Did not resemble the photographs at all -- I am sorry I didn't grab any of my own. Bed trim was horribly stained, microwave was dirty, room was visibly worn down. The pictures promised corporate efficiency, but the room itself felt like college apartment.
Woke up on my first morning and was horrified to realize there was no toilet paper. Thank goodness I bought napkins!
After my shower, discovered hair dryer was broken. I requested a replacement and got handed off from one shift to the next without repair. Staff arrived at 11:45 PM with a replacement... which was also broken. I finally had to DoorDash a hair dryer for myself. I asked for at least some correction on my bill, but no one could answer if that was possible.
Overall, I was disappointed that the pictures and previous review suggested a quality stay when my experience was anything but.

DO NOT STAY HERE, was dirty and not even close to as advertised. It smelled! We returned our key 5 minutes after seeing the room. And the hotel AND Expedia refuse to refund. Avoid this place like the plague.

Where to start??? I’ve stayed in some awful places but this wins the award for worst The rooms and halls were absolutely filthy. The bed was uneven and lumpy. The kitchen is at least from the 1970s or earlier. Big box stores surround with middle of the night deliveries. Curtains mights as well have been nonexistent. I can’t tell you just how awful this place is. The good reviews have to be fakes. There is no possible way this is rated in the 7s.

First room was disgusting, so we madw them switch us rooms. I was bitten by bugs every night. I think my room had fleas. It was a pet friendly faciity. After shower, feet were black from new laminate floors that had been mopped. Oviously with dirty water. The windows were filthy with dog prints and we had to have them wash the windows. Tv was not programmed or connected to wall outlet. Staff laughed when I told her I had been bitten. I told her it was not funny.

This hotel has potential and it appears to be under new ownership and is currently undergoing several renovations at once. Things missing that would have been helpful and have been in every other hotel with a kitchenette were missing. There was nothing in any of the cupboards, which is fine but very surprising. There was no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no trashcan. The bathroom sink sprayed water everywhere. My husband purchased an aerator and fixed that issue for less than $4.
But the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Give it some time, and this could be a great place to stay.

It was a nice and clean hotel. I will add that there is not an elevator to help get luggage up to the upper and lower floors and there was bit of a musty smell in the hallway, but other than that my room was very clean and smelled fresh.

Gave it two stars— and stayed — only because it was incredibly close to the family member I was visiting. Price was OK and the bed was good enough . #1. The website states that there was a breakfast available for residents. Not true. I was told that because of 'new' ownership, the breakfast promoted on their page was not available. Now, I picked this place for that reason. I had other choices but that was the primary reason, to have a coffee and something light to eat before I checked out. So I was told a lie. Could there have been a table set up with coffee and donuts? Sure! At least that would have been the property making an effort to show their customers that they care. Instead they let the young ladies working at check in have to apologize to all who were lied to. That, to me, is disgraceful.
#2. One of the two plastic cups in our room was NOT wrapped and had prints on it (fingers? lips?) .
#3. The mattress is of the lowest quality. You roll on it and you can hear it making noise of some kind. Like it was stuffed with hay or straw. How cheesy.

The number of stairways to use to access a first floor room totaled 2! One stairway was open the other what some would call so closed in that it was just waiting for a crime scene. I never would have stayed here if room access was detailed. I have stayed at Extended Stay in other states a and they were lovely. This location was just creepy.

We were in town for Dublin Irish Festival events. Loved the location, a little secluded from main roads. Property is well maintained. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant. Room was cool and clean, very comfortable. We will definitely book here again next time we are in town. No elevator but that was not an issue for us.

The rebook was done early enough for them to see it.. they saw us walking out the building and didn’t ask out anything.. later in the day when I left for work, my husband went to use the laundry room and upon coming back to our room, the door was wide open and they housekeeper (who heard the entire conversation between us and the manager) was standing in the doorway…, It goes without saying that I don’t trust this staff at this point. The manager is unprofessional and rude.. who wants to stay in a place where their privacy is an issue.. after being a frequent guest of this location, this will be the last time we stay here… the overall vibe of the hotel was great! Clean rooms, comfort and convenience for us, but breaching privacy is a deal breaker in the worst way!! The previous staff was awesome and we didn’t have an issue!! The new crew and management ( front desk guy was nosy and rude, sits at the desk with earbuds on and doesn’t pay attention, can ask questions that aren’t his concern, but not keep the coffee filled and station clean) … I’m really just disappointed about the entire stay because we now have to find a new location with all the things we need because we can’t stay here anymore!!! Just sad!

I booked to get a queen bed. The room I received had a full size bed. When i called the front des, they said the full size was the largest. If there are no queen beds, why is it on the site?? Also, breakfast was to be provided per the website; there was no breakfast, or coffee or tea. Nothing. There were other hotels in the area that were charging less but i wenr with this one because it seemed like a nicer hotel. Also, i have stayed in other extended stay hotels that provide dishes, silverware etc. This one had nothing. Very disappointed. At least the staff were friendly and the place was clean

Was there for just one night before eye surgery. Wouldn’t recommend staying more than that. Hotel was ok not the best not the worst. Lobby carpet and stairs carpet needed swept good. Our room was clean and served it’s purpose. We was only there 8 hours. It would be a good hotel for travel nurses had a full kitchen. Hallway next morning did smell like pot. But overall not bad. It is surrounded by tons of shopping.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. They fixed the bathroom sink where the stopper was stuck. When the heat was on, it made the room way too stuffy (the heater is right next to the bed). Brown is the theme for the rooms: brown rug, brown furniture. Bed was stiff. No elevator. Hot water in shower could have been hotter. Target, PetSmart, and Dollar Tree are behind the hotel and there is a shopping plaza about 1/2 mile away. Kitchenette area is nice.

The staff was all sitting at the counter when I arrived and there was a customer in front of me one lady was helping so I overheard parts of their conversations where they were cursing and just talking about really unkind things like we weren’t there. After they helped the lady in front of me they complained about her before helping me. The receptionist then asked me to pay in full even though I pre paid (the amount she was asking for was $15 less too). Then she asked for a pet fee that wasn’t mentioned anywhere online. The ENTIRE night I was there there was a large dog barking across the hall. One of the entrances closest to my room was out of order. Then 30 minutes before checkout I was in the shower and an employee was pounding on the door asking if I am staying or checking out. I’ve stayed here once before and it was great so I don’t know if it was just the staff working here or what changed but I wouldn’t recommend it.

We were pretty much only there to sleep after attending a wedding so not much time was spent at the hotel property. Hotel was a handy option for our needs.
