I love the hotel, it is in a safe area. The room is so beautiful , clean and breakfast is amazing. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The parking is very big. And they have very big outdoor pool and nice patio. I will stay here every time I come to Columbus ❤️
Beth
This is a very nice hotel! It’s large, so expect possible events & groups. It’s remodeled & well-maintained. The staff are friendly. The breakfast has varied, fresh offerings & Starbuck’s coffee. Overall, great stay for a great rate!
Debby
The full breakfast was a nice and welcome treat!
We were on a bit of a family reunion, so being able to have a leisurely place to meet and visit was lovely.

Breakfast was awesome! Room was clean and comfy! Beautiful grounds!
Renee
There was a wedding going on and the people involved were loud, slamming doors, running up and down halls all hours of the night
Anna
Breakfast was great! Staff was super nice and helpful. Pools were always clean and had plenty of towels.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The lighting could be brighter in the common area but it’s ok.

Hotel very well kept and clean. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Could not hear loud noises in hallways. Great outside pool and appreciated towels being supplied there. Close to all areas around Columbus with easy routes to get there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is very spacious and beautiful, breakfast was great , swimming pools are very nice as well , it was more like a resort than just a place to stay.
Jeremy
Great non traditional hotel stay. Great location near plenty to do. Great outdoor pool to beat the heat wave.
It’s like a small college campus with experience. We loved it.

Jayme
Great location. The proprety is goregous. Landscaping is immaculate. Rooms have all been remodeled. Pool was great. Best hotel breakfast Ive had in a long time! Highly recommend.
Ron
A better breakfast
Tina
The pub has been recently renovated. Looks very modern and clean. However, the bartender was not very knowledgeable on their short menu of food options or able to make a cocktail. Hopefully that will get better over time. Pools looked well maintained and clean. Very nice exercise room.
Sandra
We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and very well kept. The staff was helpful and polite.
Jennifer
Loved the property- beautifully maintained and private despite nearness to highway
Sierra
The staff here is always top notch. I love how kind they have been the last two times I’ve stayed here.

Every thing about the Ohian was excellent, if anything< a hottub would be a great addition

We had a wonderful stay at the Ohio Hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing plenty of space for our family to relax and unwind. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming.
The staff was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The hotel's location was convenient and made it easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and truly appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean and quiet rooms. Landscaping was quite beautiful. Definitely stay here again.

Loved the location! Rooms were clean, but the bathroom was very small! Coffee pot in the room was not user friendly. A small Keurig would be much better than a hot plate and a pot! Breakfast was outstanding!!
Jason
Surprised by how nice this hotel is. It’s like its own little oasis just outside of Columbus. Highly recommend
Teanna
The property was beautiful and our room was nice. The staff was very friendly, especially the sstaff at The Pub. It was nice to have an on-site bar where we could take out drinks back to our room. The pond on the property was picturesque and the pools looked nice (though we didn't use them). The only issue we had was the shower head in our room seemed dirty because the water spurted all over the place and the sink drained too slowly. All in all, it was a very nice weekend at The Ohioan; I would go back and next time we'll hit the breakfast buffet.
Frances
Overall great experience, beautiful property.
Sara
This property is unique and inviting. Rooms have been remodeled and feel modern and clean. Bathrooms are a bit cramped for 2, but the rest of the room and amenities are great. Nice to have the Pub there and plenty of places to sit and enjoy a drink outside. We didn't use the pool, but it's a nice big one with plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. We also didn't do the breakfast, but I remembered it was a very nice buffet from past visits. Parking is easy and there is food and beverage available for purchase in the lobby, as well as Starbuck's Blonde coffee.
Fellow travelers, please keep in mind that sound really carries in the hallways and don't talk so loud!

This hotel is more for conference or event stays. Parking was pretty far from the hotel entrance because there was a wedding across from the hotel entrance. I definately was happy to have someone with me as it was dark when we arrived. Its a nice place but not your typical hotel stay. We paid for breakfast but ended up not going as we would have had to walk to the car and then walk back to the hotel entrance to have breakfast or leave our luggage in the room. Just not super convenient overall but staff were very nice, the hotel was clean and the room was updated.
Beth
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. We were on 2nd floor; 3rd floor guest were quite noisy and may have been kids as there was moderate clumping across the floor for a couple hours, but then quiet after that.
Bethany
Beautiful scenery and great breakfast
Nghi
Nice hotel, but the ad said free breakfast. Not so! Breakfast is an extra 10 dollars each. Nice hotel but not coming back because of this.
Brian
This was the nicest place I have ever stayed at.. The grounds were meticulously maintained, pool is fantastic.
Matt
Beautiful place!

The person checking us in, (Ace), was so kind to honor our request for a quiet room and to make sure that we also had the delicious breakfast included.

The hotel is very nice, looks recently updated. Most of the staff were friendly, except for 1 guy at the front desk who tried to charge us extra for breakfast- even though I told him the Expedia listing included a free breakfast. Later in the evening, I went down to the front desk & pulled out my phone to show the listing, regarding breakfast. There was a woman there by then & she said “no problem”. It was a little odd. The breakfast itself was very good. There was a wedding reception going on & a group of loud teenagers on our floor- but everything quieted by 9:30-10. Over all, we’d stay here again.
Ayanna
I really love the multiple pools and the outside area with the lounge area in the back of hotel with the water fall. Did not get to experience the breakfast because it wasn’t included in the stay. But overall I would definitely stay there again.

June 21, 2026, the was no bar or restaurant available for dinner. Breakfast was $10.00 (could be because I booked through Expedia) & was probably a good deal, but I didn’t try it. The bed was just OK, not very comfortable. At check in the staff was very nice and apologetic that The Pub was closed. The walls aren’t all that soundproof (not that anyone claimed they were) and I could hear all of the giggling, dancing around and yelling at each other from the young woman next-door (I’m guessing high school age), they did quiet down by 10:30 PM so it was all good. The coffee set up in the room is different than I’ve experience before; there is a kettle to heat water and coffee is in a pouch with wings that fit over the edge of the cup while you pour the hot water over the grounds. The first pouch, as I was opening the wings the pouch split open and coffee grounds went everywhere. The second time I was more successful and the coffee was good. There was a refrigerator, but no microwave (I thought I read somewhere there was supposed to be one), this trip it really didn’t matter so I didn’t mention it to staff. The grounds are lovely and well kept, and the area is quite peaceful. I enjoyed sitting outside for a while and reading my book. The shower/toilet area is quite small. The sink is outside of the shower-toilet area. There is sufficient lighting in the room with regular outlets and USB outlets. The channels on the TV were a bit limited for my taste.

Only stayed one night I wished I could have stayed longer. I recommend this place.

Tim
I will be definitely coming back. This is a very nice place that you won't regret staying at! Bar on site and pool that you can relax and enjoy your beverage. Close to practically anything you want to eat or do.
Brian
The hotel, room and grounds were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Located close to stores and restaurants.
Shelly
Very nice place and nice pool!!

My only complaint is that they lost my reservation from Expedia. Booked in January, I called to confirm beginning of June and the manager said they were fully booked. Somehow he managed to \"find us a room\"... Needless heartache because they didn't see the reservation.
Anne
I stayed at the hotel on 06/05 for 2 nights.
I loved it ! The premises are beautiful. I will stay there from now on whenever I come to Columbus.

Very nice stay! Breakfast was so good!! Only complaints I have is parking is pretty far from entrances, there wasn't a microwave in the rooms. But all together a great stay we had!!
Deborah
Nice staff to greet you. The property was beautiful, nice clean room, lovely breakfast. We stumbled across this property last minute for an event and we will absolutely be staying here again next time in the area!
Jennifer
Beautiful property. Very nice breakfast buffet for a charge. Parking is a bit far from the entrances, especially if there is an event and the side lot is full. We walked quite a distance with our bags when we checked in.
Elizabeth
The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and spacious.
Ryan
Loved our 3 night stay. Nice property!

Beautiful room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly. Property was very pretty. There was a restaurant and pub on the property but we did not try them. The pools looked very nice.

Beautiful facility. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful clean place, very kind staff and easy check in & out. I would rate it higher but they don’t offer a free continental breakfast and in this
day and age, that’s big. I’d stay there again if Drury Inn was full like it was this time.

Outdoor pool was down. TV didn't work on arrival, no courtesy with a late check out due to me working in the area and needed some time.

The room was nice and clean. Loved the morning breakfast. The grounds reminded me of a college campus and not a hotel parking lot. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Our weekend stay was really nice , as we were joining for a family get together. Room was very nice.
The sheets were changed & replaced with a coffee stained bottom sheet? It was clean, just stained.
The breakfast was very good.
Looking forward to perhaps staying another time.

It is an absolutely gorgeous campus. Our room was huge. The staff was very helpful. The bathroom fixtures could use updating (new showerhead). I wish they had an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend.
Carol
Breakfast was delicious with many options! Plenty of beverages for everyone's tastebuds!! Pools were clean and so relaxing! Rooms ... quiet, pretty, very comfortable beds and love the setup! Front desk peeps were engaging, respectful and welcoming! I did not attend bar festivities so no comment there! Outside scenery ... breathtaking! Highly recommend!
Diane
They need a restaurant or even just a sandwich eatery on the grounds.

Ohioan is always my go to hotel, my home away from home. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. I haven't ever experienced any loud noise levels even when there is an event. I love this hotel.

The room itself was lovely. However, the shower showed some mold, and the bottom of the shower needed a good scrubbing.
