We spent the weekend in Columbus to go to COSI for a long weekend with our 11 & 13 year old boys. The pool was nice and one of the bigger hotel pools we've seen. Room was nice. We liked the couch area. Front desk staff was great. We didn't have a remote and they took care of it immediately.
Breakfast was good. They had waffles on Saturday but not on Sunday. My son was a little disappointed but he had a bagel and pop tarts so recovered just fine.
The location is great. Worth staying there and driving the 15 minutes into Columbus to get to COSI.
I'd definitely stay again.

I would first love to say just how welcoming Kia was from the moment we entered the building and she processed our arrival and departure. She was so knowledgeable and warm.The entire staff was so kind, pleasant, and helpful. One of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed in a while. The amenities were top tier. The only recommendations that I would have is if there could be a microwave inside of the rooms. But honestly this was one of the best stays and we will continue to book with The Hyatt. Thank you so much for having us.

The room we stayed in was quite nice. We purposely stayed here because of the EV chargers. We paid premium pricing compared to the other hotels in the area that didn’t have EV chargers. Having said that, the charger that we used, was not working. I sent an email to the hotel manager about our disappointment and inconvenience it caused us, but I didn’t get a response. Because of this, we ended up waking up extra early to look for a charging station and couldn’t get onto the road at the time we intended to. We could’ve stayed at another hotel for much cheaper, had we’ve known the EV charger doesn’t work. Disappointed!

We were awakened at 1 am by a family who just checked in. Their kids were jumping off beds and screaming - I called the front desk and the kids were so loud that it took her three times knocking before they heard it. In the end, the quiet never came. Instead of moving THEM, we had to move rooms in order to sleep. So my four year old was up until about 4 am. This is the worst experience we have ever had with night staff who was completely incompetent.

The refrigerator in the room had old smelly food in it. There was fruit snacks in between the cushions of the pullout couch. Hard snacks shoved against the bed on the floor. We only had hand towels in the bathroom and had to call down for body towels so we could take showers. The staff apologized for these things but it was a bit too many issues for me to really enjoy the stay….it made me question how well they cleaned the room.

The hotel was in a very good location it was close to lots of shopping restaraunts and the zoo was like 20 minutes away. Very clean and modern. Very spacious rooms the showes were great and had great water pressure and it was hot everytime we used it. The bed was very comfortable to be a hotel bed. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

The facility is clean. Breakfast is ok. Water is nice and hot and water pressure is good. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was almost fully booked for our stay and was understaffed. The employee that checked us in was swamped with multiple people, a group check in and phone calls she had to handle all at once.
This became harder for her because several rooms were not ready for the guests at check in. Bar was \"open\" but had no visible employee every time I was in the lobby.

We came here primarily for the use of the pool. Unfortunately it was FREEZING. My child tried to use it only once and was shivering with blue lips. There were also only a small amount of hand towels available two days in a row.

Steam buildup from the shower triggered the smoke detector and fire alarm when the bathroom door was opened. This forced an employee to knock on the door overnight for a safety check.

Thr only thing that upset me was putting 2 bottles of water in my room saying I would be

Thrilled with the value of this stay. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the amenities. We did however, have some black staining at the top of the walls in our room and a strong mildew smell in the shower.
