Great location in Bruges, quiet part of the city but within easy walking distance of everything you need. We had connecting rooms, which worked perfectly for our family of 4. Hotel has been recently renovated- was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the AC didn’t work very well, as despite it being Feb we would have preferred the room to have been cooler. Would recommend.

A fantastic hotel for a short weekend with my family in Brugge. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and big enough for my husband, myself and our toddler. It was right in the centre so we were near the main tourist attractions as well as very close to the station. The fact that this hotel has a family/kids area is really convenient, we spent a few evenings chilling there whilst our toddler read some books and played games. We will be staying again and will 100% recommend it.

Would have liked to have had a table and chair in the room. The square outside the hotel needs some attention as paving slabs loose. But to be fair some were being rectified. Menu could be better with some appropriate photos of the courses as my first evening I ordered some finger good in the shape of smoked ribeye, only to find it was very thin slices of uncooked meat and not what I expected which was a small ribeye.

The entrance to the hotel was not very appealing and not very well maintained however, it was convenient and within walking distance to the train station, restaurants and shops. There is a Carrefour across the street which was great for snacks, drinks etc. The hotel lobby looked very chic and clean with lots of sitting areas if you wanted to relax and unwind. During our visit it was also decorated for Christmas. The rooms were basic with not much closet space but it was comfortable and clean.

Perfectly located — everything in the centre is just a short walk away. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the staff at reception were so welcoming and helpful.

We had requested an early check-in, and although it couldn’t be confirmed beforehand, they kindly arranged it when we arrived — such a relief after a long journey with a baby.

Breakfast was delicious with decent variety, and we quite liked it as a family.

The hotel restaurant is excellent too — lovely food, wine, and warm, friendly service.

Overall, a wonderful stay with kind people, great food, and a fantastic location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bruges!

We stayed one night in Brugge at Novotel and it didnt disappoint. Having stayed at Novotels before, i knew what to expect but this hotel exceeded expectation! The room was perfect for our family, with a pull out bed for our youngest. The hotel is clean and stylish and positioned perfectly to explore Brugge. Breakfast was also fab and enjoyed making our own belgian waffles ar the buffet! The only negative i would say, is that as a hotel guest, we should have received discounted parking for our stay from the onsite car park.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, with most attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred the toilet and bathroom to be combined, but overall the facilities were good. I enjoyed the swimming pool, though the heated water could have been a little warmer. While there’s no onsite parking, the public parking next door was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Nice to have pool access during a city break.
Was very hot while we were there and whilst the air conditioning was nice, it would have been nice if it was a little more powerful.
Loved the free water fountains. Saved us a lot of money on bottled water.

Great hotel probably one of the top choices for Bruges. There’s an underground carpark next door. Ok it’s not free but it’s not too expensive either ideal as the carpark exit leads right to the hotel. Good selection for breakfast and very easy access to the centre of Bruges. Would stay again.

Great location in the city; Large and fun reception area where you can hang out. Good breakfast!

However, the rooms were too warm with the thermostats not working properly. The duvets were also too warm, and so the nights were not that comfortable.
The third bed in the room is too hard and so not too comfortable too.
Cleanliness in the bathrooms can be improved.

Amazing, really amazing!

We stayed end Aug and the pool was a lovely addition for the children. It’s chilly but heated and they provide pool towels. The hotel has been refurbished recently and was very comfortable and well equipped (kettle in room). We included breakfast which was the best breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is awesome. Tucked off the street but 5 mins to walk to the main areas and 10 mins to station.
The staff were brilliant and helpful.
They even have a water fountain in the lobby that dispenses still or sparkling so bring a bottle with you!

The hotel is convenient and well located for all the sights in Bruges. We travelled as a family and the rooms are decent and newer due to renovations.
We found an old bottle under the sofa bed that told us the cleaning was not thorough. The sound insulation is good and although we were assigned a room overlooking the entrance there was minimal noise.
What bothered us was the AC which did not seem to lower the temperature to how we like it in spite of setting it low and fan high.

All in all a good place to stay and has easy access to a paid car park nearby.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay.
Bed was wicked comfortable as were the pillows (and we had lots of them)! The couch in the room is GREAT for when relaxing a bit in the room. Takes away the necessity of always having to sit on the bed.
Hotel is newly renovated.
Breakfast spread was amazing (although I would suggest adding signs/labels for allergens like Gluten, tree nuts, etc).
There is parking available, although it's not the hotel but a public lot.
Great location and the center is a short walk.
What I loved is the hotel's commitment to the environment. They have glass bottles in the room and water filling stations on each floor, as well as wooden key cards & door hangers. How amazing! I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is newly renovated. It is clean and comfortable. Car park is next to the hotel which was very convenient and it’s a short walk into the centre of Brugge. Perfect for our overnight stay in Brugge.

This centrally located hotel is ideal for exploring Bruges. It's just a short walk from all the main sights and offers easy access to shops, especially for chocolate lovers.

The hotel is both clean and modern, featuring USB-C charging and smart TV capabilities and other facilities you'd expect from a hotel this rating.

Great spot to stay in Bruges. It is away from the street which makes it nice and quiet. The room was nice although the room for the toilet was very small. Being able to fill water bottles with cold or bubbly water was a nice touch. It’s on a great street and parking costs are reasonable for a city. Would definitely stay there again!

The room, hotel and location were all excellent. I only had two minor negatives:
- the pull out bed for our children was not already set up when we arrived into the room and we had to do it ourselves.
- the fixed-to-wall shower gel bottle in the bathroom was empty.
