When we travel to the Columbus area, we generally stay at the Dublin Embassy Suites. It is centrally located between our extended family. If you factor in the breakfast and the evening reception, it is worth the value.

The water in the shower was not as warm as I preferred. It was not a hot shower, it was just warm. Also, the cleaning staff knocked on my door 20 minutes before check-out and the do not disturb sign was hanging on the door.
The front desk person that checked us in was a 10/10. Awesome customer service.

Expedia messed this one up. Got booked for this hotel in another state for a week day that I had an inspection for work that I've known about for months, I would have never booked a hotel in Ohio for then, nor have I made any kind of booking besides March for my daughter's birthday, which is why my credit card information is in the website. The hotel charged me a full $194 for a no show on a stay i didn't even know about. Expedia has been attempting to track down a manager at this hotel since May 15th with no reply. This is a mistake that needs to be rectified.

My reservation was canceled, i verifed prior to going there that it was aftive and it was accordingto hotels.com , when we arrived it was canceled, they had no rooms available, we had to drive over 2 hours home to come right back the next morning. I was told that night by the on call manager we would receive a full refund and i still have not or heard anything back. Hotels.com said the hotel has not gotten back to them so they cannot issue a refund to me, very displeased!!

This property offers nice clean rooms in a good location for local activates. The breakfast is top notch with made to order eggs or omelets. There is an onsite bar/restaurant which is a nice bonus. The bar staff was awesome.

We haven't been here in 7yrs so to see the renovations that were going on back then was great! The bag that contained the extra bedding for the pullout couch bed did not have a sheet or a pillowcase. It was almost 10pm so I went to the front desk to ask for them & was told \"Our cart is not ready for another hour or so but come back then & we can get that for you\" I was not making my 10yo son stay up any later so we made due with what was in the room. Next time just go & grab what's necessary (& should already be in the room) to make your guests comfortable

The hotel was well-maintained, with clean and adequately appointed rooms that were notably comfortable. The breakfast offered was satisfactory but not exceptional. However, the noise levels in the corridors and lobby were exceptionally high. Regrettably, my visit coincided with a weekend when several high school sports teams were present. It is unlikely that the staff could have significantly mitigated the situation, as these groups appeared to be unsupervised and were using the common areas as their recreational space.

The complimentary breakfast here is one of the best. The rooms are very spacious and clean. My only complaint is that the air conditioning doesn’t get very cold but that’s just me liking an ice cold room other than that this place is perfect. Will definitely continue staying here.

Love the Happy Hour and the Breakfast! Great lobby space to work on my computer too. Walked to J. Lui's for Pad Thai, walked around old Dublin and instead of walking across the river by way of the cool bridge, took the path back to the hotel by the waterfall behind Sells MS. Similar trip in February, but that time walked across the street to Hyde Park for dinner.

There's one thing about all hotels I do not understand and that is their concession items. They all say they want to serve me, the customer, etc. So why are you charging me $3 for a candy bar you can buy for $1 or less. The same with soda etc. Cut those prices in half!

The shower was in poor condition—the tub didn’t drain properly, and the handheld shower head kept twisting sideways, making it difficult to use without holding it in place while taking a shower. When I tried to lift it, the entire fixture came loose. Additionally, the sofa near the entrance desk was visibly dirty and unclean.

Very nice motel bar inside with food. Room was clean and nice. The only thing I will say is I am a Hilton reward member. My room was on the second floor and my vote out the window was a huge air conditioning unit. Other Hilton I have stayed at I got top floor with s great view. Besides that it was a very nice motel.

There was a long line for checking-in, with not all the staff busy. While the rooms very spacious, our room was in front of the elevators and was noisy (because of the elevator machinery), had a blocked bathroom sink and leaky main room sink. We stayed two nights and the room was cleaned, but amenities (e.g., coffee, cups) were not restocked. Overall a good stay, but with room for improvement.

Great room and spacious with comfy bed and sofa and chair was nice add in the room as well as table to set and enjoy snacks or meal for us or laptop for travelers. We liked the idea of a happy hour although we were already gone visiting with friends in town. The breakfast was great and my husband enjoyed a personalized omlet while I enjoyed a coffee, fruit and bacon. Plenty for everyone to relax and the staff was on it keeping tables clean and dishes picked up too. I was impressed with a text to confirm all was well with our room and I asked a few questions about pool and breakfast times which was promptly answered. Enjoyed this location and will be back!

Our events did not allow us to make the evening snack but I heard it was great. The breakfast was top tier. If I had to have one downfall it would have been the size of the pool and hot tub compared to the size of the establishment. It was very busy and crowded and they were unable to keep towels in the pool area available for guests.

The rooms smelled musty and the carpet looked dirty with stains. This is by far the worst Hilton hotel I’ve stayed at.

The hotel was in excellent location, it was in the middle of a beautiful area with lots of restaurants and shops and a grocery store. The pool and hot tub were accessible even though 10:00 is a little early. The snack shop and the staff were extremely Pleasant very nice. We had a small issue with you air conditioning not really going down to the temperature we were hoping for but it's suitable for most people. The maintenance department did try to fix it but we're unsuccessful

was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, the room was not properly cleaned and the dining chairs were visibly stained with food and dirt marks. I had to request replacements, and I was told there was only one available. The tub had black stains in it I had to put a towel flat just to bathe

Housekeeping service was also unacceptable. We left the room from about 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and when we returned, there had been no service at all—no bed made, no fresh linens, no towels replaced, and trash was not emptied.

In addition, the pool area consistently had no towels available during our stay, which made it difficult to use the amenities. Also the lights fell in the pool which made it extremely dangerous and kids had to exit due to safety concerns

Overall, the cleanliness and basic housekeeping standards were not met. I expected a much higher level of service and maintenance. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

The pool was unfortunately so cold we were unable to go in until our last day. There were ants in the pool room but it seemed like they didn’t something to get rid of them. There was no shampoo or condition in our room but the staff replaced it right away. There were streamers from previous guests still stuck on the mirror. Other than that we had a great time!

It might be time to do some upgrades to the hotel. We arrived at 3:45pm and was told that the room was still dirty. We waited about one hour to get the room with no apologies given. Got a notice the day before check out that the hot water will not be available. Thankfully we got up early and was able to shower with hot water. The tiles in the bathroom are a bit grimy and need to be cleaned or replaced.

The staff at Embassy Suites was amazing. From check in to check out, they did everything in their power to make our stay great. Our only problem was with a glitch between Expedia and the hotel with our reservation that caused us to get a phone call from the front desk late on Saturday with a reservation problem. Not Embassy Suites problem, an Expedia problem and ES did everything they could to make it right.

I reserved double beds but was given a king. Of course no doubles were available to switch to. The mattress on the sofa bed was stained in multiple spots. In one area it appeared to be dried blood. Disgusting! We changed rooms to another king and the shower head was broken. Very pretty courtyard but more attention should be given to the condition of the rooms. I’m very disappointed.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed during the 2026 snow storm in Ohio and I noticed my room was not getting warm. I text the front desk the immediately sent maintenance to fix the furnace in my room and had housekeeping bring me an extra blanket. They were prompt and my room warmed up quickly. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The snacks upon checkin (between 5-7pm) was much a pleasant surprise to me and just want I needed prior to having dinner. Breakfast the next morning was superb with so many options and a create your own omelette station. 10/10 would recommend
