Charged twice -once Expedia and 2nd time at the hotel although told was to confirm booking. Door wouldn’t open to the room then once key issue solved the door wouldn’t lock, was told by staff all rooms are same and they can’t be opened from outside & we couldn’t lock from inside either to ensure our safety - gap in the door meant draft and noise coming in all night. Booking not refundable so couldn’t do anything about it other than suck it up or loose the money. Old run down and smelly. Tv remote didn’t work for this tv, tv not even powered into electric. All in all id say pay cheap pay twice (in this case quite literally)

nice location and plenty of food places around for evening meal, also a nice Carrefour a few minutes walk away. breakfast was fine apart from the single coffee machine being broken so hot drinks with breakfast was a No. overall some paint and tidy up the outside a bit as not as inviting as could be but the rooms etc all good.

Photos on the website give the wrong impression

Wasn't great condition, the bed was not good at all.

Room photos give the impression that the rooms are a lot bigger,

Bought breakfast for one day , never went back coffee machine was broken

Bathroom door kept opening for no reason

Smelt breakfast in the room in the morning, other people's toilets in the evening.

Cigarette butts all up the stairs on the 1st evening.

Don't stay at this hotel! It was a nightmare for my family and me. We arrived after 9 PM and informed the property ahead of time. Despite this, we couldn't get our hotel keys because there was no reception and no staff working. The room key we received from the machine didn't work.

For pitys sake don't.

Don't stay here with a family. Just don't. We had 3 nights here with 3 children sharing 2 rooms and it was terrible. I know its cheap, and i know its tempting, and i know you're only sleeping there, but just don't. 3 nights of almost no sleep wondering if someone was going to break in (yes it looks like that sort of place) and waiting for the car alarm to go off coz its definitely going to get broken in to.
The toilet and shower were like something from a touring caravan from the 80's, the stains on the beds and linen made me concerned for the last tennant and the aircon smelled of legionnaires disease.

The bloke in reception was quite pleasant.

BUT JUST DON'T!!!

There we a lot of dodgy people loitering around, with all of them smoking and very loud. The place didn't seem safe at all.

Rooms were not clean and water taps had limescale.

We checked out same night we arrived and we have been trying to negotiate a refund but keep being told talk to manager. Manager is never available

Cheap place to stay by Disney

Booked 2 rooms for 5 people for 3 nights. Was a basic but perfectly fine hotel. Only 17 min drive to Disney but at a fraction of the price of a Disney hotel. We were only in the room from midnight to 8.30am then we were back at the park. Room was cleaned and beds made everyday. Had a small but usable toilet/shower room. As long as you don’t have high expectations you won’t be disappointed. There was also a big super store just behind us where you could buy pretty much anything you needed. We have used other premier classe hotels before and will do again.

Brilliant stay!

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Disneyland Paris which was 20 mins drive.
Cannot fault this place for value - £80 for 2 nights for 3 of us. Room is small but very clean and comfy with a hot shower. Beds made amd fresh towels provided for 2nd night, didn't expect that so really good.
in the vicinity loads of places to eat within walking distance from takeaways to dine in including a great American Diner where they were showing Happy Days on large T.V. screens 😁
Lidl opposite with a great bakers next door.

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights during the Halloween season at Disney. It was clean, comfortable and very reasonable. The receptionist was really lovely and could speak very good english (we are trying to learn French) The hotel is located about 10minutes from disney which worked out great for us. Our only negative comment would be concerning the Hotel next door where you are given a 15% discount voucher for. This comment is NOT against the hotel where we stayed. The meal menu shows a good range of meals available however when the staff saw we had a voucher from the next door hotel, we were told that only the buffet would be available for us. Other people were ordering steaks etc., The buffet available cost us 15 euro each and was NOT worth it . If you want my advice , if your budget allows then go to the Buffalo Grill about a 100 yards or so (not far at all) away from the hotel, or failing that there is a Mcdonalds next door to the Buffalo grill. I would reccomend using this Hotel to anyone.

Close to Disneyland- That is all!

Only stay here if you are in Paris for Disneyland. Very far from city center, staff generally nice but little to no English. Keep in mind that the bus 19 across the street from McDonald's takes you to Disneyland, however there are two 19s that take you back to Meaux!!! We learned this the hard way, you have to get on the bus that says Meaux-Chessney. This is also applicable in the train line to they city. You can hop on the train line you arrived in when heading back but it can fork into two areas and not necessarily bring you back to the Disneyland station. Both my husband and I have traveled the world solo and together (always using public transit) and Paris public transit does not make it easy for tourists to get around.

As a front desk receptionist myself, I would absolutely inform my guests about all this, but again, little to no English at this hotel.

Double bed quite small but comfy. Be careful stepping out of bathroom as the metal strip is extremely slippery and housekeeping does not provide any mats or additional towels for floor.

There are grocery stores and places to eat within 5-10minute walk which is convenient.

Overall we had an okay stay.

Good location for quick ,cheap escapade.lidl and few other cheap markets in walking distance(2-5 min walk).15 minutes to Disney Park ,we were there with own car and cost of motorway to Disney Park was 2.20€.nobody changed our towels in 3 days,we had to ask about that in reception and they were not very happy about our request .

For the cost we didn't expect a great deal but it should have been advertised as a cruise ship room on land. The barroom is tiny and the room really tight on space. None of this would be a bother if you knew ahead of time. We booked a room for three and the room was set up for that. However there were only two towels and there was no one working the desk to help fix the situation. The room was relatively clean but we found a cigarette half smoked on a ledge by the bed. The heating unit was not attached to the wall. Overall it was not a great experience for us.

Simple but suited our needs

We arrived at the hotel quite late. It was dark and there wasn't anyone at reception. We were beginning to panic about how to access our room but then a laundry man was passing and helped us with a vending machine check in. Once in our room it suited our needs. It was clean and simple. We commuted to Disneyland daily which was a 10-15 minute drive. All in all the hotel suited our needs perfectly and we only paid about £35 per night for a family of 3. Perfect for keeping costs down.

Nice little budget hotel with very comfy beds.

We chose this hotel as it was near enough to disneylandparis, but not all the expense! We were 4 adults and 3 kids, 15, 12 yr olds and a 19 months. We stayed for 3 nights. We had 3 rooms, a 2xsingle beds with a bunkbed(smallest), a double (reasonable size) and a double with bunkbed, (reasonable size). The rooms were comfortable, but snug. Enough room to walk around the bed, and have a suitcase down the side, but not much more. But we didnt need much more! The Beds were very comfortable, Especially after longday at disneyland!
Showers were nice and powerful and hot. Again a little snug, but nothing you cant deal with for a few days. The heating was perfect, so we were never cold in the minus temperatures!
Didnt have much interactione with the staff as we didnt take the breakfast option as got something on the go, but it looked value for money.
The cleaning staff were very thorough, clean towels each day.
The hotel is set back from main road, so not much traffic heard. It has several supermarkets nearby, 5mins walk, and plenty of eating choices. Pizzahut, mcdonalds just down the road. Its about a 5min drive to the centre of town.
It took us about 15mins to Disneyland, with only a 2.10euro toll, so well worth it to save us money.
All in all a very good stay for how long we were in the rooms, and would recommend and stay again.

This is a very basic hotel but is clean, reasonably comfortable. Was cleaned daily and fluffy towels provided - no toiletries though as it said in description of hotel. Breakfast was ok, limited choice but enough. Very close to restaurants and Disneyland Paris.

Ever been on a cruise ship? If so, imagine that room cut in half and then you have an idea of what this hotel is like. The room was clean and the beds were pretty cozy, but there was less than a foot between the foot of the beds and the wall, and only a couple feet on either side of the beds. It was very cramped. Thankfully we were only there a few nights and only for long enough to shower and sleep. For an inexpensive place to crash, it's an alright place, but if you are planning on spending any time in the room then you will want to bypass this hotel.

This hotel did the trick. It was cheap, and we only slept there. We had a car, but used the bus/subways/trains to go into Paris which was only 3 Euro per person for a day pass. The hotel room was dark (1 very dim light to turn on) and small, and the bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom with a shower drain next to the toilet. It was fine for our trip and budget, but it's not a hotel room you would want to relax in or even hang out it. If you just need a place to sleep, then this is the place.

ONLY IF THERE IS NOTHING ELSE

So I stayed here with my wife after a delightful trip to Disneyland Paris. When we arrived at the hotel, the virtual check in did not have my reservation on file... what do I do? I stood there like a fool for a bit with a blank stare on my face and contemplated driving through the night to Germany (where i live).

Well, a few minutes later a \"security guard\" showed up and started speaking French to me. After speaking in the universal language of hand gestures, he showed me and envelope with my name on it. SUCCESS! I have a room.

Once i opened the door and gazed at the room, i knew before even looking at my significant other that this place was... inadequate. Don't get me wrong, it looked clean, it smelled decent, but the presence of bunk beds and ferrel cats roaming the outside had us uneasy to say the least. We decide that maybe driving home is the best bet...

However after an hour and a half long journey of trying (and failing) to find a gas station that took my card, we decided that this would have to do for the night.

The hotel is noisy, very hot and has poor ventilation. I would say that the only upside to this place was its really low price and its proximity to Disneyland. If you have another option... take it.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. When you open the door you do actually get shock! The room is tiny, with old horrible beds squized close to each other and the shower....well..it's like a cabin with curtain and toilet in it....it was a bit... scary!

Suite à un appel où nous avions précisé être avec 2 personnes à mobilité réduite, nous nous sommes retrouvés au 1er à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Nous avons rencontré des soucis VEC la porte d'entrée de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Le lit n'était pas fait, les serviettes pas changées alors que nous avions respecté la procédure. Pas de café le 1er matin ...

Hôtel des années 80 qui mériterait d’être refait, literie confortable mais préparation du lit bâclé, salle d’eau plus que vétuste, et que dire du petit déjeuner scandaleux: à 9h00 plus de pain, pas de lait dans le distributeur de boissons donc un jus de chaussettes à la place du café au lait! , pas de verres, pas de récipients pour mettre la confiture, pas de sucre jusqu’au moment où le réceptionniste s’est décidé à regarder dans les placards! Il y avait des enfants qui n’ont rien eu à manger à 9h45. L’hôtel était complet et les stocks n’ont pas été prévus en conséquence.

Dans la chambre, le radiateur ne tenait pas sur le mur. La porte du toilette/SDB ne fermait pas bien. En ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner, pas de croissants et ni de pain en bonne quantité (attente de 20 min pour avoir des croissants et du pain !!) vu le nombre de clients ?? Machine pour le café en panne. Cela fait la 3 ème fois que nous venons, la qualité des prestations se dégrade...

Avant toute chose le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle et très serviable, par contre en ce qui concerne les chambres, c’est une autre chose, ultra petite avec une salle de bain faite pour les enfants et le toilette dans la douche, je n’ai jamais vu ça !!!! Odeur d’humidité et équipement du plus simple . A 70€ la nuit ça ne les vaut pas du tout … plus jamais

Även om ”hotellet” är ett budget hotell så önskar man rena handdukar(!), samt ren toalett. Vi var tvungna att städa av vasken i badrummet.
AC fungerade ej, endast varmluft.
Ingen ventilation, efter en dusch på kvällen var rummet fuktigt till morgonen efter!
Rökdoft i badrummet när vi kom tillbaka på kvällen.
Sov där två nätter, innan vi gav upp och åkte därifrån, vi hade bokat tre nätter.

Frukost var rostbröd, baguette, croissant(det bästa med vistelsen), apelsinjuice, marmelad & smör, kaffemaskin och varmt dricksvatten som stod vid receptionen i den lilla ytan som frukost också serverades i, även där smutsigt & med en doft som slogs emot en såfort man öppnade dörren in dit.

Compte tenu du prix très abordable de la chambre, on peux pardonner la faible isolation acoustique des chambres.

La chambre présentait un volet défectueux. L’isolation phonique et thermique était insuffisante, laissant passer le froid sous la porte d’entrée. De plus, la porte de la salle de bain, de faible épaisseur, ne fermait pas correctement. Fort heureusement, notre séjour était limité à une nuitée dans le cadre d’un voyage. Je déconseille cet établissement.

Le portail du parking s'est bien ouvert avec le code fourni et j''ai eu une place de parking.J'ai pris la carte de ma chambre à la borne automatique comme je suis arrivée après 21 h et j'ai dû faire le tour du bâtiment pour trouver où aller être ma chambre par manque de signalétique suffisante sachant qu'il était déjà 4h20 comme je revenais du réveillon de la St Sylvestre. Arrivée au dernier étage au fond du couloir sachant que je suis en béquilles avec une attelle j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de constater que le voyant restait toujours rouge en passant la carte. Du coup me voilà reparti à la porte de la réception au RDC de l'autre côté du bâtiment pour avoir le numéro d'urgence et appeler. Le monsieur que j'ai eu au téléphone m'a demandé d'attendre dehors devant la porte de ma chambre et est arrivé une dizaine de minutes après sachant que la nuit du 31 décembre au 1 er janvier il faisait bien froid. Je me suis endormie il était déjà plus de 5h30 et dès le matin à 7h30 j'entends les voisins parler fort et claquer la porte. Cela manque de sonorisation. J'ai bien dormi et la chambre était propre.

Séjour désagréable, chambre fraichement repeinte avec des scotchs de cachage encore présent. Fuite de la chasse d'eau, qui à coulée toute la nuit dans un bruit affreux, impossibilité évacuer les excréments de la cuvette, donc une odeur pestilentielle.
Douche trop petite.

Hébergement pratique également, ceci dit, le vis-à-vis est énorme. Emplacement assez bruyant ; entre les chambres également ; on pouvait entendre le voisinage (du dessus et d'à côté). Hormis cela, c'est correct !

Séjour de deux nuits pour le marc Disney, la dame au petit déjeuner super gentille et très pro, par contre l’état de l’hôtel horrible,
Les murs sont dégradés, cabine douche moisie, pas de lumière sur plusieurs lampes
Menage entre les deux nuit pas top pas de changement de serviette … bref pas bien du tout

Les draps et couette (pas assez grande) glisse tous seuls- Séjour de 2 jours : impossible de rentrer dans la chambre le 2eme jours car tes désactivées - Plusieurs appels au numéro d’urgence - Aucune réponse pas de rappel - Obligé d’attendre une heure que la personne prenne son poste - il n’avait même pas été avisé de notre problème.
Heureusement, le jeune qui y travaille était lui agréable et professionnel.

L'hôtel n'est pas en très bon état...
La propreté laisse à désirer. La pomme de douche est loin d'être propre et le rideau n'en parlons pas. Je n'ai pas osé marcher pieds nus car il y avait quand même pas mal de poussière.
Pour un séjour de 3 nuits nous avons du réclamer à plusieurs reprises pour avoir des serviettes car nous n'en avions qu'une pour 3 !! Et il n'y a pas de tapis de bain.
Quant à la vaisselle du p'tit déjeuner il fallait bien regarder avant d'échanger avec, pour s'assurer que c'était propre, car à deux reprises je me suis retrouvée avec des couverts très sales.
Les lits n'étaient pas faits, seule la couverture rabattue, les draps du dessous non bordés, donc au bout de trois jours le lit n'était pas en très bon état, et donc, inconfortable.
Et pour couronner le tout je suis repartie avec mes vêtements trempés dans ma valise car j'ai fait l'erreur de les poser sur l'étagère en bois prévue à cet effet, cependant il y avait une fuite et ils ont complètement pris l'eau...
Lorsque je prends une chambre dans un hôtel pas cher, je suis très tolérante et évalu le rapport qualité/prix, mais là ça ne valait même pas le pris payé si petit qu'il soit !
Je n'y remettrai plus les pieds !

Ineffable de saleté : des radiateurs piqués de saletés , les abords des chambres pleins de détritus , le hall de réception sentait l’urine , les matelas étaient jaunes marrons. Des cheveux dans les douches.

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Außer Marmelade gab es keinen Brotbelag. Der Kaffee war in Ordnung.
Unter dem Bett, mir ist eine Flasche darunter gekullert, wurde vermutlich seit der Eröffnung nicht mehr sauber gemacht.
Das Badezimmer kenne ich so nur von Fähren.
Ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder gibt es nicht. Habe mein E-Bike in den zweiten Stock gewuchtet und es am Treppengeländer festgemacht.
Lesson learned: lieber etwas mehr ausgeben

L'état de l'hôtel en lui même est déplorable, il mérite un bon coup de rafraîchissement au point de vue extérieur ainsi que les chambres.
Petit déjeuner à volonté (pas vraiment le cas),
Pas beaucoup de choix au vu du prix.

deze was niet top proper, maar dit was nog beetje te aanvaarden. het ontbijt dat erbij is genomen was enorm slecht. dit had ik beter niet gedaan.
de machine met koffie ect was niet goed werkende, hebben dit \"gemaakt\" maar toch was het enkel water met kleur. dit tot 2 x gemeld maar daarna opgegeven. het ontbijt zelf bestond uit sneetje brood, ofwel 1 soort confituur of kaas. 2 potjes yogurt en verhard stukje stokbrood. hier vond ik per persoon 6,50 euro echt teveel.
