My room was very clean. The front desk staff are very nice. I didn't give 5 stars for everything because the fire alarm went off at 3:30 am and it was a false alarm. My room was exceptionally clean, however there was a teeny tiny roach in my bathtub. I don't believe it's because of the hotel. I learned during my time outside (because of the fire drill), that many of the guests are long-term residents and of course everyone does not have the same cleaning habits. Lastly, my bed was small (maybe a double size). It was fine for 1 person, but it could be uncomfortable for two adults if they are not on the thinner side.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, great staff and service, building had been renovated but the driveway was a bit bumpy. Elevator was also sketchy, but stairs were easy to go up and down (only like 3 floors), so we didn't mind. Area around the hotel was plentiful with shops, entertainment and restaurants. Didn’t have my room. They were over booked. The location is horrible and the way the place is locked up just to get to the lobby was enough for me to be glad they over booked me. Here I am trying to talk to the front desk and call hotels.com to get my money back. Dude was leaving the desk and doing other stuff. Needless to say I was annoyed.

The check in person when we called was very nice about late check in and our reservation, check in was good. Unfortunately we did find a couple cockroaches in the room. We had people with kids above us who were very loud, when we called the front desk they were going to ask them to quiet down, which they did not for about another hour. That ended up being 1am..there was nobody at check out to make aware of these situations either.. convenient if you have a pet.

The front desk clerk was very rude to my family and I. It took forever to check in and when inasked for extra towels i was snapped at and told no. Upon entering my room it smelled of freshly sprayed raid and there were roaches crawling around. I went back downstairs and the desk clerk yelled at me about the towels. I told him my room had roaches and smelled like raid. Inasked for another room since inbooked using hotels.com i knew there wouldnt be a refund. The second room was just as bad. We did not stay the night at the hotel. They have a sign up in the lobby saying if you give us a 5 star review you could win 60$. This was an absolutely horrible hotel and my worst ever hotel.com experience.

I was disappointed. I arrived a 10pm and was first told that I had cancelled my reservation. (I had not) Then that they couldn't find my reservation and then they had been overbooked. Eventually I was given a room and billed correctly. I made it to the room and found a greasy/dirt table, bugs in the sink and bathtub and a threadbare blanket/comforter on each of the beds. I made the best of it by using a washcloth to clean the chairs and table, ran hot water in the sink and tub and went to bed wearing and sweatpants and sweatshirt.

First, I was grateful to Dave for allowing me to check in early. I was able to frwhwn yo before having to go to work. Easy access off/on highway. Although it is suitable for long stays, there was nothing in the room but the fridge, microwave, and stove top. There was free coffee in the lobby but no coffee pot in the room. Everything else needed to operate a kitchen; untensils, pots, bowl, was extra. You had to ask for it and possibly there was a fee. I manage without. Fortunately, the hotel was next door to Sheetz which I visited every day for their 99 cent coffee special. I grabbed snacks and even ordered food to go. The hotel was clean, and I must say, very secure. Your hotel key was needed all the time. I personally booked for the laundry service on premise. Traveling weekly, I need to keep up. Overall staff was friendly, area was safe, and the room was comfortable. My biggest disappointment was that there was no blow dryer.

This hotel has cockroaches. I left after two days and was supposed to stay a month. Bugs were coming out of the walls. On the floor, counters, and tables. Even in the bathroom. Told the hotel they had a cockroach infestation and they lied and said they don’t have bugs but they do. I even changed rooms twice, stayed in one room a night then another room and still found more cockroaches in the room. Pictures are attached of the cockroaches I killed in the room.

Me and I had to say at the hotel we also got another week there which is this week same room number 223 and the date is 7/30/21-8/14/21. They didn’t put us in a handicap room you have to clean your own rooms do your own laundry and exchange in your towels and wash rags but you have to change your own bedding and washer and bedding there’s usually no one at the desk they’re out smoking and they’re not very friendly I need to add this day onto my prior weeks day so I can get all my points. My apartment won’t be ready and I’m gonna have to stay here another week I would just go find another hotel but it’s just too much with my age and being disabled I just won’t come back here to stay there’s a lot of drug attic’s and drugs going on in the building and outside the building lot of odd smells and that smells in the hallways just not clean and manage very well at all

Our hotel stay was ok. Rooms was clean no carpet anywhere in the building made it noisy. When you walk in I felt like we walked into a prison with the security measures they had. It must be known for problems. It took 20 min to sign in I signed more papers it felt like than buying my house. It was almost like families lived there on a regular bases. We booked this hotel because of the proximity of our job site. We arrived at 5:00pm and the office was closed. We had to call to get someone to come check us in. There was an unusual amount of paperwork involved in the check in process, which raised red flags immediately. All areas of the hotel (including our room) smelled of either cigarettes or marijuana usage. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the bed frame did not feel sturdy. The bathroom door would not open all of the way because the floor was sloped. We went back downstairs within a few minutes to ask about changing rooms, but the staff member was gone and we were unable to locate anyone.
The outside of the hotel looked fine, and Grove City was nice. However we ended up having to move hotels quickly because this property felt dirty and unsafe.

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff always nice and helpful. The staff will make you follow the rules, which is totally understandable for both yours and their well being and safety. The price was great for being on a budget. It was great to have a regular size refrigerator, a sink and a couple burners to be able to cook a home cooked meal. I would definitely recommend paying the $7 to be able to get fresh towels and linens as many times as you want or need them. Otherwise the rooms only get cleaned every other week if you are staying longer term and that is a long time to wait for a fresh towel. Overall, a nice place to stay and will definitely stay there again!!!

I was on a tight budget as I had a few graduations to attend to and flew up from Florida and had to rent a car. Best rate I could find in the area and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean to hotel was kept and how friendly the front desk staff was during my stay. It didn't bother me they only change your linens once a week, but hey, that's more than I do at home! Lisa and Ray deserve honorable mention for their attentiveness and pleasant greetings.
