I stayed to be close to the hospital for surgery the next morning. The room I reserved wasn't available, roll in shower, so i couldn't shower. The smell in the room was horrible and there was loose peanuts between the mattress and the bed frame.

The phone in my room didn’t work and the tv in the room didn’t work after a couple of hours when I told the person at the office they said they would move me to another room but I couldn’t because I had a very heavy baggage and the room was on the second floor then they said they would talk to the manager to see if I could get a discount. Again, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. So, that's the important part. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash too.

The room was cold. Very cold. 30 degree weather and the heat was not on in the room. It toon an hour for the room to get warm enough to undress to get into bed. It was the coldest bed I have ever got in. The temperature did not get to 65 until the middle of the night and never got above 65. The room was a bit dated but clean. I would not stay here again.

The shower curtain wasn’t long enough so the whole bathroom gets wet when someone showers. Musky odor. But clean room and friendly staff. Free coffee and mini muffins!

The over powering stench of the excessive combination of cleaning agents was horrific and seemingly toxic. Our nostrils strongly burned after walking into the room for the first time. There was absolutely no way possible for us to utilize the hotel room! This hotel was billed as a 3 star. If I could I would rate it a 1/2 star. The room was real small. No in-room coffee! Yes, there was coffee offered up front but that was a different building completely.
No closet to hang our clothes, just a couple pegs that were not enough for the wedding clothes we had brought along.
The tub was so slippery we went to Walmart and bought an anti-slip mat.
They did not clean the room at all in 5 days. We only got clean towels when we called and asked for them. We had to go to the office to get them a couple times. Never emptied the trash once.
The \"continental breakfast\" advertised was a small muffin and coffee.

After checking in and going to our room. I hung a towel in the bathroom and the towel rack ripped out of the wall. The bathtub leaked while taking a shower. There was a piece of tape on the wall at the towel rack, near where the tub leaked. Seems like this was a known problem and the room should have never been used until fixed. They did move us to a new room after telling them. They only had a few mini muffins for breakfast.

Bed was great except their were stained towels in the bathroom room area and the air-conditioning was leaking water on the floor. Based on prior reviews the hotel room was as expected. The room did go above my expectations! Very clean. No carpet. Modern and newer. Comfy beds and new shower with great water pressure. Breakfast isn't breakfast. Just decent coffee with mini muffins. One note that it's a remodeled motel so it's setup is like a motel but modern inside like a hotel.

Stay was okay. Had no problems, there is a $100 deposit at check in which sucks if you're traveling on a tight budget. The guest in the room next to me was loud and when I asked the front desk to ask them to quiet down he just laughed it off. Every time I ask to be placed in a room close to the front desk I get place furthest from it despite there being multiple empty rooms available.

We paid for early check in cause we came to attend a music festival. We got into the hotel air was broke so had to wait to get moved rooms. When finally got moved to another room started getting ready which made the early check in fee pointless cause we were late to our festival. It was average, the floors were very dirty I had to clean them myself, I had two rooms and one looked like it had been clean but not the other stains on the sheets and pillow cases black mold in the bathroom, I will say they were gutting a few rooms and replacing stuff but a heads up would have been nice I would have booked a different hotel. For the price it was average.

The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. The outside of the building is very basic, it’s basically a remodeled motel. It has the potential to be noisy as rooms are close together but luckily it was very quiet. I was surprised that they allow smoking in some rooms. They really need better breakfast options than tiny muffins.

A refund would be great. The room was a disaster. Stains, sink and bathroom were a mess as if someone just used it. Pee stains on the bed and hair on the bed, some bugs in the room. And we just came from driving 7 hours for a place to stay and had to go across the street to a cleaner place. Please offer us a refund.

Our stay was a good one. Room appearance was good, some renovations had been done on the room we were in. Advertised free breakfast, but actually was coffee and snack size individually wrapped muffins. Nothing else.
