Good accommodation in Santiago. Great location, friendly staff, excellent complimentary breakfast. Room was big, clean, but beds were not comfortable and the shower door is not functional, ending up with water all over the bathroom.

They had advertised a fridge in the room. There was a small one where I put food. The problem was that when I left the hotel cut all the electricity in the room so my food spoiled.

first time staying here, nice clean hotel , good location for me , the negatives, rooms are very small compared to other hotels I have stayed at and the included breakfast buffet would be better if they didn't include and just offered you a la carte , also the gym ( I try to workout when I travel ) was almost non existent. I guess I would stay again for a short stay but definitely not for 3 days plus stays

Leafy Providencia.
Staff were welcoming and friendly even at 1am when we arrived. Room was spacious and comfortable. We were on the fifth floor and had a great view of the sky tower. Breakfast was good.

Good stay but some issues
We arrived to be allocated Room 601 which is basically an attic room with inward sloping exterior walls. Checking our booking form we went back to reception to complain we had paid for a Junior suite with a king bed. With little enthusiasm she allocated Room 302 and confirmed it was a junior suite without saying it only had a queen bed. Back to reception to be advised that in fact no junior suites have king beds. The junior suite is however a good size and very comfortable. the bed was the softest we had in South America and the lounge good too. Our only complaint with the room is that the shower water takes an age to drain from the bath so one showers with your ankles in water, despite advising of the issue it was not fixed the next day despite advice it would be looked at. Breakfast has a reasonable array to satisfy but without abundant choices.

Overall, the hotel was a solid 3.5-Star but overall rating is lower because when I checked in with a prepaid Expedia reservation and confirmation in hand, I was told by the front desk that they had no reservation from Expedia and thus no payment. They were able to give me a room but I had to pay for it again and then have my travel agent request a refund after I had checked out. After a couple of calls to Expedia, the refund was facilitate to avoid double payment, but it was extra stress on me and significance extra work by my travel agent.

Hotel is right in front of the famous recoleta cemetery. Locations is one of the safest areas in Buenos Aires. However the rooms needs to be updated. Hotel service was really nice. And a tip for those who wants to go straight to the airport, they have a taxi service (remise) that you can trust at a reasonable price.

The hotel is very good, The only complain is that they dont offer free wi fi, a must in todays world. They charge for it , and they offer a bussiness center with two old computers, always busy with kids playing games.I wont go back until wi fi is offer free.

The Reservations Staff was Increible. They helped us set up great tours and recomended things to see and do. Hotel is well situated near metro stops and shopping venues. The restaurant was solid and breakfast was great. All in all a very enjoyable stay made better by the Reservation Staff.

Hidden Gem in the city
The hotel looked impressive from the outside and we were not disappointed. Very clean and neat. Not enough staff speak English but they tried to help as much as possible even with ohter guests helping with the translation. Breakfast is basic, but set in a pleasant surrounding. Easy access to a large shopping centre, quite a few good restaurants in the area. We felt fairly safe and were in no way threatened or intimidated while walking in the area. Next trip to Santiago will definitely stay there again.

O quarto claramente precisa de manutenções
No primeiro quarto que nos colocaram a porta nao fechava. Nos trocaram para um quarto que o ar condicionado não funcionava. Como a primeira noite fez calor em Santiago, isso foi um problema pra gente. Além disso, pela manhã, não conseguiamos tomar banho quente. Acredito que muitos hóspedes tomavam banho pela manhã e a água quente acabava.
Os funcionários eram solícitos e educados, mas apesar da boa vontade, não tinham mais quartos disponíveis e tivemos que ficar no quarto com ar condicionado com defeito.

Hotel apesar de um pouco antigo, está em ótimo estado de conservação e tem localização ímpar, muito boa, perto de restaurantes, bares, vendinhas, farmácias, cafés, lojas e dá para ir a pé ao Costanera Center, mega shopping com muitas lojas de marcas locais e internacionais e um Jumbo que dá para comprar vinhos excelentes por ótimos preços. Fiquei num quarto com duas camas queen, piso de madeira, algumas tomadas para carregamento de eletrônicos, colchões e lençóis macios e confortáveis. Banheiro tem banheira, com cortina de plástico. Móveis com aspecto de antigos, desgastados, mais estavam limpos. Cofre não funcionou, frigobar pequeno mas útil, TV de tela grande. Ponto de destaque: café da manhã muito completo e farto, das 7 às 11h. Ponto negativo: poeira nos exaustores.

A experiência foi decepcionante. Desde o primeiro momento no hotel.
Ao chegarmos recepcionista não informou que deveríamos utilizar um elevador \"anexo\". Nosso quarto era no 6° andar. O elevador principal só vai até o 5°, achamos que deveríamos subir um lance de escada, mas não tinha essa opção. Retornamos e na recepção ela só me explicou que tinha um outro elevador quando questionei. Esse elevador é minúsculo, mal cabem 2 pessoas com suas malas.
O quarto era uma espécie de \"puxadinho\" no terraço. Bem diferente das fotos do anúncio.
Pequeno, com a iluminação bem fraca. Box do banheiro minúsculo, com teto baixo.
Ao tentar tomar banho, a água não aquecia e diminua até quase parar. Ligamos para a recepção e a informação foi que deixássemos o registro aberto por 8 minutos para aquecer, devido estarmos em um andar alto.
E sobre a água fraca, mandaram um funcionário, que disse que a recepção nos daria uma resposta, e até a nossa saída não falaram mais nada.
Também solicitei que nos trocassem de quarto e só informaram que o hotel estava cheio.
A arrumação do quarto praticamente era arrumar a cama, retirar lixo e trocar toalhas. Não varrem.
Ficamos 8 dias no hotel e teve um dia que não entraram nem para retirar o lixo.
A Wi-Fi, cai várias vezes.
Sem dúvidas, o hotel é ruim. E não recomendo.

Atendeu muito bem nossas necessidades. Estávamos em três pessoas e o quarto triplo nos proporcionou um bom conforto. O cafe da manhã também foi satisfatório. O espaço ao lado da recepção com itens eletrodomésticos foi uma ótima ideia.

Pelo preço e temporada me pareceu ok ...porém o atendimento quando precisei de um táxi deixou a desejar. O menino da recepção no geral tinha boa vontade....mas creio que orientado pelo funcionário mais velho da recepção....indicou um táxi pra mim e um táxi para outros hóspedes também brasileiros...que iam para o mesmo destino (aeroporto) e estavam no saguão do hotel assim como eu. Só fomos descobrir quando os veículos chegaram....pagamos muito caro sendo que poderíamos ter ido os três no mesmo carro. Me pareceu que fizeram questão de não falarem que íamos para o mesmo destino só para chamar dois carros ao invés de um e ganhar em cima. Una palhaçada.
