The hotel is very secure and the restaurant was also very, but it was very quiet, it was a Thursday night but even so felt a soulless.

Do not stay here.

Was told there are no pet free rooms. It’s a free for all, so if you have asthma or allergies do NOT stay here. Any room is allowed pets. I woke at 3am unable to breathe as I have asthma, as does 8.3% of the population.
The reception were rude and asked how I knew. I’ve had asthma for 46 years and know what triggers it.
They begrudgingly moved me to another room.
I went in the new room and air con was stuck on hot.
It was 27° in the room.
I had to leave the front door open and window for an hour to reduce temperature.
Next day given another room.
At 22:30 someone decided to run for and hour and a half in the treadmill right above my room. The reception told lies and said it was open till midnight. It’s not the gym is meant to be closed at 22:00.
Then at midnight had weird middle aged lads running up and down the corridor at 00:30.
The phone didn’t work in my room.
Then after 5.5 hours woken up at 6am with treadmill again.
Worst hotel I’ve ever tried to sleep in for 11 years travelling EU and USA.

We had 3 separate bookings for a total of 9 days in a space of 2 weeks at this hotel, which we have frequently booked in the past 10 years. Despite having booked and paid more for a larger room for our family of 4 on the last leg of the trip, we ended up getting a smaller room than the one we had before, even though during our earlier leg 5 days earlier the receptionist had told us we were getting a larger room than the 3-bed one we had. The new room didn't even come with enough towels or cups/glasses for the 4 of us! When I inquired about this, the receptionist indicated that given the fact that it's high season, no one could tell us in advance which room we would be getting and this was the only room left. I asked if in any case they could place a roll-away bed, as instead of 3 beds as before, there were only 2 in the room. The receptionist indicated that they would do this - the next morning!- , but this didn't happen. Despite asking housekeeping for extra glasses and cups, these didn't come either and we had to go to reception to get extra towels. Although the staff is very friendly, it's disappointing to see that this is unfortunately not the quality of service I am accustomed to from this hotel.

We have frequently been staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in the past 10 years. The staff remains very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the reception area has undergone a beautiful renovation, but the price-quality ratio has largely deteriorated. Asides from a substantial increase in rates, I noticed a lack of information and clarity on certain choices when booking, by which I accidentally ended up paying more for my booking and not getting breakfast on the last leg of my trip. The information from the staff to us as guests was also lacking. Despite there being a construction site in front of the hotel, which would wake me up every morning at 7 am, this was not mentioned before I booked. One night, while happening to ask the receptionist for something at 12 am, she casually mentioned that I should avoid drinking the tapwater the next morning and following days as they were going to be working on it that night. The next morning my husband was able to shower normally at 8 am, but when I went to shower 10 minutes later, to my dismay, no water came out of the tap! With luck my kids and I were able to get a trickle of icy cold water to shower with. Judging by the line of people at the reception asking about the water situation, most other guests clearly hadn't been informed about this situation beforehand, which I feel is the least the hotel could've done.

The only thing is that you need a car to get anywhere really, and parking is at 17.50 euros extra per night. Should be included in the hotel fee since it's almsot impossible not to have a car.

a awful nights sleep, the rooms was clean, modern and bed was really comfortable
but was severely let down by pillows about really hard pillows like bags of cement 30/40cm long they your head just roll off all night, never got comfortable I htink i had 2/3 hours sleep at most all night. Would never stay here again. My work collegues and i travel a lot for work and stay in lots of hotels and we rated this the worst nights sleep in a hotel

They gave my room away even though I was already checked in to the room on the app which is pretty shady. My flight was delayed so I got in around 12:30 AM after walking several miles, just wanting to sleep. Guess they just thought I wouldn’t show up and wanted to double dip? Had to pay another $104 for a new room at another hotel (5 miles away) that I slept in for a total of 5 hrs before my next flight. They are not offering anything except maybe to refund the $104. The new hotel was in a different area so I had to pay $60 for an Uber to the airport instead of using public transport like I had planned on and already paid for (round trip).
I have been to over 35 countries, stayed in dingy hostels and motels, and this was definitely one of my worst experiences with lodging.

We were pleased with our stay. We would have preferred to be closer to the tourist area but we booked last minute and needed a place that would sleep 3. It was easy to take the bus into town. We didn't eat or drink here, so I can't comment on that. The room was comfortable and clean, the hotel was quiet.

We had to change room, the second one, despite being exactly the same, felt much more comfortable whilst the first one wasn't, perheps the second one was just redecorated. Breakfast is nice. Location is in the middle of a bio centre for companies.

Staff let you sit where you like at breakfast. We are a family of 6 that found we couldn’t sit at breakfast with the other guest as couples were taking up booths or larger tables. I asked if a staff member could clean the table so we could have it. Which they did yet another couple come and just took the table. Staff let them do this.
Of an evening we placed a food order. They didn’t have a children’s menu however they did cook them pasta off menu. They did forget our drinks with the meal tho.

The staffs are very friendly with the checkin and check out process. The location is very quiet and safe but it takes some transit time from the central station to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite delicious and rich. One little complaint is the hot water for the shower is not very stable and it’s temperature is mostly warm but not hot enough for me. For nearly 400€/night we were hoping for far better.

On arrival our room had garbage on the floor which wasn’t removed the second day. The room wasn’t cleaned; the floor was covered in sand from our visit to the beach.

Towels weren’t changed nor coffee restocked.

The restaurant food was dire and the Ukrainian waitress spent all her time chatting to her Ukrainian friends

The hotel is in the middle of an office complex with ample parking yet we were charged a whopping 17€/night for parking. EXPEDIA did not mention that !

Total disaster and we shan’t be visiting again!

The receptionist was as welcoming as an old wind in Alaska. She had to maintain her snootiness. The room was nice overlooking the motorway- the tv needed a manual to get a channel- no English tv. I had a terrible experience in this hotel. There was rotten food in the room from the previous guests. The baby cot supplied was dusty. The skirting boards in the room was lined with mold. I had to ask for my reservation to be cancelled and refunded and I moved to a different hotel to spend the night.

It was a disappointing experience to say the least. Not what you’d expect from a Hilton Hotel. There needs to be more done about the standard of cleanliness in the hotel.

Strakke zielloze sfeer zowel binnen als buiten , buiten hebben ze geprobeerd het sfeervol te maken maar hierin volledig de plank misgeslagen , ontbijt is tot 10 uur en wij kwamen 10 voor 10 , 5 voor 10 was de keuken al aan het opruimen en kon er niks meer besteld worden , niks werd bijgevuld en bij gratie werd er nog een ei gebakken door te zeggen het is nog geen 10 uur, om klokslag 10 uur kwam de restaurant manager het personeel vertellen , nu alles weghalen waarop ik een gesprek probeerde aan te gaan dat nog heel wat gasten nog moesten ontbijten en hij nors in het Engels zij , i don’tcare 10 uur is 10 uur , koffie apparaat uit en tegen betaling bij de bar kon je tegen betaling koffie krijgen , 5 over 10 was het buffet opgeruimd en weg 😳.

Disappoint for hotel condition

We have stay 2 days in Hilton, however it is very hot, the air conditioner like a very small fan, we didn't feel cool enough, we saw many guest ask a fan from the front desk. Moreover, the basin is clogged up. Besides, the bed is very comfortable, and car parking is free, if you don't drive, please don't consider, it is a bit remote.

Rung in advance to ask for 2 off quiet rooms close together, for myself and my mother. This request had not reach check in desk. Check in after much reviewing managed to allocate two such rooms. We were a couple of hours early for check in time so they said they would make every effort to prepare rooms so we could check in. We had had a tiring overnight trip from the UK by ferry and my mother was very tired we waited in the reception and asked a number of times, but rooms weren’t ready when it came to 2pm slotted check in time I approached the desk again, when I was made to feel like a nuisance and basically told to sit back down and wait. I told the check in clerk that check in was guaranteed at 2pm at which point she found the rooms were actually available. In general check in was not a welcoming experience and no details were given about the rooms, hotel or surrounding area, which I would expect for a family visit.

Overall, the hotel is fine for a basic place to sleep. However, be forewarned, as others have mentioned, the air conditioning is very lacking and you can not really open the windows. We were there for a very warm part of the year, but even on the cooler days, the rooms are very stuffy. The staff was able to provide a fan for us, but as the temperatures rose, the air conditioning could not keep up and it was like a stuffy, hot box. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the hotel is pretty easy to get to, despite the construction in the area. Nothing is really in close walking distance, but with a car, you will be fine. Highly recommend the beach, which is right now the road in the next town. Otherwise, a great region to visit!
