Absolutely crap hole!!! Doesnt look anyting like the pictures. They want $100 security deposit for what is beyond me. No soap, no toiket paper, no tissues. Room is run down. Tv hanging off the wall with a big gash in it and didn't even work. Bags of trash ripped open outside the door. Ice covered by the exits. If you go out you can't come back in you have to walk around the whole place to get to the front. Wouldn't return our money because we wanted to leave because it wasnt like what was online and not safe. Could hear the person in there room. I think people lived there. wanted to leave because we didnt feel safe.

The staff barely spoke english. The lady who walked us to our room was farting the whole way up the staircase! The halls smelled horribly of smoke in a non smoking hotel. Our room was in a completly different buildi g than main hotel. Our room had peeling paint in every corner. The walls were drippin with brown filth. The bathroom had what looked like mold on tub surround. The light fixture had wires hanging from ceiling. The remote didnt work. The freezer on mini fridge was frozen shut. The floors were sticky in our room. The floors in the hallway were filthy. The door into the building was broke at the handle. The other entrance had broken glass in it.

Please never stay here!!!Code and card would not open my room door. We changed cards 3 times. Every time we came back to the room we had to go to the front desk to have them open it up for us. Water draining from the walls and under the bathroom sink. Shower looked like it was never cleaned. And all towels and wash cloths looked dirty. We will never stay there again. We tried to get another hotel but everything was booked due to many things going on around town. Pictures online are not what this place looks like.

I waited an hour in line to check in when i finally get to the register guy is on his personally phone i prepaid for a king room theres none available tell him to give me a queen idc ive already paid 4 different guest canceled while in line. The guest before me come back, while im waiting for them to find out if my room is even cleaned, there is someone already in the room they were just given. Also theres an extra $100 deposit no one mentioned. I get my room go to put in the code it doesnt work walk back tell the staff they walk us back give us some waters and they cant unlock it with the code either so they let us in with a card say theyll make us one. We change our clothes real quick at this point its been 2hours. I go to the desk to ask about the card before we head to our show she hasnt made it. Also theres no soap in the dispenser and all the vending machines are out of stock.

The sink was broken & leaked everywhere? the room smelt of cigarettes despite it being a non smoking room. the stairwell smelt like urine so bad that every time we went up and down we had to hold our breath. it took 5-6 hours for staff to come upstairs to fix our tv & once they did, you cannot change the channel

This was one of the dirtiest properties I have been to. I understand that you get what you pay for, but under the sink in my room was dirty, my bathroom had nails coming out of the sink and the trim was coming off of the wall in the sleeping area. The people working at the desk weren’t very friendly, either. We only stayed knowing it was only a few hours until we left. Our “key” was a sliver of paper with our room number and the keypad code handed to us. There were no deadbolts or chains on the door, so we used our ironing board for additional safety. The bathroom door was splitting.
We left around 8 or 9am and never heard or saw cleaning staff.

The front desk gave us no direction to find our room or offer information as to where the best area would be to move our vehicles to ensure we parked closer to our room. The doors to enter and exit were not protected with a key, so it lacked the safety.

Terrible terrible. Blood in my sheets dirty room and used towels . Refused to change my room and only changed my sheets .

They have DOOR CODES that they don’t change after each guest and they goofed up when I added an extra night at check in . I was given a parking pass for an extra night but not an extra night so I was woken up at 3 am to them banging on and trying to open the door telling me check out was at 11am .
To which i responded HOW was I even able to get inside of this room if I didn’t have another night .

There was ants CRAWLINGGG everywhere . tables, bathrooms… AND the bath tub was clogged.

My room service sign got was ignored 2/4 days I was there not only were the towels here dingy and stained, clearly not washed properly but when I put my towels on the floor by the door for room service to replace , they just hung them back up (I noticed they were damp and had the same stains )

AWFULL AWFULL visit and the only reason I was here in the first place was because I got last minute tickets to a concert and every other place was sold out .

I didn’t get any pictures of the hotel , BUT I got pictures of the RASH that I got from theyre dirty room.

WORST stay EVER!!!!! The hotel lost my reservation, claimed they had one room left. Only room left had no microwave, which didnt matter anyway since the fridge stopped working and i lost over $100 in food. The bedding, curtains, and carpet had burn holes and looked dirty and dingy. The towels were thin and barely dried you. The toilet was wobbly and felt like you would tip over. The AC was loud and the room was right across from the stairs so you heard the stairwell door slam at all hours. The bathroom sink didnt have any hot water, but the shower barely had any cold so it was a sauna to shower. The tub had a ring of soap scum and mildew on the shower curtain. The room had multiple roaches crawling around, and possible bed bugs since both my husband and i woke up with rashes. The hallways were hard to navigate with housekeeping carts right in the middle. No elevator and being disabled and climbing stairs made for a difficult weekend. Doors didnt feel secure inside or outside. Garbage spilling over onto the walkways and the sidewalk was blocked. Parking was hard to find near any entrance. And the price i paid was not worth the stay. Was not offered a discount for the lost reservation or the inconvenience of having to take a second floor room. Was treated very rudely at checkin and not very accommodating to someone with a disability. The whole place smells bad and would not recommend to anyone!!!! Run to a different hotel before ever booking here.

To start off with I rented a room with a jetted tub and when I got to the hotel the room had no tub... the whole reason of renting this room was for that tub or I could have paid a lot less and a better neighborhood... its a scam make sure you realize you will not get the room you are paying for.. Hence the no refund policy...

Based on other reviews, I took a chance. It turned out to be clean, comfy, safe, and I slept wonderfully. That's what mattered.
It was not a high-end hotel, nor was I expecting one as I did not reserve one. The only trouble I had was trying to find it. It was in a separate wing of the Grand, which, based on reviews, I did not choose to stay at. All worked out just fine and, should I be in that area again, I would most likely stay there again.

Worse stay, will definitely not go there again. I got to my room and there was a box of what seemed to be parts for a shower head on top of the microwave. I went to the restroom and noticed it didn’t have the handle to turn on the shower. I called the front desk and they asked me if I wasn’t happy they can swap my room and for a room closer to the front. I walked all the way to the front desk and they gave me the room next to my my original room. I asked the front desk employee if there was something closer since I had to walk back again with all my bags and all he said was no.

This is actually two properties. For me it was very convenient. The room, while a bit out of date, was very clean with sufficient towels. I was there to sleep and for that it was great.
I would recommend that the owners/managers update a few rooms and call them upgrades or what have you and thake any revenue from them to do a room at a time - paint and other updates.

We checked in (only after having to go around multiple groups of homeless people sitting in the parking lot) to a front desk where we were borderline yelling because the rec hall they rent out was playing music extremely loud. Came into our room to find so much damage. Holes in walls, ceiling, broken countertop. Not to mention the literal trash we had found on the floor, toilet that looked like it had been used and not cleaned, the pillow that looked moldy (we used shirts as pillowcases) and we can't forget about the bugs.
We were in town for a sold out concert and quickly learned that 1: the pictures DO NOT MATCH real life. And 2: we had no other choice but to stay here as we called other places and everything was already booked for the concert. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Our first room, was dirty, mold all over the walls, hair in the shower, the sheets had stains and the pillow cases had black stains on them. Then our second room, shower ceilings were moldy, and top sheets were dirty. I really didn’t want to stay there but I had to stay due to no other rooms available near.. I will never be booking with them again. Also I believe that’s a spot where people actually live, at night it be noisy and cigarettes smells. When I first walk to my room the outside door to get in the build had a group full of people just smoking and starring at me n and my friends also the staircase smell like straight piss. Overall never again !

I booked a smoking room at this hotel at 8am on 4/27/2024. First off they didn’t have a smoking room available so they say “we can put you in an upgraded 2 bed room”. I get to the room (#167) and see something moving on the bed just to realize it’s a BEDBUG!!!!!! I take pics and show them just for them to move me to the smoking room I initially asked for with MORE BEDBUGS!!!! They had the nerve to charge me $100 for a security deposit, the hotel stinks and is full of illegal activity, you won’t feel safe at all and I’m learning any hotel on this app that’s run by anybody from India will be the most trifling inhumane place you can pay to stay at. Now my things might be infested with bedbugs and all hotels.com did was give me a $25 coupon lmao I can’t wait to talk to a lawyer and I’ve called the health department and I’m about to call DHS because I’m convinced they are human trafficking and some more stuff in there…I can’t believe that hotel is even allowed to be occupied. Dirty. Very dirty. Sheets looked slightly wrinkly and had some dirt on them, plus cigarette burns. There was a bandaid stuck on the coat rack, hair and rubber bands in the shower, no tissues, a plastic bag covering the smoke detector, the remote was missing batteries, and the doors to the hotel don’t lock so anyone can walk in.

I would have complained but I doubt they would have been able to give me a better place. It seemed like the kind of hotel that specializes in not caring about making an especially good impression, or caring that they have made a bad one.

It was a roof over your head, running water, and a bed. But that’s about it. Stay here if your only other option is sleeping on the streets. Otherwise, I would recommend against.

Avoid, not worth even the low cost

Don’t stay. Black mold in shower, very uncomfortable mattress, creepy, run down, heard other guests complaining about dirty room upon check in, smelled like smoke, staff didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing.
