According to Expedia I was paying for a king room with a hot tub in the room for Valentine’s Day to relax away from home. We were booked for a basic king room with just a shower in the bathroom. It was too late to find another room somewhere else and still make our dinner reservations and enjoy the rest of our evening.

The pictures shown are not of the same room. The floor was dirty (had dirt on the bottom of my feet after the shower). The shower handle was loose and could fall off at any moment. The staff were great though. The listing by Expedia was very misleading.

The room was so gross we walked in tried to let the non smoking room air out because it smelled so strongly of weed that your eyes would water. After an hour of laying the musty room air out we left. Did not stay here and would hav e only stayed if I was dead tired or an emergency so we packed the car back up and drove home and just ate the cost of the room. The guy at the desk was nice that was about the only good thing.

You can tell the Travel Inn did an update recently. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom is a bit small so you have to step around to close the door. We stayed here for the football game so just a few nights. The Travel Inn is close to many food options and Walmart/Target. The staff was friendly.

The room was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. While there was a coffee machine in room, there were no cups or glasses to drink from, so machine did no good. Also towels were not replaced and tv was hard to figure out with no instructions or channel guide. We were there due to medical procedures at hospital so would have been nice to relax in room and watch tv.

The shower had hair in it. When I reserve the room it said it had a continental breakfast and it did not. Also they require a $50 cash deposit or $50 on your debit card which they'll hold for five to seven days that they didn't tell you about when you check in in addition to the price of the room. The roomas filthy and the pillows smelled like Body Odor.

This is the kind of dump you go to when you are on a downward spiral and move in because as long as you pay a weekly rate, you can do all the drugs and tricks you want. And quite a few have. They even have houseplants and garbage cans set up outside of the room doors. 0 out of 10 stars unless thats what you are looking for.

Online while booking a single bed, they accept just to come and tell you on the property they only have single beds for handicap people, and force you to a two bed. If you cancle they dont refund you...... overall whatever you book online is not what you get

It smelled so much like a nursing home that the first thing we did after entering the room was immediately leave to go get air freshener. Although staff was nice, we will not be staying here again.

Room was clean but you can tell the property is older. Staff was very nice. They give your $50 back in cash with your check-in paper when you leave. They will go to your room when you go to check out to ensure it is good to go and send you on your way. I have had other hotels say they will refund the money to a card but after leaving the area, they claim the room has an issue. This process made me feel very comfortable. It was a nice overnight stay inbetween travel.

This was a great surprise! The staff was excellent and room was clean and had no old order or smoke smell. Checking out staff was just as nice as the gentleman who checked me in the night before. I will stay here again on my drive south. So far out of the last 8 yrs driving south thru this area, this is now going to be the place I stay.

Before I start I have to say this is an older hotel/motel so expecting a hi-end luxury suite was not what we were looking for. It is clean, bug free, had the amenities we were looking for. Which were jacuzzi, walk-in shower queen bed, mini fridge, and tv.

I have no idea where the good ratings came from but i did not have one of those rooms. Requesteded non smoking room there where large burn holes in the bed cover and many burns on the tub. Stains on the bed covers. Had to clean the shower to use it. Shower curtaon had stai s and mold on it. I have seen unmaintained public restrooms cleaner than this room. I took many pictures and video to send to Wyndham and health department. Our room stunk like wet dog.

Pulling in to the parking lot, passing 2 police SUVs scanning the lot was an awesome start. Walking up to an \"after 10pm\" window and locked lobby was a dash of awesome. As for the room, I must have gotten one that was recently rehabbed. There were some very questionable stains on the carpet and pieces of furniture. The WiFi was practically as fast as dial-up, let alone the cell service was less than safe. The beds were free of any bugs or pubes which was a bonus. My friends were in a room on the other side and did not have the nice room that we received. Overall, we all survived and had a place to sleep. Not a top pick but it gets the job done.

This is your typical two-star motel. Doors on the outside. Two stories. Easy to find. Relatively quiet. Lauren, who checked me in was great! Finally, no bedbugs or anything, but the floor could definitely use a sweep and mop.
