Property was good the problem was they gave my room with a walk in shower away and gave me a standard room with a tub which was difficult for me to lift my legs. I paid for a room with walk in shower. I arrived approximately 10:00 pm and they said I arrived too late. During the past seven years I have arrived much later and they always reserved my room.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The lobby was spacious and well lit. Parking was close and it was only a short trip to the elevator. The room was spotless and comfortable. The hot food and cold drinks feature was an excellent surprise. Instead of going out to dinner we just ate in the lobby. This worked for the breakfast buffet the next morning also. We left the hotel early in the morning due to an early flight, but the staff person setting up for breakfast said we could have a piece of fruit and/or a bagel with cream cheese even though it wasn’t “breakfast time” yet. There were NO towels in the room at all!!! The heat would not go above 66 and it was freezing!!! Other than that the room was nice and the breakfast was good.

Staff was very friendly, loved the free breakfast (prepare for the masses of people but plenty of food and items refreshed in a timely manner). The pool got pretty rowdy at night, too rowdy for our five year old to swim. She was bummed she didn’t get to swim as much due to the older kids rough housing and running around. When we went in the morning and it was better. We stayed in a suite. The bed was not comfortable but the spaciousness of the room was nice. The bathroom and room were clean. There was paint on our curtain from where they must have painted the wall but got on the curtain (it didn’t bother us just something we observed). And we had a microwave and mini fridge which was nice. The mini fridge had sticky stuff inside on the bottom and didn’t cool very well but once I cleaned it out we used it for drinks and it was satisfactory. Overall I’d rate it 7/10.

The check in personnel failed to tell us about the evening appetizer hour. My husband goes to bed early so was asleep by the time I went to bed. The bed nearest the door in room 203 shook the entire night. Uncertain if the vibration came from housekeeping next door or a fan from the room below however I was unable to sleep. Then a truck sucked product from 4:50 am until 5:20 am from the Panara next door waking my husband who was then unable to get back to sleep. When we told the desk personnel the next morning she was unconcerned. We had planned to stay several more times for business but now plan to stay elsewhere since our concerns were not addressed.

We have always enjoyed staying with Drury. This time the issue we had was with the dinner service. The hotel knows how many guests that are staying on a given night. They were running out of food within the first half of service and there were not enough seats for everyone. People were standing just to try and eat. Other issues we had our room was not properly clean as we found a used water bottle beside the bed and also food under the curtains by the window. There was hair on our towels and sheets. This was the first time we regretted staying with Drury.
