We stay in Columbus/Dublin regularly because we have family in the area, and this is definitely the nicest hotel we have stayed at so far. It is very nice and clean, and has great amenities. Our room was overlooking the river, which was neat. If you are on the seventh floor you will most likely hear footsteps above you from the rooftop bar, but it didn't bother us at all. There is a sound machine in each room, so that was great. The bathroom door is a fancy sliding door situation, so it does NOT lock (if you have kids keep this in mind lol). Nice mini fridge with water, and a safe as well. There is a free parking garage right across a non-busy road. My ONLY complaint is with the staff. They were polite, but when I was checking in the lady swiped my credit card without telling me anything. I had to ask what she was charging to my card, as I had already paid for the room. She told me it was for incidentals, and didn't give me more info (i.e. how much it was, when we would get it back, etc.). Then when we checked out, the clerk forgot to ask for our room key back (I forgot as well!) so now I need to figure out how to mail these to them I guess. Small issues, just frustrating when you're tired from traveling. However, we will be booking a room here for our next trip out to Ohio because it's a really nice hotel.

Melissa
Clean room, excellent staff, and great location.
Stephen
The staff was amazing! Our room was not comfortable at all though. The bed and the couch were so hard and the headboard creaked so loudly with any movement. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. We would come back for a dinner date, but not to stay.
Rod
The room was great!
Tonya
Beautiful hotel! Very clean and there is a lot of places near by to go. The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been if we could have went to the roof top bar and restaurant. The main reason we rented this hotel lol and it just happened to be closed for the employee party.
Gerald
Good breakfast
Devon
clean, staff was pleasant and professional
Dawn
My room had a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The gym was decent. Many shops and restaurants nearby and a lovely path along the river.

Our second stay at this AC Marriott. Terrific property. Spacious and comfortable lobby.
Anna
It was initially hard to find since we had never been there but WOW it was worth it. Clean, everyone was so nice and friendly and the room was perfect. The bed comfortable and the room was a great size. Vaso was the restaurant on the roof and the service and hospitality was excellent. Neal was awesom in helping and serving us. Did I mention the food was to die for and the presentation very upscale without being untouchable. We would love to come back.
Matthew
Great hotel. Lots to do in the area.
Linda Marie
Very clean, friendly staff and nice spacious rooms.
Jessica
Great parking across the street, amazing food and drinks at the rooftop bar, great bathroom and shower heads. Clean and has everything you need. Would stay again. Breakfast was $17 per person and the rooftop drinks were kind of pricey. The only downside.
Mery
It was a beautiful hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The premises were very nice with a beautiful rooftop bar.
Amanda
Disappointed
Would be nice if they explained things to you not just heres your money bye now good thing there was couple that explained how we find your room and how the keys and everything worked. Wont be back.

$350 a night?
$350 a night???? You better impress me…..Place is brand new and modern. Overall has a great feel. Struggled with some room issues. Takes forever to get hot water, bathroom sink very very slow draining and music across the street from a bar at night kept me up until 130 am.
DORIS
I liked the room, very clean a comfortable specially the bed ,
Kimberly
Always love staying at this property.

Will definitely stay here again☘️

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of a new, modern Dublin. You walk outside into many dining and shopping options. The bridge that connects old Dublin to new Dublin is beautiful. You will not be disappointed. The only drawback was the comfort of the bed. Neither me nor my husband could walk right for several hours after our slumber. Very hard beds.
Kimberly
Great space
It was a very comfortable room in a safe neighborhood The staff couldn’t have been nicer
Thomas
I loved the closeness if everything. Would 10/10 recommend
Eileen
Nice hotel. Staying on the 7th floor was noisy with the rooftop bar above us. Music was bumping until early morning.
Keith
Arriving after a long day’s drive, the check in was smooth and friendly by Ray. The location is very nice. We didn’t try the roof top restaurant but will check it out tomorrow.
Christina
Everyone I’ve interacted with, from the front desk to the rooftop restaurant & bar has been so helpful & kind. My room was superb, clean & comfortable. The Irish coffees & bar snacks are so good after a day of work! Free parking too!! A special shoutout to the bartenders, Cameron & Adam as well as the funnest host ever, Zay!!!!
Douglas
Overall very nice, wasn’t thrilled with $17 breakfast.
Douglas
Would definitely stay here again.
Melissa
Not cheap
I was disappointed i paid $300 and didnt have free breakfast, it is exra $17 per person. The only thing i really like about the trip the bartender Dom was great. Really listen to us.
Christopher
Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent service. Great (but not free) breakfast options. Great location.
Angelina
We love the hotel we come every year just because of how nice it is
Tammy
The view over the river is lovely.
JOSHUA
The staff should communicate more. We have a toddler and wanted to show him the rooftop on a specific day. We asked the front desk in the morning and they said it was closed until 2pm. Then we came back to the hotel specifically to go to the rooftop and show our child, but they said they were mistaken, it's closed for another few hours. So we missed that after changing plans around to see the not-so-spectacular rooftop that my child was excited about. Other than that, stay was good.
Romero
Needs a microwave every hotel on earth should have one.
Suzanne
Speedy check in. Great room
Barbara
Great hotel in a wonderful area. We really enjoyed visiting Dublin, walking across the beautiful bridge and checking out the pubs and restaurants.
Mary Beth
Everything was clean

Unfriendly Staff at Check In
Check in was the worst I have experienced in a long time. Started off with the hotel saying my check in from Hotel.com did not exist and that I needed to call someone at 11p and that they would not assist. Mediocre apology when the reservation was confirmed a few minutes later. The staff working during check out were very pleasant though.
Jonathan
Nice stay. Front desk manager was exceptional!
Very nice stay with work colleagues for an important meeting. Lovely at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us with some last minute needs. I can’t express enough how much she helped us. The true definition of hospitality. She is an asset to any hotel or business.
