The smell in the room lingered in my CPAP machine. Very musty. Couldn’t understand the check in person through the plexiglass wall with small hole through the wall. Small bottle of shampoo seemed to be used over and over. Soap bars very small. No handicap rooms. Only a desk chair in the room, but I saw pictures on line with other chairs in them. There was room for other chairs. Toilet was way too close to the floor. I am handicapped and it was difficult to get up and down on the toilet. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone.

Front desk employee wasn't very helpful at all. Didnt give any info about the hotel or anything. Barely communicated at all. Handed me my room key and sent me on my way to figure out how to find my room on my own. The building itself is just old and needs updating. The room looked clean but felt like a dive bar. Definitely recommend bringing your own pillows because these were not comfortable. The 1 good thing about this hotel is that the water pressure in the shower was great

The shower was great because im short. If you are taller than 5\"4\", im sorry. Refriderator was clean and worked good. The beds were so dirty. I sleep on top of the top cober on clothes and covered myself with sweatshirts. They had stains like oil or something. We didn't complain, but it was gross. I gave my daughter the clean bed but there was dirt on the floor and in my bed. It wasn't a place I would return. The area was ok, but oir other guests said there was a lady outside screaming. There were ppl ustairs stomping and yelling. It was an experience. Ppl is hard to control, so i dont blame the hotel.

I had problems with the key and had to have it replaced. It had few amenities. It had a pop machine and ice machine. No coffee machine in room. I couldn’t heat up water in microwave as the two flimsy plastic glasses would melt.

The one and only employee I saw was rude and cold. Someone came in the room while I wasn't there even though I had the do not disturb sign on. I know this because things had been moved from where I put them and the air conditioner had been turned off. There were stains on the bedding, the lampshades was stained as well. There are a handful of other hotels just across the freeway, choose one of those.

The only good thing I can say is the room was clean. The woman at the front desk acted as though my being there was an inconvenience. She lied about not having wi-fi. I am 82 years old with arthritis and foot issues and don't do steps well. I was assigned to the second floor. I asked her if it were possible to get a downstairs room,but she said no. I know there were vacancies because there were never more than 6 cars parked on the parking lot. There was only a cracked plastic container for ice with no insulation. The only ice was available outside the office on the first floor. I never took my bags to my room. I just carried what I needed for the night and limited my trip up and down steps to 5 times. I did not bother to get ice. The next morning, I came down to get coffee. There was coffee or continental breakfast advertised on the website with the service hours. She told me they had stopped serving breakfast a long time ago and the coffee pot was broken. I told her you need to remove all this information from your website because it is false advertising. She said she could not do anything about it, she had reported it. I would never stay at this motel again.

This stay at Econo Lodge was terrible . The front desk agent was not friendly or engaging. Service was terrible overall. When I tried to reach with the hotel's phone, I couldn't get through. The remote to the tv was unreliable. You had to aim it a certain way in order to change channels. And she wouldn't even allow me to get some extra cups. I wont be staying at this place ever again!

The worst service ever. Got kicked out before i could even stay cuz i let my step daughter (who lived over an hour away) change before we went to eat. Rude lady just kept saying no visitors & would let us explain . She claim she was going to refund 1 night but as rude as she was i’m not holding my breath. i was visiting from over 800 miles away and had to scramble to find a new room for that night.

They gave me a second floor room, with no elevator. I have a bad knee which I told them about, and the front desk lady just stared at me. I was the only car in the parking lot, and she said there weren’t any rooms. My key card stopped working three times while I was there as well.

I would give this place zero stars if it would let me. This was the most terrible hotel experience in my 15 years of travel. I never leave reviews but this place was so terrible I feel the need to warn people. No breakfast No pool despite the advertisement. Didn’t get the room or beds we paid for. Asked for towels for me and my wife to shower and the owner said no. It was such a terrible experience I filed a dispute with my bank

Lady at the front desk very rude barely talks acts like youre inconveniencing her and all we was doing was checking in. We had a prepaid reservation for two rooms for two days and on the secend day was locked out of our rooms with three kids under the age of 3 upstairs the key let us in the building but not the rooms. And we had to pay $100 for a deposit just to get into our rooms after we had stayed one night already. Then when we finally did get into the rooms the electric was off and we had to go back to the office for them to turn it back one claimed to be housing keeping bur didnt even change the trash or anything didnt touch the beds or the bathroom. I Highly recommend staying anywhere but here horrible experience rude staff unkept rooms no free breakfast as advertised i will never stay her again and advise anyone considering to just go somewhere else i wish i could give this hotel 0 stars

We had the worst experience with the front desk lady. I booked online, and showed up. She asked me for my ID, and I gave her my passport. She said absolutely not, it has to be a driver's license. They don't take passports. She wouldn't answer any questions. She just held a paper in front of my face that said, \"I need your ID.\" Finally I gave her a paper with my address on it that I dug up. She asked for my credit card, then told me she doesn't take Fifth Third bank. She also threatened to call the cops on me if we smoked in the room, when I have never smoked in my life. It was bizarre. She wouldn't let me stay there, but wouldn't refund me. Luckily, hotels.com got my refund for me. Avoid at all costs.

This place was horrible. It was ran down and dirty. I didn't expect much but this, no. Still had clothes from last guest in the drawer, burn holes in the blanket and what ever that was on top of the bed. The lady in the ofc was rude and then completely disappeared after check in. She was talking about other guests in front of them as if they didn't hear every word she said. I would not recommend staying here. I'm still praying I don't end up with bed bugs!!

I booked the lodge 2 1 kid. It’s 10.30pm while reached the lodge. The owner(lady) was so rude and didn’t responded to the questions and didn’t allowed me to call Expedia regarding the bookings. She was so immature in handling the customers and doesn’t even bother about informing about the room location. When I called her over the phone, she lift the phone call and disconnected. I was trying couple of times to get to know about the room numbers. I believe, she is not normal on his behavior. It’s our fault, to book the room without reading the comments in google. She even threatened, she can cancel the bookings. Regretted for booking the lodge for the family. Not recommend - Zero stars especially when staying with family.

First thing the lady working was super unfriendly..which after I read other reviews..they said the same. One good thing we got there early..and check in wasnt until 4pm..but we were able to check in early. We read on the website that you can pay $50 to have a later check out time. But she told us no when we asked. The room was ok..there was no soap for bathroom to wash hands. The room also has a fridge..that it doesnt show on the site. It was worth the cost..def would not use again.

She is rude, pushy, locked my entry card as well as others entrance cards at 10 am (before check out). She was hateful and honestly the most horrible experience of my life. I was 3 states away from knowing anyone, rented it for 2 nights at 70 a night because even though I called about late arrival she cancelled my reservation. I went to Ohio from georgia for an iinterview, left my phone in an Uber but the hotel lady refused to put anyone including my mom through to my room phone, she wouldn’t cooperate with the Uber driver when he drove back to return my phone, she even gave me an upstairs room after I told her that my brother was crippled. Meaning I had to carry him up a flight of stairs.

Over all the hotel wasn’t too bad. It’s was very quiet, clean and had a lot of places within walking distance. The only down sides were no breakfast and you’d get locked out of your room the same day you were suppose to check out. So you’d have to go back to the office to get your keycard fixed.

My staying there was very traumatic because of my encounter with the front desk lady, who in no uncertain terms asked me to leave her hotel because I had reported her rude, hostile and shocking attitude toward me. After I packed my things and returned to check out she told me she tried but was not able to cancel the rest of the reservation, so I ended up staying only because the system would not let her cancel the rest of the trip and refund it. It was most traumatic when my key was not working and I had to go get it reprogrammed. Either she was discriminating against me or she doesn’t belong to the hospitality industry. I sincerely hope that no one else will be subjected to this totally uncalled for and deplorable treatment.

At check in I asked for a room on the ground floor since there was no elevator. The attendant gave us one, but after we got our suitcases in, she came to the room to inform us that we'd have to move out to the second floor as the room had already been reserved or go to another hotel. Didn’t like this property. When we got to our room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. The toilet was also plugged. We'd gone to our room, dropped our bags off, and mentioned the toilet to the lady at the front desk our way out to dinner. She came chasing us out to our car with a plunger in hand. We explained that we were on our way out and she started walking away shouting about there not being any refunds. We're not demanding people, but a working toilet is kind of essential. The fact that we walked into the room and found a clogged toilet housekeeping should have caught makes me question what else they turned a blind eye too.
