Our room was extremely small and tight - only a path to walk around the Queen bed. The hairdryer didn't work - I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work so I had to use my cell phone and call from the \"outside.\" They did bring a hairdryer right up. Breakfast wasn't impressive. Our first night there, there were 3 cars that had windows broken out and one car was actually stolen from right in front of the front door and lobby window. The walls are certainly not soundproof, so if you're a light sleeper . . . beware.

The hotel knowingly and willingly rented a room with a faulty A/C. I have family with experience in the hospitality industry, and based on that i am aware that the room should have never been rented to anyone due to the danger it poses. If i could leave a review with negative stars i absolutely would. Hotel staff was left in a position where their hands were tied due to being sold out, the hotel owner apparently only provides ONE box fan for their entire property, im sure because of the inflated cost of easily purchaseable fans, and not their own infinite frugality

The front desk person working on March 29,2025 was very accommodating and polite and it was a pleasure to check in. He even offered yogurts to my kids since we arrived late at night. The beds were comfortable, clean and nice room, the breakfast was decent. We only stayed 1 night since we were coming back from vacation and needed to stop to take a break from driving. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was average. There were some things that stood out regarding the cleanliness and overall standard of the building. There were some damaged ceiling tiles from water leaks that clearly needed replaced. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. Every time one of us rolled over, the bed made all sorts of sounds from the springs. I would recommend if you are traveling in a budget but you are definitely getting what you pay for. I love the location though and having everything centralized.

We stayed at Quality Inn on December 6th and 7th. Upon our late-night arrival, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly checking us in and getting us settled into our clean and cozy room. The parking was convenient, and the breakfast offered a good selection of options. While we did encounter a noise issue with a neighbor, the overall experience at Quality Inn was positive. We appreciate the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

The room itself was good and I was pleasantly suprised at how comfortable the bed was. The biggest issue was the bathroom. The drain plug in the sink and the tub could not be used. Rust and dirt in the corners. Floor not in that great of condition. A piece of the counter top edging was missing. The tub floor creeked loudly when showering. I would stay here again but I think management/owners should be aware. Having a nice clean bathroom in a hotel is top priority for me.

The staff was nice and attempting to accommodate with a different room which was slightly more cleanly but my main room had bugs, a hole in the wall, dirty bathroom, used toiletries, the bathroom door wasn’t on the hinges, mold was in the bathroom of both rooms.
