My teenager and I liked this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The location is nice. It is has everything you need nearby. It was about 20 mins to OSU which is why we were in the area. The property is clean, and the staff is friendly. They offer a hot / cold breakfast with a variety of options.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfy. The property well kept. Close to anything needed. The only thing I would comment on needing improvement was breakfast. Being a bit more timely, and waffle maker didn’t work properly or was not heated in time. Which was not that big of a deal. I’d definitely stay again!

The staff was nice but the bathroom was dirty and covered in dark hairs all around the toilet. When I mentioned it they just offered to sweep it up but it was 9:00pm and my son was asleep so I just had to lay towels down to walk in there.

Perfect size for our family and breakfast was great. The rooms and some common areas needed attention.we were disappointed that the hot tub didn’t have working jets, the fireplace in our room was not functioning, poorly repaired tiles in the bathroom, slow shower drains, and torn linens. We also had a problem with the thermostat in our room but management was able to correct that.

Friendly desk staff, but breakfast was not up to the usual Homewood standard. There were no fruit juices and the butter spread was old and crumbly (one big serving jar, no individual pads). Coffee lids did not fit the cups. Maybe cutting costs? The credit card \"hold for incidentals\" was $100. Most hotels are $50. It will drop off eventually, but the amount was surprising.

The phone in my room didn’t work because someone unplugged it at the wall. I couldn’t call the front desk, so I had to walk up there twice because there were issues with the television. Front desk clerk walked back with another remote, which also didn’t work. Finally, I was able to get both TVs turned off, so the room would be dark enough to sleep. Not one of my better experiences with a Hilton property.

I understand when some people give low reviews because certain things weren’t as expected, BUT overall I was pleased and would stay here again? Why? Because the staff were all so nice and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent with great variety and the staff even went out of their way to make extra eggs and sausages when it ran out (even past the 9am end time). I also saw the staff eating breakfast that they made — always a good sign! The swimming pool was also large and clean (yes the water was clear) and my kids absolutely enjoyed it. So there weren’t the number of towels in the room that was supposed to be there and the sofabed was partially sticking out, but it’s all forgiven because people make mistakes. What mattered to me was how they handled any problems. They gave us extra towels right away and even offered us a different room. But we declined as the bedding looked clean. In the end, I’m thankful for a very pleasant stay and especially thankful for the excellent staff that embodies the meaning of true hospitality.

My wife and I stayed from 10/30/25-11/1/25 for our anniversary on Halloween. The breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay! The atmosphere was generally calm and quiet which is amazing.

The only criticism I have involved the bed area resulting in us not sleeping very well:
1) The pillows were extremely soft and were uncomfortable to lie on.
2) The bed was too firm which made the super soft pillows even.
3) The blanket was too small for two people on a queen-sized bed. Considering the size of the blanket, having at-least two would've made it more enjoyable.

we absolutely loved this hotel. My wife said it was one of the best hotels she stayed in and she was very happy! The breakfast was outstanding, there were a lot of choices and it seemed to change every day. One day you could even make your own breakfast burritos, and there was a lot of options which I thought was awesome. The rooms were super spacious and clean, and the price was extremely affordable for what you got. The pool and Jacuzzi were very clean and probably one of the nicest we have been in, while staying at a hotel. All the common areas were super clean, and the staff was always there if you needed anything. I also noticed the staff members were constantly cleaning and doing upkeep throughout the hotel while not taking care of guest at the front desk. They provided a pack and play for the little ones to sleep in, they actually gave me a choice of a small crib or a pack and play, which I thought was great, there was a lot of food and restaurants close by and they also had a decent selection by the front desk of snacks and different food you could cook in the room. Speaking of cooking in the room, the rooms had a stove, dishwasher, and they came equipped with silverware bowls, plates, and anything you would need to cook and prepare food. There was laundry on site that was about two dollars a load which I thought was more than fair and it did a good job. I figured based on the price the hotel would lack in some area, but honestly, everything was five stars. Will again

We very much enjoyed this hotel. Everything was clean, the breakfast was wonderful, staff very pleasant, and room was very comfortable. Booked thos for my husband's birthday trip and he loved it. We swam, played basketball, and grilled steaks without leaving the property :) Will definitely look for these properties on every trip we take.

Perfect Hotel for Family with Kids

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It's a great place for families with kids. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, perfect for winding down.

Our room was very clean, and the towels and sheets were fresh and spotless. The in-room kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, a stove, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge, which made it super convenient for preparing meals.

The basketball court was high quality and a big hit with our family.

All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated the welcome light dinner they offer every Wednesday.

Overall, a comfortable, family-friendly stay with great amenities we would definitely come back!

Rooms are not true to size, filthy. Not enough towels for guest or silverware. Told to wait 3 hours for fold out couch bedding, bed it's self was stained. Hot tub was broke with bugs. TVs didn't work. Canceled stay for rest of week with promise of refund and charged for full week. Moved to 2 bedroom king suite..towels and silverware for 3. Fire place didn't work. bedroom window had frost on it when it was 90 degrees out..window was broken and taped, blood on window and curtain of a 3rd floor room..door doesn't have lock other than keypad, door did not seal and you could see into the hall. the peep hole cover was broken and I covered with a bandaid..kept chair pressed against door, found bugs in the room in the morning..left immediately.

I liked the property was right off the road with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast is included and very nice.

The rooms were nice and clean with lots of amenities. However the pool was cold and there were no towels. There were kids running around and being disrespectful and loud unsupervised in the pool.

Went to the front desk and was told I couldn’t get a towel to shower and when she did find one I got an attitude about her having to go look for one.

The overall stay was pretty good, however the bed was very uncomfortable. It was probably one of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept in. Also, initially upon check-in my room seemed as if it didn’t get used very often, it needed to be stocked with everything. The front desk staff fixed the issue and brought things up to the room fairly quickly. The breakfast area was really clean, I like the selection that was available, the staff were super sweet, we happen to go on a weekend where the hotel was packed with children but the hotel staff kept them pretty contained. It also sucked that there was no late check-out but I understand that depends on the availability so overall I would give it a 3.5/5

Overall our stay was very good however, our AC unit in our room went out and there was no maintenance on site to assist. Also, they did offer us to switch rooms but we had an infant so that wasn't ideal as it was morning time already. Additionally, they offered us a portable AC unit that housekeeping could bring to us however, that did not happen. Our room got up to 76, it was warmer in our room than it was outside.

I was optimistic on this property despite the reviews. It definitely needs updating and completion of the work started. I picked this hotel for the pool as my kids were on spring break. Well as more kids/families checked in the magically the pool was closed. They said it was a pump issue but magically resolved Monday morning. No compensation given due to booking through Expedia.

The property is in severe need of maintenance. They look like have not repaired or painted damage to the facility in a year or more. The pool and hot tub was told to us not ready it tested high for contamination and had a large amount of chlorine in it. We were told to wait 20-30 minutes also the pool. Just looked disgusting so we didn't wait for it. I told the manager at the desk all the issues and he first said well it's an old property. Then he said they are aware of all the issues but the owner doesn't support maintenance. I let him know the property is not at the level of a Homewood suites quality. It's like a super 8 or motel 6, besides the bedding and beds being nice.

Very disappointed! I’ve been to many above average facilities. Housekeeping only brought items to the room if requested, no room service at all! Barely had towels to bathe. Breakfast was advertised, however, was not restocked. Breakfast hours were supposedly 7-10 am on weekends, we arrived down between 9-9:30 pm…no breakfast available. We stayed 3 nights but only had luck with breakfast Saturday am. completely. The pool was closed the entire weekend, which was quite disappointing to the kids. Our primary reasons for booking with Homewood Suites- Hilton Dublin, was due to amenities, breakfast and cleanliness. The pool was closed the ENTIRE weekend, resulting from a missing part. Monday morning comes, and oh, the pool is working all of a sudden. Not cool!! This facility did not meet sufficient standards for the cost!!!. Very disappointing.

Staff was super friendly and the location in Dublin was a great area to visit. The only thing we were disappointed with was the condition of the rooms were well worn. We pulled out the sofa mattress for our son to sleep on and it had stains all over it and smelled like weed. The mattress in the main room was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The refrigerator had rust spots all over it. This hotel definitely could use an update.

I was shocked at how spacious our room was. I booked a suite and it had two seperate bedrooms and a living area, I never expected the space it was amazing. The property was very clean and well kept. Everything was ok at check in. We were almost completely unpacked when we found BEDBUGS droppings in the second bedroom. We took pictures & immediately inform the management. They AGREED & provided us with new accommodations & said they would contact a service to take care of the Bedbug problem. After inspecting the new rooms on the 3rd floor we relocated all our belonging (with zero help). Carpeting in our rooms needed to be shampooed. The pool area was clean however the pool water was ice cold both days. The dining area was clean, breakfasts & service was ok. There is a lot of road construction in the area requiring detours.
We stayed at many Hilton properties in the past and would not recommend this one till it got a total clean up.
