Lovely hotel in a perfect location... right on the beach and bus stop just around the back. Transport system is superb, puts the UK to shame. Didnt really spend much time in the hotel but room was clean and had everything i needed. Would definitely stay there again

The bed was very comfortable and the room was sound proof which made for a great night’s sleep. The room itself was tiny, however, making it difficult to get around for two people with their luggage. The breakfast was great with so many options; the freshly squeezed orange juice was a bonus and the ‘just wave your hand to make a pancake machine’ was a fascinating and enjoyable addition to the offerings. All things considered, I highly recommend this hotel — I would just opt for a larger room next time.

A windy but lovely time at Noordwijk aan Zee

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic 2 nights stay at the Two Brothers. The fine interiors of the hotel (in bar, restaurant and lobby area) were pretty decorated for Christmas which gave it a lovely ambience. We were also pleased with our room. Nice and spacious, with a lovely view to the sea side.
Breakfast was nice too. They didn't have the full English, but we were on the continent after all! It was still very tasty. The only minor thing was that our room wasn't ready yet when we arrived (we did arrive after 3 pm!) However, we only waited about 20 minutes and they gave us a free voucher for 2 drinks at the bar. Also, I didn’t know that the hotel hardly had any parking spaces and that I had to pay for parking on the road. I assumed parking was free. Fortunately, I didn’t have to pay in the end because parking was free during the Christmas period. Overall, my girlfriend and I had a lovely time and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is right by the beach. The beds are comfortable.
What let this place down was the rude behavior of the restaurant staff and the fact that there were mice running around over the restaurant floor. When we expressed our shock and dismay, the sraff just dismissed this as of no consequence and that they were dealing with it.

In need of an overhaul

Nice location, on the sea front amongst restaurants and bars. It's possible to park in front for free between 9pm and 9am.
Inside, the place is showing signs of age. Rooms are ok, though not quite clean enough (marked sheets) and bathroom in need of modernisation (my room also had a strong smell of drains). Noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms clearly audible, and lighting dingy.
Good free wifi.
Breakfast extra but the meagre self-service buffet (including coffee from a machine) not worth the high price.
Unfortunately, despite frequent business trips to Noordwijk, I am not aware of mid-range alternatives that are any better.

I like this hotel, the staff are friendly, the overall feel is ‘Cosy’ and the restaurant is first class. Note to self for future : check that the elevator isn’t undergoing 2 days of maintenance next trip! Staircase is tight and narrow and at 60-something, a bit of a workout! Otherwise, loved it and will return in spring.

Sea view room in the minitower. Small but great view. Room gets very hot in the sun, but when it's windy the dropped ceiling tiles in the room and the artwork all flop in the wind with the window cracked or the door open. Another way to ventilate the room would be nice. I'd get rid of the drop ceiling too. Love the long deep tub. An ice machine would be great too but asking for ice worked.

Had a good comfortable stay in a clean hotel with a spacious room and comfortable bed. Nice pool and steam/sauna facilities too. Breakfast was very expensive (16 euros each) for an average buffet selection as was car parking (15 euros per day) which was a little more than a supermarket car park. Staff were relatively friendly. More 3 stars than 4 if being totally honest. Good selection of high quality bars and restaurants nearby though.

No ventilation in room except leaving the window open, but it was cool enough mostly. You're supposed to leave your key at the desk when you go out, which I'm not a fan of. Good access to beach and dune walking. Had one meal at the restaurant, the 3 course special was a good deal.

Good choice, right at the centre of the beachfront

I've stayed here several times for business (at nearby ESA/ESTEC) - it is a solid choice, nice rooms, modern bathrooms, right on the seafront.
Parking can be arranged offsite at €15/day - or parking on the streets is very convenient and parking is free overnight (from 9pm - 9 am if I remember correctly).
Breakfast is good (if a little pricey at €16), bar is also convenient.

Good value out of season.

I stayed here in December - very much out of season! - for a work trip to the ESA ESTEC nearby. €60 got me a very spacious room overlooking the dunes towards the sea, with a modern and comfortable bathroom and free wifi. I have no complaints.

Love the ocean side rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, classic cosy bar, the spa (pool, steam room and sauna) is great and usually not very busy. On downside is that there is no onsite parking so you need to park in a public parking spot (not expensive). My second stay there and I will return.

I was one of 3 couples staying for a 4 day weekend break. On arrival one of our party asked to move room as it was far too small and noisy, the room they were moved to was much better.Our rooms were comfortable, and an ok size, not sure about the cardboard cups supplied for tea or coffee though and after 2 days we were not supplied with any so had to search for cups in the coffee station. We all went out for breakfast as it looked quite expensive for what was on offer, however the staff were very friendly, helpful and the Hotel is in perfect location close to the beach.

typical North Sea Beach Hotel

This is an older style North Sea Beach Hotel. It has small rooms and narrow beds. The hotel is clean although the shower drain didn't work the best. The beach was quite nice and the area was very much an older style seaside resort which was fun to experience. I stayed here because everything was booked in Amsterdam. It was pretty inexpensive for the Netherlands and you could catch a bus to Leiden then a train wherever you wanted to go. It was a fun experience but a little to out of the way to normally book if you are interested in seeing the rest of the Netherlands.

The golden Tulip is right on the north sea and a block from the center of much city activity and small shops.. It's breakfast buffet is outstanding. The rooms are \"European Small\".... there was very, very limited room to move in my room 410. You must be prepared to walk some stairs, because elevator is limited to one level.
The view, the price to value and the quality of the buffet make this an OUTSTANDING option for enjoying the wild, peaceful, beautiful north sea.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sauber ,aber wir waren von Mittwoch bis Sonntag dort. In der Zeit wurde das Zimmer einmal garnicht gereinigt,und in den ganzen Tagen wurde weder gesaugt, noch wurden die Becher für den Kaffee ausgetauscht. Das Wlan und der Balkon waren okay. Im Spa Bereich funktionierte die Sauna kann KEINEM Tag und am Sonntag war das Schwimmbad geschlossen. Das Duschgel wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Aber es gab immer frische Handtücher

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt. In unserem Zimmer und Bad hat es nach Feuchtigkeit und unangenehm gerochen. Für uns entsprach es keinem 4 Sterne Hotel.

Wir waren schon öfter in dem Hotel, zukünftig werden wir uns nach einem anderen Hotel umsehen müssen.

Alles in Allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern.
Das Frühstück war vielseitig aber gegen 9 Uhr waren viele Sachen schon leer und wurden nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Was leider zu bemängeln ist, dass das Hotel mit Dielen ausgestattet ist und man die Bewegungen der Personen im Zimmer über einem deutlich hört. Leider so laut, dass auch Ohrstöpsel nicht geholfen haben und uns nachts unseren Schlaf genommen hat - da die Gäste über uns bis 3 Uhr in der Nacht und wieder ab 6 Uhr rumgelaufen sind.

Für ein paar Tage war das Hotel in Ordnung - für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir es nicht nochmal buchen.

Perfecte locatie, tegenover het strand. Alles op loopafstand. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant en lekkere cocktails op het bankje voor het hotel. Beleving was goed, ook mede door het zonnige weer.
1 klein min puntje; heel veel honden in het hotel. Ik zag wel tijdens het boeken dat huisdieren welkom zijn, maar had er niet zoveel verwacht.

Tolles Zimmer, alles in schönem Design und auf den ersten Blick total sauber.
ABER: Das Bettlaken ist verrutscht und hat dann eine Zwischendecke voller schwarzer (Hunde?) Haare enthüllt. Das war eine sehr eklige Entdeckung.
Zudem ist Wasser aus der Dusche ausgetreten und Richtung Flur gelaufen, das hat dann auch erklärt, weswegen wir bei Ankunft das Gefühl hatten der Boden im Flur sei feucht.

Die Lage ist super, der Blick aufs Meer ebenso.
Das Hotel selbst ist ein toller Mix aus Rustikal und modern.

Sehr höfliche Mitarbeiter.

Trotz der beiden oben genannten Punkte würde ich dennoch wieder dort buchen und das Bett direkt prüfen und ggf. direkt das Problem beheben lassen.

Ein tolles,großes Zimmer, dass leider nur halbherzig gereinigt wurde, aber der großartige Meerblick ist unübertroffen! Der Frühstücksraum ist liebevoll eingerichtet und groß. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine schöne Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht zum Teil sehr gutes Deutsch.Der Aufzug wirkt neu und es passen bequem 5 Personen hinein. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus, um ein entspanntes Wochenende zu verbringen!

Vårt mål på resan var ett besök på Keukenhof. Perfekt läge vid havet, ca 20 min från Keukenhof. Bra pub inne på hotellet! Bra rum, sängar och strandläget var jättebra! Ok frukost. Inte så charmig personal på restaurangen. Men det finns flera restauranger i området. Lätt att parkera i närheten. Över förväntan var vårt besök här!

Keine vernünftigen Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Der Parkplatz, der vom Hotel angegeben wurde, ist ein Parkplatz vom Supermarkt. Brechend voll und sehr eng. Mussten daher für 3€ die Stunde in der Umgebung parken. Der Service abends in der Bar war sehr schlecht. Man hat selten einen Kellner gesehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, sodass wir die Tür nicht richtig öffnen konnten, dazu noch super hellhörig. Fazit: Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Zentral gelegen, wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen. Alle sind freundlich. Man hat sich bei der Gestaltung des Hotels sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer ist phänomenal. Auch unsere Hunde sind herzlich willkommen geheißen worden.. Es gab sogar ein Begrüßung, Spielzeug und Leckerlis für jeden Hund. Das Zimmer ist absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben einen schönen Balkon. Und die Größe des Zimmers ausreichend.

Vier Sterne kann ich auch nicht nachvollziehen, würde eher 3 Sterne sagen, tolle Lage am Strand, freundlicher Empfang, die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kaputte Dinge sollten entfernt oder repariert werden. Ein Lüfter, bei dem ein Teil runterhängt, ein Klopapierhalter fällt ab, Bettlaken- ich wusste gar nicht, dass es dir noch gibt, im Hotel nicht schön, einmal umgedreht und man liegt auf der blanken Matratze, Bad Supereinzug, man muss seitlich reinlaufen so schmal ist der Durchgang, war bisschen enttäuscht, die Sauberkeit war mittel, Wasserkocher ja, aber keine Becher und keine Tees

Een fijn verblijf gehad bij two brothers in Noordwijk. Erg fijn dat we onze hond mee konden nemen (tegen betaling).
De kamer had een extra kamer voor onze zoon (er konden eventueel nog 2 personen slapen). Er stond een stapelbed in en een losstaand bed. Onze zoon vond de kamer fantastisch. De badkamer vonden wij persoonlijk wat aan de kleine kant, maar bevatte in principe alles wat je nodig hebt. Voor een langer verblijf was dit minder geweest, maar voor ons weekend weg voldeed het. Het warme water was wel lastig in te stellen in de douche. Op de een of andere manier was het of te koud of te warm.
We hadden een kamer met zeezicht en terras. Gezien de temperatuur buiten hebben we weinig gebruik gemaakt van het terras, maar het was een fijne bijkomstigheid met de hond.
Het hotel is erg gehorig. Wij verbleven op de 1e verdieping en je hoort de mensen boven je lopen en praten. Dit was met momenten best vervelend. Als mensen geen rekening met hun omgeving houden kun je er wel overlast van ervaren. De kamers waren redelijk goed schoon. Het hotel ligt dichtbij de winkelstraat en 50 meter van het strand van Noordwijk, dus qua ligging echt perfect. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Helaas was het zwembad gesloten tijdens ons verblijf. Ons zoontje had zich hierop verheugd, dus dat was wel een teleurstelling voor hem.
De auto kan geparkeerd worden op loopafstand van het hotel, tegen betaling.
Al met al een fijn verblijf voor een weekendje weg.

Inmiddels ons 4e bezoek. Geweldige plek. We hadden nu kamer genaamd Anna, in de toren gevestigd. Prachtig! Heerlijk bed en fantastisch uitzicht. Eigenlijk maar 1 ding wat ontbrak, een koelkast.

We kijken uit naar ons volgende verblijf in dit hotel!

Gezellig hotel. Entree en bar knus en sfeervol. Kamers klein en behoorlijk basic. Maar wel netjes. Grootste minpunt: gehorig.
