Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Our room (306) over looked an unsightly building next door, air conditioner was very noisy. and bath towels were the size of beach towels. Elevator access to guest room floors should be accessible only with guest room key for security purpose, especially during midnight through morning shift. With your current system, anyone and everyone can access guest floors.

Check in Staff did a good job. A little disappointed in the room. It was a Junior Suite with plenty of space but only one chair to sit on. With any Suite I at least expect a small couch and table to enjoy TV, glass of wine or whatever. Ended up one of us had no choice but to sit on the bed.
The room was certainly clean but dated to the point of paint bubbled on the wall in the bathroom and grout problems in the Shower. Definitely time for renos. Overall though still a good value for the price but not to the level of most other Marriot properties.

No me gustó ya que desde el primer día todo estuvo mal. Ej: jabón, shampoo y acondicionador vacíos, informé y un día pusieron uno, al siguiente día otro y me tocó a mí bajar para que me dieran el tercero (el acondicionador). La habitación olía mal, asumo que la alfombra tiene mucho que ver en esto, el baño olía a cañeria, la ducha siempre que la \"limpiaban\" la dejaban con pelos y hay moho en las esquinas (opte por no aceptar las \"limpiezas\" algunos días). No me gustó nada, pensé que al informar esto me harían cambio de habitación ya que me estaba quedando más de 7 noches, pero no, decían \"lo arreglaremos\" y al final preferí callarme ya que me siento incómoda de tener que pedir cosas básicas al uno hospedarse. En fin, no repetiría tampoco recomendaría. Calidad precio no es compatible.

Good expctation but the end

I had high expectations, but what happened on the last day marked my stay. I forgot my GoPro inside the locker with all the videos from our trip. I contacted the hotel, but they initially informed me they hadn't found it. I requested the hallway video from my floor. They replied me that found the camera, but I've been contacting them for 15 days, and each day there are more difficulties in getting it delivered. My family stay lasted from July 22nd to 29th, 2025. I'm losing hope of getting it back.

Ótima opção em Santiago Providencia

Um dos pontos principais do Hotel é a preocupação com o serviço e oferece ótimo atendimento. Serviço de quarto todos os dias, comodidade do estacionamento e a localização é muito boa. Vc consegue fazer muita coisa a pé. Apenas o café da manhã poderia variar as opções de um dia para o outro, mas está longe de ser ruim.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Santiago. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any requests. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great bed and all the amenities I needed.

The hotel’s location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Situated in a vibrant area with lots of young people, bars and restaurants. It was within easy walking distance of the Costanera Tower and shopping centre, plus parks. We always felt safe although we typically don't go out at night. There is some road construction going on in front of the building, which causes a bit of dust and noise, however, this didn't affect our stay any.

A nice hotel near the Costanera Tower & Mall

The hotel is very clean in a nice area. There are many restaurants within steps and a large shopping mall nearby. The rooms are comfortable. The roof top pool is refreshing on a hot day and has wonderful views. However; you must use two flights of stairs to access it. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of items including fresh omelets.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance from the Costanera Tower the tallest building in South America that also houses the biggest mall in Santiago. It was also a 15 minute walk from the San Crystobal Hill cable car a must have experience. The only reason I am giving 4’stars is because the thermostat didn’t work at night and the room used to become unbearably hot. The lights switches in the room are also weird and a bit difficult to understand. We had to call the security guard on two nights to help us switch the lights off. Breakfast at the hotel was pretty good. The best part was the hotel staff were super helpful and always smiling and mostly could communicate in English.

Hotel in need of a full renovation. The TV never worked in the first room, so they moved me to a new one, but this one had a problem with a leak in the sink which flooded the entire bathroom. They managed to solve the problem at the end.

The property was cleaned and well-maintained. The room I had the first night, was on the second floor. There was a lot of noise coming from the street. Fortunately, I had originally requested, through my reservation, a quiet room. Therefore, the next day I was switched to a room on a higher floor and away from the noise.

On the minus side, the hotel charges taxes to foreigners. I found this quite unpleasant, since I was not charge such a property tax in other hotel in Santiago.

The room was clean and staff was helpful , but when I checked in a copy of my passport was made . I had a copy of my vacation card in the passport. When the copy was made the vaccination card fell from inside the passport. When I got to my room . I saw the card was gone . I went back to the front desk and asked if they had found my card . The personal looked and yes they had found it . What was disappointing was that the front desk didn’t call me to tell me that they had found my card .

Buena recepción. Amables. Solucionaron todos los requerimientos.
No me gustó que el desayuno abre muy tarde. Abre el buffet a las 8am. En la mayoría de los hoteles que me he quedado abren a las 6am. Pero igual solucionaron y prepararon algo práctico a la hora que necesitaba.
Estaba limpio. Fácil acceso.

No tuve oportunidad de utilizar otros servicios y comodidades del hotel.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, our cruise embarkation in Chile was cancelled, Nevertheless, the hotel would not allow us to cancel and get our money back under this extraordinary circumstance. We feel that this is not acceptable for a Sheraton hotel.

The hotel is located in a very good and safe area, I would recommend it. Staff both at reception and bar/restaurant are very helpful and nice. I wouldn't change anything BUT ONE THING: this is a message to the managers: please find another solution to pick up the laundry every morning as being wake up every time around 9am with ladies YELLING 'laundry' isn't acceptable. Add a new white sign that says 'laundry' to add to the doors and the annoyance would be a lot less. Please consider this. Until you do not sort this out, we will not come back to your hotel in the future.

Good location, we booked as a prior reviewer noted it was good for families because you could do your own laundry. This wasn’t the case, laundry service is available but at a ridiculous price per item. We found a good laundromat at the Costanera Centre which is only 3 blocks away. $10 a load to wash and dry, good if you’re on an extended trip! We left something behind though and are still waiting for the hotel to respond about sending it to us ....

Rooms are clean a bit small. But good for 1 or 2 people. The gym was very small and the main workout machine was out of commission. The pool is again small and outdoors. The jacuzzi was out of commission. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Location was three blocks from the highest building in South America. (Sky). Lots of good eats around.
27000clp for a private SCL shuttle.
Nice touches like free bottle of water, both red and white win in-room, comfortable bed and linens and AC and shower worked like a charm.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in Providencia where there are many shops and restaurants. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. Staff was excellent and accomodating. If you want a good hotel at a reasonable price this is it.

The staff at the Hotel is extremely pleasant and ready to help in any situation. The installation is very adequate, there are several amenities lacking, but cleanliness and good service from everybody in the Staff compensate for other things, such a a better pool or a Spa. Besides, the Hotel is very well located, both for business and for vacation.
