Room was pretty clean but the refrigerator wouldn't stay closed and was iced over inside. Had to put our ice chest in front of our to keep the door closed. Continental breakfast was mediocre, at best. Staff was friendly. Facility needed some maintaining. Pillows on the bed were horrible but the bed was comfortable.

The lobby looked nice and clean. Elevator, was kinda sketchy. The second floor where we stayed was also a little sketchy. But there was a sign saying they were updating. So hopefully thats all it was. The room was ok. The blind on the window didn't close to keep all light out, wish it did. We weren't there long, but breakfast was decent. I love me some waffles, lol.

The hotel is in need of some TLC. There is also a $50 daily amenities fee?? I’m not sure what this is supposed to cover in addition to the room fee. They do provide continental breakfast, I skipped this based on the general cleanliness of the hotel. The elevator sometimes works but taking the stairs feels safer. There was a smell on my floor that never went away. Outlets were hanging out of walls, there were fingerprints on the mirror. My key stopped working my 2nd night so I had to go back down to get it activated. Housekeeping didn’t come to my room but I was only staying 2 nights so I had plenty of towels. The bedding appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. Some of the room doors had paint and overall filth in the outside. The air conditioning sorta worked but was very yellowed and the plastic was broken. Overall you get what you pay for but I wouldn’t stay again.

front desk ladies were kind. However, our experience was the property is poorly maintained. We asked for a handicap room with King bed. Our room did not come with King bed. Front desk said the bed was a King but it was nit. It was a Queen. We made the bed work for us but there were a couple other issues. The other side of our bedroom wall was by the front desk and an area for guests to congregate and party. The party went on all night. It made it hard to sleep. The other major problem was the ceiling sheetrock in the handicap shower was water saturated, mildewed and falling out. Wasn't worried about the ceiling falling in so much as was worried about the sewer from the room above saturating the ceiling. This was not a problem that just started. They knew about this problem and just choose not to close off the room and get the problem fixed. Was nasty. We had to leave after staying one night. Front desk did give us a discount on the one-night stay and canceled the other two nights without charging us. They understood our situation.

Place is a dump. Dirty inside and out. The room was decent as it appeared to be renovated recently. Hallways a mess, elevator disgusting, outdoors a mess with undesirables hanging around out front at all hours. Breakfast area a joke and front desk help is useless. Asked for a late checkout (1:00) since I didn’t check in the night before until 8:00 pm and had an early meeting nearby which might be running a little late. They wanted $20 for the two hours, the whole day isn’t worth that.

This facility should be investigated by the City of Dublin. Felt unsafe, people were up all night in the stairwell and could hear everything above us. Sounded like the room above was dropping weights on the floor….all night. Side door propped open by a rock, which I removed and it reappeared by morning. Very sketchy people smoking all night outside. Human trafficking warning literature all over the room. Completely surprised that this hotel is allowed to operate like this in Dublin. Door had weak locks. Could see the light from the hallway. Under renovations/ repairs but no notice from hotel or Expedia. Got stuck in elevator for a good 5 minutes. Never again. Do not stay here.

From check in to check out this place was a nightmare. Years ago I stayed here pretty often and I must say I’ll not EVER go back to this location again. The ONLY staff member that was nice and accommodating was the gentleman who took care of breakfast. The fact that when I tried reaching out from Expedia about my issues immediately after check in and never heard a word about the issues has me even more unsettled. I had this room booked for 2 months yet I was told my booking didn’t matter it was a room worthy of the price I paid for it and was even charged DOUBLE the incidentals charge ON PURPOSE!! The day staff when asked how much incidentals were said they were 50$ yet the person who checked is in told me 100$ then said after I complained ok I’ll only charge 50$ but still charged my card 100$ the fact she was rude to us over our room. Because I payed so little was degrading and uncalled for. When I made this booking I immediately called to put a request to have a higher floor because I don’t like being able to hear people above me, the traffic outside and or inside with people. My request was not found and I was told I never made that request yet i absolutely did because I like to be as far away from hearing all the noise of others. Instead we got a first floor room traffic noise from outside in the parking lot cause we were facing it with our room. The smell of chlorine while we slept that burnt our noses it was so strong. From the moment we checked in the lady working the front desk was very rude. He body language gave attitude right from the jump.

Check in was at 3 we got there at 3:57pm and our rooms were not ready. We booked 2 rooms and the rooms were literally on 2 different sides of the hotel.

The pillows not comfortable at all.
Bed stiff no comfort.
Tv, desk & dressers - dusty
Fridge- dirty something spilled & it was never cleaned. It was not even cold.
Iron burnt
Dresser drawers dirty crumbs as if they have never been wiped out.

Morning staff way better then evening staff.

Will never stay at this hotel again.

Room was clean, but air conditioning is loud. All I heard was people stomping above us every single night. The elevator is falling apart with the handle coming off and didn’t even drop us off on the floor we chose. Almost scared we were gonna get stuck on it, so we used the stairs the whole time. There was a chemical smell by the elevator near the bathroom that was just awful. Along with that, your key card won’t work if u try to enter the building through any side door. Breakfast was pretty mid, it was your basic breakfast. One good thing I’ll end with is that the room smelt clean when we entered.

Our toilet was bagged up with waste we complained about it left for our event around early 12:40pm returned around 6:30pm to the toilet still bagged up then last at front desk said nothing she can do for me I had to go off in order for her to give us room to use the bathroom since she denied us going into another room my room was on 3rd floor had to go to bathroom on 1st floor but when we went to use it that bathroom was flooded I had to have a conversation again with lady at the desk and I checked out the next day very unprofessional

For this to be in Dublin I wouldn’t have expected such poor quality best thing about the room was the bed was comfortable
Got there staff wasn’t the friendliest was rushing me to get the card for the deposit although my room I had paid for prior to getting there
Got a room key to a room that was preoccupied on the 3rd floor 328 which was supposed to be two queen bed got moved to 330 which had to full size beds and the shower dripped all night told the lady at the counter when I got there but nothing was done.
Elevator was nice and dirty
Should have been refunded my money I expect better in Dublin for any establishment

Friendly staff, clean room and communal areas. Currently under construction so parts of our room showed unfinished jobs (painter's tape on ceiling light, unfinished paint jobs on walls), but the construction noises weren't audible from our room and didn't disrupt our stay at all. The location worked perfectly for what we needed it. Felt safe and plenty of food options nearby.

The parking lot wasn't cleared well of snow, my room was freezing when I arrived, the property is run down and dated. The closest I could get to hot water was lukewarm.
I also had to pay for an extra night because I refused to pay the fee to be able to change or cancel my reservation, but that is on Hotels.com. I tried to change it online and then called the hotel to see if the cancellation went through. They told me they had nothing under my name, so I thought it was taken care of until I received a text to check in on the day that I had canceled.
I had a terrible experience with Hotels.com and this hotel, so I will not be using either in the future and I suggest that no one else does either.
