I originally booked my hotel through Expedia. I booked a two queen suite. When I checked in at the Hilton they only had one king suites available. The hotel informed me that Expedia sold me a room that was not available. Expedia played the blame game so it was a back and forward thing. Homewood suites told Expedia that they upgraded my room so Expedia would not compensate me for selling me a room they didn’t have. I don’t know how that was an upgrade when we literally went from two bed queen suite to one bed suite. When I got to the room I had to take a lukewarm shower because the hot water was going out. I talked to the front office and they informed me that it was fixed. At this time it was around 1:00pm on saturday. Later that night after my daughter played volleyball all afternoon she had to come in and take a cold shower. We talked to the front desk and the problem still was not solved. Sunday morning I was thinking the problem was fixed. I got in the shower and with shamooo all over my head the water turned ice cold. I literally had to get out and wait to see if I could get another room. Moving rooms was a big inconvenience for me and my daughters considering one is only a newborn as well. For two days we didn’t have hot water and not once did a manager call to check on our stay and make sure things turned around. Today I was charged a parking fee that I was not informed of either. This trip was a big inconvenience and definitely not a $600 stay.

Stayed here with my husband for our 15th anniversary trip. Was a very nice room and we slept great. The only negatives were that we were unable to hook up our ROKU to the tv to stream some of our favorite shows. Also, I wish they provided a regular coffee machine so you could bring your own coffee grounds. Other than that we loved the area and the shops across the street.

Perfect Spot!

Met here for a birthday weekend with our girl friends. The bedroom we had was dark and quiet which was excellent! We loved having a full sized refrigerator in the room and space for all of us to gather that wasn’t sitting on beds.
The location is ideal for walking to restaurants.
One complaint- the shower pressure was low and made showers slow.
Otherwise great! Will definitely stay again!

The staff were exceptional, extremely nice extremely attentive to everything. The only issue is during the weekend that I came down there their Wi-Fi was down, and although the Wi-Fi was down, I didn't have a problem with that, but there was absolutely no service in the building during my entire stay and that is the only complaint that I've had but everything else was great. Breakfast was perfect.

Loved the spacious layout of the room with a kitchen, loving, and sleeping area.

Kitchen had toasters and microwave, plates and crockery, and everything to make a multi day stay comfortable.

The barhroom was a great size and everything worked perfectly.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Our rooms were very clean, and we were very pleased with the amount of space available. The breakfasts were delicious with many options! The staff was the best part!! They were all so very helpful, pleasant and went the extra mile to provide a great stay. We wish we had names to drop bc they were really awesome. Rooms comfy and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was better than others we’ve had which included an egg bar (salsa, tomatillos sauce etc).

Front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast was THE BEST hotel breakfast we have ever had - amazing 10/10 - wish we had restaurants near us that served the exact same quality of food. Room was very clean and spacious. Everything in the room did look and feel a little worn. Most of that didn’t really matter, but trying to sit and relax on those couch cushions - yikes. Overall great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

It was a very pleasant stay in a nice and quiet area . Shopping plaza across the street is a great bonus . We love the overnight oat & chia pudding for breakfast .
Staff is friendly and helpful . Nora at the front desk is super sweet, making our stay even nicer . Thank you .
The lady in charge of the breakfast is great. Thank you for your help .
FYI: xtra charge for staying here: parking $5.50 per night and $125 for 7 days of having our dog with us . Grass area for our dog is rather small .
Other than that, we don’t mind staying at this hotel again .

Best Bed and Breakfast ever.

We slept on the couch bed, with extra covers for padding it was nice.
Everything was clean and loved the kitchenette. The breakfast was absolutely amazing better variety and quality than i have seen in similar motels. This is my new stop on my quarterly trips to New York!!

The guest services is terrible. Got a room with clogged and overflowing toilet . They don’t even bother to answer your call from the room phone. Had to call them from my mobile only to be told that they cannot move us to another room but can only provide a plunger and we will have to unclog the toilet by ourselves . Would never stay here another time.

Had to vacate the room because of the terrible customer service and facilities in the middle of the night with a young kid in hand.

We enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites hotel in Upper Arlington. The location is excellent and an easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The facility was clean. It was also undergoing a renovation at the time of our visit, but our room, not yet renovated, was just fine. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Just say no

-No hot water.
-Outlets in room are broken/loose so you can’t charge phones.
-breakfast food was literally rotten and smelled like a dead animal. Eggs were fluorescent green.

-no parking
-ground floor rooms get blinding light from cars All Night.

Asked for another room… declined.

They know about these issues yet do nothing to rectify according to an employee.

Room was paid in advance through Expedia. Upon checking out the front desk employee asked to run my credit card reassuring me it wouldn’t charge again. Before even leaving the lobby I was notified my credit card was again charged for the room. I was told I would be contacted by the manager to fix the double charge by noon. I was never contacted so now I will have to dispute the charge.

Hot water in shower fluctuated between hot and cooler water during the entire shower. Heat in room also did not work very well and the fan on the heater was very loud - sounded like it was struggling to even work. Ultimately the room temperature was inconsistent and not very comfortable. The size of the room was very nice though with a kitchen.

Good location, good breakfast buffet, good amenities. Room was not clean upon check in, some garbage still on floor from last guests. Pet friendly but called and charged $150 after checkout because there was a little cat litter on the floor. Another guest was bit by a pet and the cops visited our room and talked outside our door keeping us up. Fine hotel for what it is.

We stayed on the second floor in a one bedroom suite with our 5 month old. It was great to be able to separate the space and the room was very spacious. The bathroom could be cleaner and the shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. Our upstairs neighbors were so loud we had to call down both nights to complain as they were making noise past 1AM. I would stay here again but I would want to not have upstairs neighbors. Location is great and parking was easy

Absolutely awesome stay.

We utilize the suite which was just perfect for what we needed. We were there moving our daughter into Ohio State for her first year. The staff, as always, were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that The shampoo and conditioner were empty, so we had to have a refilled, no big deal. We will definitely come back again and stay in the suite. Pillows, blankets, and beds were extremely comfortable.
