Dirty room, no towels had to go get them, toilet had urine stains still, and no refrigerator. Shower head and faucet were not properly working. Rooms there have gone down hill since ive stayed there and will be choosing other places for now on and spending more money else where. Its becoming a true red roof inn with the reputation it has.

This space was ok for what it was. It looks nothing like the the pics posted on expedia. Run down, but not too terrible. Had to request several times for another towel/ washcloth for our child and another roll of toilet paper since there was barely half a roll there. Never got it so we found the nearest Walmart and purchased our own. There's a \"room service\" QR sheet in the room with burgers and fries advertised on it. Go to look at the menu and it's only pizza, pasta, and desserts. The staff at the front desk were sweet but I probably wouldn't book this location again.

Gross. The outside of the door looked like it had been forced opened with a sledgehammer in the past. Upon entering the room the smell was awful and it was freezing cold. After turning on the heat, the smell of dust added to the already foul smelling worn room. Everything looked old, dingy. Half the light bulbs were burned out. It took nearly 3 hours for the room to actually warm up enough that my nose wasn't cold. Stay anywhere else but this place. I should get a refund for this horrible room.

Smelly cigarette smoke

Grounds very dirty building in poor condition, spilt water on floor and when I wiped it up the towel was almost black. I also had a headache for the two days I was there due to cigarette/pot smoke smell. The staff were great but went back to La Quinta for the rest of my 2 week stay.

I was staying with my grandkids over night. When i went to run bath water there was no tub stopper. There was mold on the shower walls. The room over all didn't look very clean. Ive been to RedRoof's before and the rooms were always very clean and nice. This one was definitely not. And the wifi didn't work. Will not stay again.

The check-in process was simple and quick. the gentleman at the counter was very helpful but when we checked into the room, it’s smelled like marijuana really bad and there was a young crowd outside the hallway on and there was walk pad for probably 4 to 5 hours till about two am 3 o’clock in the morning we really didn't enjoy our stay due to the high smell of marijuana in the loud crowd outside, but it was the weekend.

My experience at this motel was terrible. Room was rundown, they allow pets at this motel apparently, as there was dog crap right outside or motel room door. The other renters looked like crack heads. We will never stay at this motel again. We were goanna stay at this motel, on the way back from our trip, but cancelled.

When arrived man at front desk checked me in and by the time I parked and made it to my room, he was in there. He was pretending to freshen up the room to which he noticed the car v was not working. I he tv had no cords. He then said he would be back in 10 mins to fix it and never came back. After about and hour of waiting I went to the office because at this point I have noticed the sheets are dirty the tv don’t work, door won’t lock, cigarette burns in the sheet along with old water damage on mattress and sheets (rusty orange) don’t even get me started on the bullet holes in the wall. Once going to the office I was told there were no other rooms and that they would have maintenance down to fix it within 10 minutes. Still no one showed up. I called the desk several times with no answer. I was with a small child and felt very unsafe. No one ever showed up and I never got any rest. I went to the office the next morning and the same person was there and told me that the maintenance never showed up and he was very sorry and would issue a refund. Now I can’t get ahold of him and they won’t return my calls. Still no refund.

Clean and served our purpose

You can tell the building and the room was old, but somewhat rennovated. Most important, It was clean. I liked having the hardwood floors instead of carpet. My husband said the bed hurt his back, but I thought it was very comfortable and I slept well. Our TV would not work, the gentleman we called at the front desk, was there and fixed it within 5 minutes. It served our purpose, as we just needed somewhere to sleep and have a shower, that was close to our 2 day conference.

Tv remote didnt work , hair dryer didnt work , we had 3 adults and 1 child , but were only alowed 2 bath towels . One of the worst days I've had there

First turn the TV didn't work and they expected me to wait for them to get there and put my shower and everything I had to do on hold, so I told them to move me rooms they did the first night was fine the second night or day from about 11:30 a.m. only until 8:30 at night there's a dog next to me that would not stop barking called the office twice and they still allowed the person to stay there even though the dog continued to bark. They also give you 1 wash rag and 2 bath towels. they think 2 people are gonna use 1 wash rag. Or 1 person use it for multiple days. Want extra ask 1st or bring your own.

Our experience at the Red Roof Inn in Grove City, OH, was disappointing and below our expectations. Upon entering our room, we were immediately greeted by a strong and unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke that lingered despite the absence of any smoking signs. Additionally, the lamp in the room was nonfunctional, which detracted from our comfort.

As we settled in, we noticed the lack of essential amenities; there were not enough towels or toilet paper for our stay, which was particularly concerning since we were traveling with a baby. The bathroom door also had an issue—it did not close or lock completely, making us feel less secure regarding our privacy.

Further compounding our discomfort, we found mold on the bathroom ceiling, raising concerns about hygiene and the overall upkeep of the facility. The towel rack was loose, giving the room an unstable feel, and the air conditioning unit was dirty, emitting a musty odor that compromised the air quality in the room. Additionally, the toilet seat was wobbly and felt unsafe to use.

Most troubling was the mini refrigerator, which failed to cool properly. This was critical for us, as it was intended to store our baby's milk and food. The combination of these issues made our stay uncomfortable and left us questioning the overall maintenance and cleanliness standards at this location. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory, and we hope to see improvements in the future. (I have additional photos)

Our shower drain was clogged and quickly filled up with dirty water during a short shower. There was no drain cover in the tub, so obviously someone was aware. We didn't find this out until after midnight when we got to the room after a long hot day in the sun.

The folks that came with us, the toilet in their room didn't work - wouldn't refill after flushing. So basically, they used our toilet and we should've used their shower.
