Was told when I booked the concierge told me they had available wheel transportation from the hotel to the cruise ship ports .
This was not true and took us 2 hours to find our own .
Would book with embassy suites next time .
They have handicap accessible transportation.

The room was clean as always and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was included hot and very good. I take a lot of cruises and this is my go to hotel when I cruise out of Miami. I have stayed there as a solo traveler, with my husband and we have traveled with our grandsons and stayed there. We have always been very happy. I remember the first time we arrived at it from the airport and the Uber driver said we were at one of the best hotels in Miami and he was right! 5 stars out of 5 for sure!

A staff member (not housekeeping) let themselves into our room unannounced. When asked what she was doing i got no explanation. When i notified the front desk they offered no explanation either and did not seem concerned. We also had to go searching the floors for a working ice machine.

The front desk staff we great, especially Rassoul as he went above and beyond for us. Upgraded us to a suite at no up charge. He was kind and super helpful. We will definitely stay here again for our next cruise out of Miami. Shuttle service to cruise port was also great. Nice places to eat right near the hotel.

Could have been better - I did not find staff particularly welcoming or at all informative at check-in. I was not informed that if you don't ask for your bed to be made daily, it won't be. One day I waited way too long for the elevator to stop on the 16th floor and ended up taking the stairs down. I don't believe the pool was open for any day while I was there. It was \"under maintenance.\"

They have free breakfast. Its ok. It doesn't have everything but enough to get you on you way. Waffles, sausage, potato wedge, bread, etc. The place was clean. The sign in desk isnt on the first floor but I think on the 6th. Since I was Hilton member they gave us free gifts at the desk, which was nice. Our room was clean but the walls were paper thin. You heard everyone going by like they were in the room with you. The shower pressure only worked during cold. So no warm showers. We had snacks in their lounge at night. We had a short stay as we didn’t get to the hotel until around 1130pm. Check in was quick and easy and we were able to get food recommendations which was also great! The shuttle to the cruise port was amazing after reading it taking hours for some people I was a little worried, it took less than an hour and we were the last terminal!

The staff at the hotel was the best part of our experience. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was out of service all day and the next morning which made our stay with 3 children difficult in an unknown city, especially on a hot day when you arrive before 4pm

After a flight cancellation we decided to stay for 2 nights and it was great. We were welcomed with vouchers for a drink at the bar and ordered a flat-bread late at night . It has a nice restaurant and pool area. The room has a minibar stocked with snacks and bottled water and the staff at the front desk gave us 2 cans of soda of our choice. We would have preferred to have a hotel shuttle service but given the distance from MIA I guess this is not feasible.

Everything about this hotel was great. The room and hallways, breakfast area were clean and well maintained. We stayed here before a cruise. The hotel has a shuttle to the cruise terminal for $10 per person. Every person who worked at this hotel was pleasant and courteous. Every person! The breakfast was marvelous, well stocked and delish. Luz worked very hard to keep everything in the breakfast beautiful, kept cleaning and help guests. She was amazing. Friendly guests, an easy walk to restaurants, shopping area, Publix, Starbucks, 7-11.
