The hotel has seen better days. The rooms are a good size but need maintenance and a coat of paint. The settee desperately needs replacing. The restaurant closing didn't have to help I'm sure. Still, it's conveniently located and priced very reasonably. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

The room was clean, staff were friendly.
Location was convenient for our visit with family.

The carpark stairwells were terrible - they were dirty and smelly. They really need more regular attention.

We stayed in a family room. It was extremely clean and well equipped. Ample additional bedding in case we got cold, which wasn't the case. Bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery for 4 people. 2 lota of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash provided. Plenty of space for the 4 of us plus luggage. We stayed 2 nights (Fri & Sat night) and the price was VERY reaaonable. 5 minutes to Eastland and 2 mins to Eastlink Fwy. Great location and was quiet at night.

I missed the bedside lamp, as read in bed and had to have the overhead lights on. I was disappointed the dining facilities had not been restored. We enjoyed meals there often, prior to Covid. A similar hotel nearby offers complimentary breakfast which might be 'worth a thought'. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, bonus!

Was quiet in room whilst I was there.
Room - very good size and suitable for working with additional desk area.
Cons - There is no lift in the building if you are on second floor you will need to carry your bags up.

Definitely catfished by the booking site. It’s like a Wish version of the Shining’s Overlook Hotel in off season. The place is empty, the restaurant/bar sitting unused and mouldering like the carpets and paint. The rooms are relatively neat, very basic, internet provided but non-existent. If it wasn’t for the price point and the need to have a room that could accomodate 4, would have demanded a refund and found a nice bridge to sleep under.

All in all it was good. The lack of a fan in the bathroom was disappointing. The access to the rooms from the carpark was horrible as the walls were dank, mouldy and puddles on the landing.

Could be a really vibrant facility but is looking very \"tired\".
The rubbish bags on the stairwells were quite disgusting and the dirty underground carpark was an off putting welcome!

Great spot for an overnight stay. Close to train station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are quiet. The only fault was the lack of blankets to put over the bed. We stayed in a cold night and there was only 1 blanket in the room and there were 4 of us.

Checkin was friendly, however the underground parking was disgusting with cobwebs & the stairs were absolutely horrible which raises the question as to why there is no lift access to the rooms which makes it extremely hard for someone in a wheelchair or a medical condition.
As for the rooms the tv had limited channels (no netflix/foxtel) & no wifi.
The information folder clearly says there's daily breakfast or room service if form is in by 9.00pm but no forms due to the restaurant being closed since Covid, there is NO signage saying this!!!
Overall i wouldnt recommend staying at the quality manor, the price of the accommodation is absolutely over priced for the condition of this property.
I give a rating of 2 1/2 stars 👎👎

Overall decent.

A Choice group hotel that was not indicated on the reservation with Corporate logo.
Parking not convenient because it was underneath the building as well as entry to the building. Safety could be an issue. Our room and bathroom seemed to be clean. Mattresses were comfortable also.
Hallway walls & carpert could use some attention though. Restaurant was closed too.

Not much to like because the whole place is centred around a restaurant which is completely shut down so the place feels eerily deserted mainly because it is!!! The rooms downstairs where we were are sitting in a kind’ve half moon knitted closely around the restaurant itself but there wasn’t even coffee to be had let alone a sandwich…yet right as you drive or walk in there’s still a poster albeit coming adrift but advertising food of all sorts!
Why on earth they haven’t taken that down is baffling to say the least!

Great hotel located close to everything

The stay was good. The only things to be aware of is there is no lift to the car park so you have to drag your luggage up to the main entrance if ypu cant carry it up the stairs. The disabled ramp runs out into the weather, so if (as it was this night) raining expect to get wet. Maybe staff could offer an umbrella for guests to use in this case or put in some way to get luggage up fom car park or let guest know on checkin so before parking you get luggage out at the front door.
Other than rooms are great, goid size, well maintained and close to Rinwood facilities such as Eastland, the freeway and eastlink, close to train station. Staff were friendly and helpful but could have offered to help when they saw some guests struggling with luggage as they were disabled. Due to Covid issues resturant wasnt realky available but not the fault of the hotel.

Happy to stay again and will be in July.

The motel was handy to visiting family in the area. The room was very clean, & modern, it looked like the room would have been refurbished in the last year or so

Easy check in, comfy bed, & the heavy curtains certainky block out daylight.

We were called at 10:08 am informing us we were late checking out?! We were about to wheel our luggage out of the door & there was no sign of room cleaners on the floor & ready to enter our room.
