely spacious, making the price feel very reasonable. I was initially unsure about the nearly 5-star rating, but that doubt disappeared as soon as I entered the room. I really appreciated how strictly the smoke-free policy is enforced.

The only small downside was the streetlight right outside my window, which shone quite brightly at night and prevented the room from getting completely dark. That said, it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed there for 3 nights and they never can to clean my room,gave fresh towels or changed the garage. The bed was comfortable but would have been nice if they changed the bedding at least once during my stay.

1st time staying at a Ref Roof was expecting something better, based on the reviews. Liked the fact they had some booklets on stuff to do in the area. No breakfast just a coffee station. It was hard to get shampoo from the dispenser on the wall.

There was a large group of people sitting on top of their cars drinking smoking marijuana. Being very loud we felt completely uncomfortable. Traveling with my one year-old granddaughter. We left and found somewhere else to stay.

The hotel was clean and surprisingly quiet considering it was stuck in the middle of a shopping area that was full of restaurants and bars. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked so it was a pleasant stay.

At first, I was concerned about the area being high crime but that never occurred. The area is a very busy and a lot of restaurants around the area. Clean room, good service, it served it's purpose for a one night stay very well so much, we made reservations for our next stay .

Staff at the hotel are great rooms are very clean. Some touchup could be used on the paint on the walls and the temperature control unit was in a weird spot in the past. I’ve stayed here and the coffee was excellent this morning however it was like warm water with a hint of coffee. I know it doesn’t seem like a big thing but that 1st cup in the morning before you get going, it’s kind of important.

Not much better than dive motel

Room badly needs major renovation. Door to outside doesn’t seal, gap on bottom, bathroom door sticks so much it’s hard to get open and closed. Everything is worn terribly. Fridge is old, needs freezer compartment and was not level and rocked with every opening, and microwave on top of it. Sink in handicapped bathroom was too high to use if sitting in a wheelchair! Bed was rock hard Reviews for this place were good and I don’t know why. Would never stay again. At least the sheets and towels were clean

Old rundown, dirty nasty place to stay

Not for a family bar next-door never closes drug dealers and drug addicts constantly at the bar very dirty old, rundown hotel no professional cleaners just old relatives cleaning plaster staff entered our room when we were not there just to snoop through our stuff nowhere close to an 8.4 rating do not be fooled Hotel is for workers and workers only.

Not a good place for a family there’s a bar right next-door not even close to an 8.4 rating. Staff is friendly and nice but the place is old and rundown noticed little black bugs and the Orkin man was there plus the staff entered my room when we were not there just to look at our stuff Not to clean, but just to look at our stuff very strange it is family run family cleaned, not even close to thoroughly cleaned would not recommend to any family. It is a place for workers and workers only.
