The room seemed new - no wear and tear and spotlessly clean. My one complaint lies not with the management but the builder. My floor had a pronounced hump which put stress on the laminate flooring that squeaked every time I moved on it. Not a big deal for me but I felt bad for the occupants below. I did my best to be quiet at my 0500 rise and exit but... there were still some squeaks.

The location was quite convenient for both getting down to Whyte Ave and for leaving the city.

I got in and out pretty quick. It was a good value for the location. Safe area with adequate parking. I really only slept there from late at night to before 7 AM, and it was perfect for that.

The hotel felt slightly unfinished overall: poor paint jobs, towel bars hanging out of the wall, the wall mounted tv was quite unstable. We booked here specifically for the kitchenette. There was an odd number of dishes (1 plate and 3 bowls) and no dish cloths were provided to dry dishes or wipe counters. There were also very few towels provided. The cleanliness was also questionable. There was food left in the cupboards and fridge from previous guests and there seemed to be a layer of dust on most surfaces. The bedding was also not the cleanest. It served its purpose for a place to sleep but I’m not sure we would stay here again.

Needed to stay in a hotel to go to some early morning medical appointments, this hotel was 15 minutes away from the 2 locations which were in opposite directions. The hotel was clean, well equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and deep relaxing bathtub which are getting harder to find in hotels these days. As an extra bonus we were able to open the bedroom window for some fresh air. Nice to see that hotels are finally replacing carpets with much cleaner and sanitary vinyl flooring. I would stay at this hotel again, if I were to make one suggestion, they should try to keep the lobby windows clean, they were very dusty, not sure the last time they were cleaned.

Just checked in yesterday…the entrance and reception has something foul smell, it is stinky…though the room we use was not as bad as it is…got didappointed.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a man? Dressed as a female prositute, they let me in as I was after hours and without a keycard. They asked me for a cigarette as well, hotel staff didn’t seem to care/do anything as this person sat in the lobby. Room was clean, something pink splattered across the roof above the bed though. Loud banging to fix something just outside of my room door began at 7am. Overall okay, definetly felt the need to lock the door as much as possible. Parking seemed secure but a little on the difficult side as it is not labeled where parking is and there are very few spaces. Rooms are also definetly not sound proofed in the slightest.

It was awful. I have people knocking on my door some drunks in the middle of the night waking me up both nights. I got woken up at 4 AM. I could hear everything in the hallways and rooms next to me, including people having intercourse. I was mortified and will never stay there again.

We booked this hotel mainly for its convenient location and the advertised free breakfast. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. When we arrived, we found out the building is fully under renovation and breakfast is not available until May 1st—something that was not clearly communicated at booking.

The parking situation felt unsafe. Our Cadillac Escalade was scratched overnight, and the following morning we noticed the theft attempt alarm had been triggered. That alone made us very uneasy about staying here.

Check-in was also frustrating. Despite having a reservation, all the doors were locked when we arrived. We stood outside making eye contact with the front desk employee, who didn’t acknowledge or assist us. We only got inside because another guest let us in.

On our second night, our keycard stopped working, leaving us locked out again until another guest helped us get in. We then had to go to the front desk to have it reprogrammed.

To be fair, the front desk woman working Saturday night (April 25th) was helpful and professional. However, the service we received on Friday did not meet expectations.

Overall, between the lack of communication, security concerns, and inconsistent service, this stay did not meet the standards we expected.

The pillows were not great at all. Bring your own pillow. The tv did not work for the Roku. The rooms were deceptive as they are the size of an office. They were clean and tidy, which was good to see. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice add to have with dishes available to use.

Staff was friendly but check in was very slow. Rooms are small but clean. Very little counter space in the bathroom. Parking is very limited. Neighborhood is sketchy. The envelopes used to hold your room key is reused which to me is not sanitary.

Both the Expedia and Ramada websites advertise as included breakfast and they do not have this. Walls are quite thin and plumbing is very loud. Also the rooms have vinyl plank flooring and no shoe mats so the floors get gritty really fast.

The room itself was fairly standard, but there were a few issues that affected our stay. The beds looked made up, however, the sheets did not feel fresh and had a noticeable smell, as if they had already been used by previous guests.

One major concern was the flooring—it squeaks quite a lot. This can be especially disruptive for light sleepers, as the noise becomes more noticeable when everything else is quiet.

Another inconvenience was the kitchenette setup. While it’s nice to have one, there was no dining table in the room to actually sit and eat. Our family had to improvise and ended up using the ironing board as a table, which wasn’t ideal.

I found it a little concerning that the front entry is locked 24/7.
The rooms are modern but some of the features were annoying- like automatic bathroom lights (when you don’t want the lights to turn on at 3am, or when they keep turning off while you are in the bath). The very bright blue light coming off the thermostat made it hard for me to fall asleep. I’m only 5’5” and I couldn’t straighten out my legs in the bathtub. The room was cheap though and close to where I had to go.

Very minimum amenities. Okay to sleep a night. No usb port for chargin in the room. Only one type of Keurig coffee, no tea. Nothing in the lobby like coffee, tea, water server for guest. Room floor was not flat. It was weird how floor was curved.
Kitchen stove was brand-new but equipments were minimum. Small fridge, not full size even though there is enough space. It was kinda weird how hotel was set up. Will stay for the location but no any other reasons.

About the only thing decent, is it was recently renovated. Otherwise, you might as well stay in any of the run-down motels that are next door. At least I would expect stained towels, if there are any, and would have brought my own toilet paper and Kleenex, if I would have known they stock newspaper for that. Hear every noise from your neighbours, and room was hotter than hell itself. Can’t even get in the front doors, unless someone opens for you, as they are locked at all times, even to go check in. Thought Wyndham was better than this…. Will NEVER return.

Hallway creeked every time someone walked by, could hear other guests walking around on the next level the dishs rattled when they walked around. There was a sign on the front door that that the door was locked for our protection during the day, lots of sketchy people around was worried my vehicles was cc going to get broken into.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with two beds, a kitchen, and a large TV to watch. The bed was very comfortable, and we also enjoyed using the gym for some exercise. The only downside was that the location felt a bit sketchy, as we saw two homeless individuals at different times.

(Floors super uneven, door handles faulty, shower head loose, curtain rod precarious, probably not properly insulated as you could hear rooms above) over all would stay again.

Central location close to West Ed mall and Costco. There was McDonalds and A&W close as breakfast was not included. Our room had a kitchenette with pots and cutlery/utensils for 2; mini fridge and induction top/oven. If we were to stay longer this is a great setup! And the over-counter oven vented outside! Not into the room so you could cook most frying foods. Looks like it was recently renovated. Room was spacious and clean. Ample parking in the front and back. Could us a table in the middle of the room.

Negatives were,didn’t have enough bath towels, nine in the room when we checked in around 2:40 and didn’t have any or extra when requested. The body wash was out, luckily we brough extra soap.

We would stay again, hopefully the little things will be addressed. There is a large room on the main floor that would accommodate breakfast. The workout room in the basement is abit of a odd set up but there was adequate equipment.

Unfortunately, our experience was a non-pleasant one. The mini fridge in the room was broken and dirty. There was a left-over used sponge left on the kitchen counter. We could hear a dog hauling all night from the room above, and the next morning when trying to shower, there wasn't hot water. All these was reported to the front desk from the moment we arrived, I requested to move to another room, but the lady at the front desk replied they were at capacity. When calling them know about the lack of hot water, I was asked to try turning the shower handle the \"opposite\" way as some showers had them the opposite way, or to keep the water running for 10 to 15 minutes! The water wouldn't get warm and considering we had to be at our appointment soon there wasn't time for us to wait any longer so therefore, we took a cold shower. At the checkout, I expressed all facts and requested for a refund for the night. to what the front desk attendee said I should contact Expedia directly. When addressing the cold-water situation, we saw someone from maintenance coming out from the elevator, nodding in silence to him. Then I was asked to go back to the room and check the water with both of them. When asking some of the customers at check out if they had encountered issued with the hot water themselves, a couple of them said, yes. The front desk employee was rude, careless and made some racist remarks. Terrible experience. I deserve a refund for.

We were not informed that when we arrived at the hotel that we’d have to call for a staff member to let us in. It was -35° when arrived and the front desk attendant just stared at us until after we took out our phone to call the number posted on the door.
Then the same staff member did not inform myself that I needed to pay the deposit still, he just asked for the credit card I used to book the room - I had forgotten after our long drive as we are from out of town, over 300km drive on ice roads- card declined he tells me and I asked why he was trying to make a payment as the room was already paid for, oh for the deposit, should of told me firsthand and I would of made sure that card had the funds. I’ve always been informed FIRST that the deposit needed to be paid or would be put on my credit card. Cleared that up and said next time tell the customer what you are doing with their credit card.
Also there was ZERO parking for our lifted pickup.
I won’t be staying here again.

The check-in process wasn't that pleasant to be honest. Front entry doors were locked due to \"lack of power\" and you had to only get in if you were already checked in...lol. Got the keys and went to my room on 2nd floor where the horror began. It looked like they didn’t care about cleanliness at all. Dirt marks and threads of hair everywhere. On pllows, bedsheet, shower tub, sink, floor, name it. Turning on the TV was a nightmare. The satellite box was behind the tv. Hard to find if it's your first time. That made me almost miserable 😫. I looked everywhere for the box and finally decided to look behind the congested at back of the tv. Tv remote acted up as well. Thermostat couldn't stay at the temp I wanted it at. Had I read the previous comments, I wouldnt have stayed at this hotel. Apparently, the power randomly go out at this hotel. Shame to the great Ramada brand. I had the kitchenette suite which wasn't equipped at all. Don't waste your money!

Great room, it was very very clean they supplied Timothy’s coffee and a tiny Keurig machine. I was able to get extra sugar and creamer every day. Very quiet. There is no restaurant or ice machine or laundry service in the hotel just as a heads up.

There was no one at the front desk when we checked in. Tv and air conditioner not working. No hot water. Calls to front desk never answered. I reserved through Expedia for 2 rooms for 2 elderly people - they were 2 hallways apart, clerk refused to put us closer. I called the actual hotel before we booked and was told there was a continental breakfast. There was no breakfast. Man who came to fix tv could not speak any English -he spoke into his phone in his language and showed me his phone. It said “Can you change your socks. I would like you to change your socks” ??? I gave up then as we couldn’t converse. Very disappointed in the whole visit!

The room was adequate but not what was advertised. Our room didn't get made up each day which is really terrible. If you just need a place to crash at a reasonable price it works but otherwise find something else. I had to move a piece of furniture and when I did it was disgustingly dirty underneath and behind, including old food that had dropped down!
