The staff was very friendly and helpful. The night shift guy was always there, answered questions, and provided everything we needed quickly.
The breakfast staff was also excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness was an issue. The carpets in the hallways looked very dirty. There were multiple places where a spill occurred and it was poorly cleaned up, left sticky and had residue of the spill. The chairs in the dining room were severely worn and the cushions needed replacing.
The bedding was pilled and scratchy, and the sofa bed had no sheets on it, or anywhere in the bedroom. Our bedroom blinds were broken would not go up. The mini fridge had an awful smell.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean.
The breakfast options were wonderful. Everything was fresh and constantly being refilled. The area was continuously picked up and cleaned by the staff. There was a wide selection of choices.
The staff was kind, helpful and respectful and we enjoyed our stay, despite the cleanliness and upkeep issues.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We rented 2 rooms for a busy Expo weekend. At check-in, the hotel wouldn’t accept that we had already paid through Expedia, demanding that we provide a credit card. Every other place was full, so we had no choice. They charged that card but said that the card was declined, and said that we needed another form of payment. So we gave them another card, which they also charged. We found out the next day that both payments went through and we were paying triple for these rooms. When we complained, staff said the couldn’t help us, but the manager was never ‘available.’ After we left, the manager finally called me back, was incredibly rude, and then proceeded to charge my credit card a 4th time. I’m still disputing charges through my credit card. Also, we rented 2 rooms for the weekend, and both rooms were filthy. The second room had something wrong with the plumbing, so that water rushed out from under the tub every time we turned on the shower, flooding the room. So the people in that room had to come to the first room to shower. The shower in the first room took 30 minutes for the water to get warm. The rooms both had dirt and hair throughout, as though they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

The guy working at check in was great. Super helpful and I had several different questions- needed pool towels, bedding for the pull-out couch, and pizza delivery questions. But the guy in the morning wasn’t great. He told me I owed money but had paid through a third party. I also told him that my 10 year old had picked a scab and I wanted to give him a heads up that he got a bit of blood on the comforter. Not ideal, I know, but he’s a kid… the guys face looked like he was so disgusted. I just wanted to give a heads up so they’d know for cleaning. I didn’t have to do that. Check out was just weird. Anyways, the space was very clean. Pool was nice. Safe area with lots of restaurants around. We’d go back.

The room I was given when I checked in was already occupied. I went to the room and the key wouldn’t open the door so I went downstairs twice and the lady said the battery was probably dead so she sent someone with the laptop to charge/open it. Door opened but they had the inside lock on.that is when we realized someone was in there.

Staff at the front desk were great. I think the property has poor management. The place smells bad. Floor to floor smells like pot some areas smell almost like old food or spoiled cheese. The lady who does front desk and breakfast is very nice. The property I think has homeless people come in during breakfast. Seems like a hotel alot of people with personal problems come to stay to then cause problems. Housekeeping employees talk very loud especially when your in your room trying to relax. Just wanted a calm weekend but it wasn't.

The room was spotless and beds very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but we noticed there were children that did . The breakfast was wonderful and the lady who worked there was wonderful keeping it stocked up and full . The only issue was for whatever reason at 4:00 am the smoke alarms went off in everyone’s room . We will definitely stay there again .

This is the absolute worst hotel stay my husband and I have ever experienced! The noise level was ridiculous and nothing was done about it. Three times someone attempted to enter our room. We wanted to leave but were afraid at the same time. I called the front desk after the 3rd attempt at entry at 3 am (after not sleeping all night so far) and was told that it was the front desk trying to enter because we “weren’t registered” in the room! But I had confirmation, we were given room keys, and my credit card showed confirmation! There was partying in the parking lot and on our floor. Not a thing was done about it! By far the scariest and most awful hotel experience we’ve ever had! I will be calling the corporate offices on Monday morning. Oh and let me add, the fire alarm just went off 20 mins ago as well. I’m sure it was a kid or a drunk that’s out of control as well. Don’t bring your family here!

We checked in and got to our room and unpacked. About 25 minutes later the person from front desk came up and told us she gave us the wrong room and we had to move. When we got to the new room it smelled like cologne which we speculated someone else was given that room before us and told to switch to another room as well. The room had potential but unfortunately it was dirty as was the hallway.

When we arrived we tried to extend the tv from the wall. It came off the mount. We reported it to the front desk. The following day they charged me an additional $175 due to the Tv issue. The tv still worked. We set it on the floor so it didn’t fall over and break. I asked 3-4 times about refunds. Was told would be refunded at checkout. Have yet to be refunded the $100 damage deposit or the $175 for the issue. Still awaiting call from the manager. Was also never notified of the $175 charge. Was never contacted they just took it out because they said house keeping was the one who reported the issue.

While staying at this property the man in the room next to me was beat to death. I had to call the police. The front desk did nothing. This man was unalived and I heard everything. Did not sleep. The manager was a rude lady that demanded I leave the room by 11am to check out when I did not sleep bcuz the police were kicking n the neighbors door. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE MANAGER IS RUDE AMD NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

Hotel did not feel safe! Parties going on all around us until all hours of the night. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. Room didn't have linens for the pull out couch when it was specified that 3 people would be in room. Breakfast was not stocked early in am. Very disappointed especially since we've stayed there in the past and it's been nice. Completely going downhill! Definitely in need of security to maintain safety and noise ordinance throughout the building.

Room was not ready when we got there at 3:30. That’s 30 minutes after check in time. We were initially given a room key to a room that wasn’t cleaned yet and told to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes. The hotel was clean, but under staffed. had to wait for someone to check us in, the tub in the room we were assigned had a slow drain we went to the desk for assistance and the clerk was not at the desk when she did arrived she apologized for the wait she stated she was the only one on duty and she was assisting another guest. the drain in the tub was full of hair my wife and the clerk cleaned it out, on day 2 of our stay we left in the morning we did not place the do not disturb sign out wanting our room to br cleaned upon our arrival in the afternoon we found our room not cleaned we informed the front desk clerk and at check out, their was no one at the desk to check us out.

Finally got a clean room. First night found a bed bug and so I went to the desk to switch rooms. The lady was very accommodating but it was an adventure to find a room that was in good condition. I ended up switching three times before I got a room that was doable. I felt like a hotel inspector. Some rooms were half fast cleaned, another had a leaking fridge as I entered. I don’t have any proof but several days when I returned it was clear someone entered the room and didn’t even make the bed. Just pulled out any towels and reset some. Very minimal. You would think if housekeeping ever entered, they would at least make the bed, but nope. Only thing saving this stay from a one star was the front desk lady that was really helpful and understanding.

This property took me by surprise when it said it was a 9 star rating! Because I had to switch rooms 3 times!!!! 3 times! The first room had large yellow and brown stains on the sheets, the second room was full of black mold in the bathroom! And I only got the third room because the hotel wouldn’t refund Expedia so I was stuck at this hotel! Granted the woman working that night was very polite and honestly did her best to help my husband and I! The manger did nothing for us, she couldn’t refund our night or even just simply apologize! NOTHING! I really don’t recommend this hotel but if you’re up for a battle, go for it!

The original Comfort Inn and Suites, in Grove City, the air conditioner broke, we had a king suite. There was 3 of us, in town for a softball tournament. They moved us next door, to the regular Comfort Inn and got stuck in a king room. It was miserable!!!!!

This was my 2nd time here. When I entered my room it smelled bad, like there had been dogs in the room that needed to be bathed. The bed smelled the same. I called the front desk to tell them about the issue. He said he would send a housekeeper up. She was at the door very quickly. She came in and i told her the issue. She walked to the bed and smelled it and left. She came back with the front desk person. He smelled it. She asked him if he wanted to move me to another room. He said no just get some air freshener. At that point i got irritated and told him the he was going to make sure i got fresh linen. He told her she could, as if he was doing me a favor, and he left. She came back and changed everything. Replaced it all with fresh clean linen and left some air freshener on the counter. She did her job but he didn't even want to help me. I wrote a review when i received the email and was contacted about it the following day at work. The woman said she was the manager and didn't recall the incident. I informed her, she wouldn't because the \"manager\" i was speaking of was a man. She repeated that she didn't recall the incident. I explained again to which she replied, can you come talk to me. I declined because i was at work and offered 4:30 when i got back there. She wanted me to talk to her at 7:30am. That would have made me late so i declined and informed her i would be leaving when my booking was up the next day. I left and booked another hotel.

From the outside and the lobby, it looks pristine and new. The room looked as expected but the ac controls didn’t work so we were freezing. The bathrooms were not fully clean as I found hair in the sink and shower and there was a little bit of mold in the shower. Breakfast was limited due to a trucking delay. Stayed here twice for work. Complete Jekyll and Hyde experience. First time, stayed on 3rd floor. Beautiful room, accommodating and a good stay. Second time, walked in to a room on second floor, lights on, towel on bathroom floor and a used razor. Told employee on site, all he said was “you’re the only one in that room sir.” I don’t know if it is because it was the second floor this time, or maybe overbooked but after the lack of assistance I received this second time I had trouble getting comfortable thinking my room was either not cleaned or I might be getting an overnight visitor. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I give an OK cause the first time was a good experience
