I went to my room and it smelled horrible like someone urinated every where, I told the lady up front and she was going to change my room. A few minutes later a guy called me and said he would not change my room I could stay there or leave with no refund, No refund because you don't know how to clean properly, I left and they refused to give me my money back.DONT STAY HERE rude staff horrible customer service and absolutely no cleaning of the rooms at all, next call is the health department and fire department.

This hotel needs an update ASAP. The bathroom doors have holes in them. The bathrooms are stained. I know that its a place for a quick stay hut it doesnt have to look like a dump. This is a huge hotel chain and it should have a bit better conditions.

Got in late, check in staff was nice. The room smelled like smoke but I figured it was a weekend and it was the nearby rooms. Getting ready for bed and I found a German cockroach scurrying around near the sink. I have no idea how this place is rated as high as it was. I left immediately and got a refund, left to find another place to stay in the middle of the night.

The place is infested with roaches. We had to sleep with the lights on because when you turned the lights out the roaches covered and I do mean covered the bathroom sink. We had a tote on the floor and lifted it up, about 20-30 roaches ran out from underneath of it as well. There are people with young kids living there and they were out in the parking lot playing until 9:30pm. SCREAMING at the top of their lungs.

Everything in the room worked. We had no issues with anything. Except the squeaky door next to us that was opened and closed several times during the night. It wasn't an exceptional place to stay and they could have used professional painters on the interior, but it was clean and neat. No bugs or other critters were in the room, and the room was fairly large. A pleasant stay.

The inside of the room was kind of decent bed was made they were stains on the sheets the flooring you had to stay with shoes on cuz it was not cleaned the toilet will have to be cleaned the bathtub needs to be redone it's extremely dingy and there you knew they didn't clean the room well because there were open soap packages on the towel bins by the sink. Out side there was a corner with soda cans being piled up. On top of that other motel Patriots just throwing their hands out their car in the parking lot.

I was told I was banned & I'd only stayed at this location the week prior. the week prior I was in my room about 5:00am im woken by people running around & around screaming, yelling & cussing. I go outside to see what's going on they're outside still going & the room next to me is outside trying to figure out what's going on. they've done called the office, I called the office and she said it's okay I got the cops on the way. They show ask what toom we tell them, they go to that room talk to them. They leave I checked out the next morning no issues. but I came back this Friday and I was told I was banned from the property because I called the office to report that you have two adults running around screaming cussing at like 5:00 A.M. the lady at the front bypassed it to let me stay since I already paid & a few other reasons. but it's still the fact that this was only my second time staying with this location & after the first time because me & the room next to me reported to the front desk i got banned. their excuse was well the night shift girl is new so she might have confused things well that's kind of messed up and that's the nicest word I'm going to say because you're Banning people that didn't do nothing. Motel was VERY dirty. Tub has rings from previous guests shampoo bottles on the side of the tub. Bottom of the tub was black. You could tell that they had someone come in to \"fix things up\" but it was a very sloppy job. Towels were either not washed properly or were left in the room after another guest. They were white but has \"smudge marks\" and reeked of smoke. Someone was powerwashing the steps and peeling paint was all over the place and got all over our shoes and clothes when leaving the facility.

Terrible service! We needed to stay somewhere because storms had knocked out the electricity in our area and we needed somewhere safe for our baby. Check in was a nightmare. I made the reservation while I was at work so that my family could check in. The individual with whom my wife spoke was rude and dismissive. Ultimately, I had to leave work, drive to the motel and check in myself just to find the rooms claustrophobic, and in poor condition. Thank goodness our power was restored and we didn't have to spend an entire night in this pit. You work hard for your money. Spend it elsewhere.

Good little place to stay the night. Clean room. The sheets could have been softer. I also wish there were toiletries because this was an unexpected stop, but there was no shampoo to shower and get cleaned up. We also called ahead to see if the double rooms were Queen or full-sized beds. We were told Queen, but they felt like full. Would stay again because it’s conveniently located for a night on the road and clean.

The only really bad thing was the check in. We arrived right before 10 pm and they had already cancelled our reservation. Expedia has checkin listed as midnight, but they said that’s not their policy. They then offered to still rent us the room for about $30 more than the original cost through Expedia. When I complained they then lowered it back down to the original price.
