Went to Vienna primarily for a Wu-Tang Clan concert in the Wiener Stadthalle.

The hotel is still in great shape and the room I got was modern mixed with a touch of Austrian culture.

The staff was very supportive in case of questions.

The location of the hotel allows for quick and easy travel via public transport as the next station is very close.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at Fleming's and I would consider it again for my next trip to Vienna.

Everything was very clean and just the right space needed. Shower was awesome too! The area is near the Westbahnhof which is very convenient for getting anywhere. There’s lots of shopping at the train station too.

The only complaint is that some of the towels were threadbare and with holes. That doesn’t fit with the rest of the good quality of the hotel.

The air con and extractor fans made noises which cannot classified as white noise. Shower basin flow is not well drained. Water filled very quick with max water flow. Pillows are soft. If you prefer firm pillow, better request extra pillow.

I like the hotel location near the Austrian west station around 7 minutes walk and accessible to all public transportation tram- bus-metro stations - the area filled with lots of restaurants and economic supermarkets like Billa that easy to have a sandwich in the morning. I don’t like the way reception staff deal with guests in the check in procedures with no smile face

The location of the hotel is good, only a short walk away from the train station. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. What let the hotel down was tired and dated features. The aircon facilities need replacing along with the carpets. My room carpet had several stains on!

We were initially given a room that stank of cigarette smoke. Then we were given a room that had a window view of another window into another room. We eventually settled for another street view room that didn’t smell but had cigarette butts on the decorative balcony and used tissues and clothing remnants under the bed. We travelled in the lift with housekeeping who were taking a canister of female deodorant to our previous room, presumably to mask the smell of smoke. Housekeeping services every other day were due to sustainability, apparently. We stayed for 3 nights, four days and we had our room serviced once. Location is good. Breakfast was okay to good. Disappointing disregard to cleanliness.

We only stay in this property for one night. The property is nice and the room was fine but our room was facing next door building and not much of a view. And the location was quite far from the center. The room had basic amenities but only two small pillows. We do like the glass shower in the middle of the room. Even though the check out time was stated to be noon. We were waken up around 9am by a knock on the door then someone was trying to enter the room. After realizing someone was still in the room, the person just closed it without saying sorry. Then as I was getting out of the shower someone opened the door again without knocking, I was with just a towel around my waist. She didn’t even say hello. She just asked: “you’re checking out right?” I said yes. Then she asked: what time?” I said “maybe 11”. She said ok then “walked off”. That wasn’t a friendly staff.

Eine enttäuschender Aufenthalt in Wien. Das bisher schlechteste 4 Sterne Hotel in dem ich je gewesen bin. Schon beim checkin ist aufgefallen, daß das Personal nicht besonders freundlich ist. Das Zimmer war eine Enttäuschung. Die Fenster zur extrem lauten Straße konnte man aufgrund des Lärmpegels nicht öffnen. Wir haben unsere Bonusnächte eingelöst. Eventuell haben wir deswegen das schlechte Zimmer bekommen. Etwas abseits vom eigentlich schöneren Hoteltrakt. Man hatte das Gefühl in den Altbau abgeschoben zu sein.

Basic hotel close from west hoftbanhof stat6

Ok sized room. There was a damp smell in the room, potentially either due to water leak on the carpet (there's a watermark) or because there's no wall separating shower from the bed area. It's part of the design, but we found that the room was smelly. It's a very basic room. Location is near west hoftbanhof station which means going to/from airport is easy using VAL bus. It's a 40 mins walk from the old town. The hotel manager was kind enough to give us complementary breakfast vouchers because of our feedback on the room. Breakfast was nice, good selection of food.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage - in der Nähe des Westbahnhofes.

Das Zimmer was ich bewohnt habe war schon recht abgewohnt. Beim Eintreten in das Zimmer roch es schon ziemlich muffig, obwohl es augenscheinlich sauber war, dürfte wohl am Teppichboden liegen. Der Kasten hatte tiefe Kratzer. Bei der Handbrause der Dusche war das Plastik am abbröckeln, so das diese sehr scharf war und man sehr vorsichtig sein musste, damit man sich nicht schnitt.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer straßenseitig, wo es auch die ganze Nacht lang sehr laut war.

Preis-Leistung meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt

First time in Vienna

My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip.

Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food. We also enjoyed excellent food right in the hotel restaurant.

Would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Not the best but not the worst either

I'll start with the good: it's close to the Westbahnhof train station and the services of Mariahilferstrasse. The mattress was reasonably comfortable and I had a quiet room at the back of the hotel. It was also a pretty reasonable price.

The less good: the service could be improved. They have changed the restaurant but still advertise the old one, and were not particularly helpful when I inquired about this. The outfitting of the rooms and common spaces are pretty worn and not super clean (stains on carpet, etc) though the cleaning staff did a good job in my room when it was cleaned.

I'm a semi-regular traveller to Vienna and I'd probably not stay here again despite the reasonable price.

I was charged twice for my stay at the hotel, and after two weeks I have still not received a refund. I've called over five times and emailed twice. The hotel was fine. A good value for the price, if you're only charged once.

It was ok - handy location and nice enough hotel. Colleagues on the desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the day I had it was nice with good options. However, Breakfast wasn’t available at 6am when I was leaving to get an early flight, it was an hour later this day for some reason. Disappointing when I had planned my travel arrangements around this - could have done something different if I had known.

Everyone on the staff was so helpful and kind. I asked for a curtain around the shower because I was staying with my daughter and that was no problem. It is in a great location right by the big shopping street with lots of places to eat as well as across the street from the big Westbahnhof. Would stay there again. I would request one thing though and that is an extra pillow. I find it hard to sleep with only one.

The hotel and the room is very nice. However, the mattress was too firm for me. My husband was fine with it. Parking around the hotel is horrible, as in the whole city of Vienna. The tourists are in high risk of falling into a trap and get their vehicles towed away. Park only in paid garages.

My adult nephew and I spent four nights at Flemings Hotel Wien-Stadthalle. I had contacted the hotel before we left home to ensure we had a shower that was covered, as some showers are in the middle of the room with glass surrounds. The hotel replied immediately to my email and said my request was noted, and our room had a separate shower. We were delighted by that.
The check in was easy and the young lady was pleasant and offered to help us in any way.
The room was spacious, clean and had a lot of amenities. We liked the Nespresso coffee machine, the toiletries and the large bath towels. There were two sinks in the bathroom and a separate toilet area (WC). Our room was cleaned once during our stay and we were told that upon check in. That suited us fine, but we did ask for extra coffee pods and were given some.
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Westbanhof train station which has a number of shops and restaurants/eating establishments.
We had a very enjoyable stay and were very pleased with the friendly atmosphere and workers. We would recommend this hotel to any one wanting to visit Vienna.

We are celebrating a birthday trip from Hong Kong, and the breakfast at the hotel is rich and delicious. The hotel location is very convenient, being close to the subway station and tram station, making it very easy to get around. The pedestrian street is just a stone's throw away. We would like to especially thank the front desk manager, Mr. Mihai-Alin Gojol, for handling our issues promptly. We are very satisfied with his efficient handling of the matter.

I asked for a taxi for the morning before my flight and the pwrson at the desk did not want to book it. This is the worst experience i had at a hotel in Europe. I'm a frequent traveler. Traveling every 2-3 weeks. The staff this evening was the wors i have seen in months.

We stayed in Flemings Conference Hotel for a long weekend in mid-August.

The double room was large, a bit outdated but clean. The air conditioner could be updated, and the blankets were too warm for Summer.

The shower was separated from the toilet, with glass doors and no curtains, which was a bit strange. It was informed beforehand.

The service at the reception was good.

There are some nice cafes close the hotel, but otherwise the surrounding neighborhood is not that nice. However, it’s easy to get to the center by public transportation or even walking.

The rooms' pictures are not very accurate. Despite that, the room was spacious, the shower area newly renovated, and the beds comfy.The location was convenient with the tram stop right next to it and it is walkable to many areas.

However, in terms of cleanliness, the hotel did not measure up. The bed sheet was sticky, and the floor was not very clean. The hotel asks you to \"request\" daily cleaning claiming it is due to eco friendly practices. We had to fill a card and submit it to the front desk, as we could not request it verbally. Despite that, the room was not cleaned. When I tried to ask why the room was not cleaned, the staff just stared back without an answer or an apology, and one even gave me some attitude.

A comfortable hotel within easy transport links to the centre of Vienna. Even though our room was at the front of the hotel, it wasn't too noisy (although the main road is very busy right outside). The main drawback is that if you are driving, there are only about 8 parking spaces in their basement so you will need to reserve - something we didn't know. They have a reciprocal arrangement with a hotel nearby for the same price but we overhead a couple of other guests also finding that they hadn't booked parking, so it is something to be aware of. It isn't easy accessing the parking basement taking bags into the main hotel and back again (lots of stairs and corridors). We didn't have breakfast because at €24 a pop, there are lots more affordable places around. One slightly odd thing is that in our room it had the shower cubicle as a clear, glass cube right next to the bed (you can see this in some of the hotel pictures). OK if you are a couple but if you are sharing with a friend then maybe not quite so pleasant.

Very nice hotel, we stayed for three nights. Comfortable beds, clean reception area, quiet area at night. Close to Westbahnhof and good connections. Many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Oh, and a showercabin in the middle of the room:) Good value for the money, we were very satisfied. Air-condition was also a plus.
