The hotel is very well situated, and overall the impression is very good.

The restaurant is simple but okay.

We were not impressed by the fact that our room had not been made up by 1:30 in the afternoon and we had to go and ask for new towels.

The breakfast buffet is alright, but serving cold fried eggs and no bacon was not the best.

OVERPRICED, INFLEXIBLE AND BAD SERVICE!

Overpriced and totally inflexible at EVERY TURN! Not worth the money. Breakfast is a complete let down, no bacon. When I asked a server if there was any bacon, she gave me a blank stare and said NO. That’s it! No explanation or we’ll get you some. Which buffet breakfast has no fried bacon at its buffet? No complimentary late checkout at all. Was told it would be €15 per hour in addition to my €200 per night fee for one person. Shower is crap, as it’s next to the toilet, so the entire bathroom gets flooded when the shower is used. There are many other hotels on the beachfront. Give Hotel De Baal Seaside a miss, FORVER!

Loved the location. Loved the fantastic breakfast and free hot drinks all day downstairs. Didn't like the €15 a day parking charge. Didnt like the very limited menu of four dishes with the overpriced veggy option absolutely disgusting, literally inedible due to high salt content. Also didn't like the 'courtyard' view from the rooms which in reality is a view of all the massive heat recovery pupes on the roof. No suitcase stands in the rooms either which is a problem as are the huge pillows which are not comfortable. Overall okay and yes, were would go back.

The property is on the seafront and in walking distance to Noordwijk amenities. It’s an old hotel and relatively small in comparison to nearby hotels. The bathroom is small and there is no shower tray so the entire bathroom floor gets wet when using the shower, a bit impractical as we didn’t have multiple pairs of slippers with us.

Hotel’s parking is small and we couldn’t find a space to park, however managed to park outside for free.
Due to late evening parties outside the hotel it was a bit noisy on Saturday night, it was the end of holiday season.
The weather at the end of August was very windy, rainy and rather cold.

Very convenient right by the beach. Ideal area for cyclists. Only 10 min walk to centre of Noordwijk. Great breakfast. Lots of choice. There are only 2 coffee machines , one is with oat milk, so there was a queue a few times.
Good size room but shower has window into bedroom giving no privacy. Ok when you are a couple but some might be just friends or work colleagues. And if you have a sea view you also need to close the bedroom curtains otherwise you are visible to all. Why not make the shower window opaque? Or provide a shower curtain?

This is a great hotel for cyclists, as they have covered secure bicycle parking. We also loved the airy feel of the hotel, and the wonderful views of the beach. Breakfast is included, and really top-notch: bread, salmon, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, a really delicious granola, cut up watermelon, melon, and pineapple, and 2 kinds of pancakes. Staff are lovely. We’ve stayed there twice, and hope to stay there again!

I was given a room that was not cleaned up. I found dental floss and unwrapped soaps in the sink and used shampoo bottles in the shower. There was candy wrap lying on the bed. When I asked to have the room cleaned, I was told the housekeeping was not available. I then asked to switch to a room and was told there was only one room that was available and it was an “upgrade”. This “upgrade” has sub-standard furniture, a broken closet and a mirror that was peeled off. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere, there are so many other options in the area. This was a terrible experience.

เป็นโรงแรมที่หาค่อนข้างง่ายและติดทะเล ในส่วนของอาหารรสชาติโอเคแต่หากอยากหาความหลากหลายลองเดินที่หาดมีร้านอาหารเยอะแยะ ที่จอดรถมีน้อยแต่ก็สามารถจอดตามถนนได้ ห้องพักสะอาดใช้ได้ ราคาถูกที่สุดในแถบนั่น อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยหลากหลายมากแต่ครัวซองอร่อยสุดๆ โดยรวมค่อนข้างประทับใจ ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นอับและพัดลมดูดอากาศไม่ทำงาน โดยร่วมถือว่าโอเค ถ้ามีโอกาศจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน

Awesome location and breakfast buffet

I was very surprised at the quality of this 3-star hotel. It is right at the beach, so very convenient! Although the rooms are small, the hotel itself is very luminous, so it feels airy. The common areas and the terraces outside the hotel are an added value and give you more space to spend around if you don't want to hang out in the room.
The comfort of the rooms would be the only negative point maybe, as the type of bed is determined by the type of room you choose. As we choose a room with a sea view (and you definitely get the open view on the sea), the only option we had were 2 twin beds. We had to push them together so that our daughter could sleep with us. However, the person in the middle doesn't really sleep comfortable. We also brought a baby cot for our baby boy. So even though, the rooms are not that big, we fit 4 people and were able to move around, with even a stroller parked in the room. So not too bad.
The breakfast buffet has a very nice and wide variety and was really good. The dining area is really big too, so we felt really at ease, even with the kids.
For the price, the location and the breakfast buffet, I would not hesitate to come back here.

We enjoyed one night stay at De Baak in Noordwijk. The hotel is right across from a vast beach, and a short walk from a bustling town center. The rooms are not big but are big enough to be comfortable and very clean, and are fairly new looking. Decoration in the rooms is very basic, not fancy. Like most European hotels, the beds consist of two twins. After pushing them together, they make a near king-size bed. Mattress was comfortable. Also like some other European locations, the shower isn't clearly walled off from the rest of the bathroom. We saw this in Sweden too. LCD TV was big and had lots of channels and wifi worked fine. The hotel has a paid parking area, but weekend overnight parking is free on streets in Noordwijk. The included breakfast is great. The breakfast room is very big and bright and a large number of high quality hot and cold items are available. The hotel is well set up for business meetings. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back. Noordwijk is an exciting little town.

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast im Hotel de baak seaside. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Täglich frisches Obst und verschiedene regionale Speisen. Kaffee und andere Heißgetränke ganztägig gratis. Das ist sehr ungewöhnlich.
Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen vom Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. Wir können das Hotel bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Sehr nettes Personal, ein tolles Frühstück und eine gute Lage

Noch Luft nach oben gibt es eindeutig im Badezimmer, da die Dusche dort keine Duschwand hat und man beim duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzt. Dadurch sind die Toilette und auch Mülleimer nicht so die neusten.

Direkt am breiten und langen Strand

Lage war für uns direkt am Strand, eine ruhige Strasse liegt dazwischen, mit Parkplätzen auf der Straße wichtig. Wir hätten dem grundlegend sanierten Hotel gerne 5 Punkte gegeben, aber die Bäder wurden nur sehr einfach saniert. So wünscht man sich Bäder in Krankenhäusern, aber nicht in einem Hotel, dass wohl von einem professionellen Innenarchitekten eingerichtet wurde. Lobby-Bereich sehr angenehm, dort können Abende verbracht werden. Zimmer auch schön mit sehr komfortablen Betten.

Check/In im Hotel war sehr kurz, weil wir bereits online eingecheckt hatten. Dafür sind die Passnummern aller Gäste notwendig.

Das Frühstück war ohne Fleisch und Wurst, dafür mit viel Käse und Früchten. War prima und zu empfehlen sind heißen Käsetoast. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Innenausstattung hat uns besonders gefallen mit den Barcelona Chairs.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel de Baak Seaside sehr genossen! Besonders beeindruckend war die gemütliche Lounge, in der stets Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung standen – ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen.

Unser Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick war ein absolutes Highlight. Den Sonnenaufgang über dem Wasser zu beobachten, war einfach traumhaft. Ich kann dieses Hotel allen empfehlen, die eine ruhige Auszeit direkt am Strand suchen.

Ein schönes, modernes Hotel, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Unglaublich freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Wenn der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel belegt ist, kann man kostenfrei (nach Anmeldung im Hotel) an der Straße parken.
Der Strand ist direkt gegenüber und bis in den Ort läuft man auch nur ca. 10 Minuten.

Frühstück war sehr gut, umfangreich und lecker.

Das Zimmer war das einzige, was nicht optimal war. Sehr klein. Das geht noch, aber das Bad ist nix. Fast keine Ablagemöglichkeit (nur für ganz wenige, ganz kleine Accessoires), so dass man fast alles im Zimmer lagern muss, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Die Glasscheibe der Dusche ist viel zu schmal. Jedes Mal, wenn man duscht, setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Leider lässt sich das nicht verhindern. Das hat sehr genervt.

Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden hier immer wieder übernachten.
Für uns hat das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hier gestimmt.

De kamer was erg gedateerd en meerdere schapjes/kastjes waren stukkjes af. Tevens was de kamer erg klein. Heel anders dan de foto's dus. De kamer is duidelijk toe aan een renovatie. Ook was er geen koelkastje of thee en koffie mogelijkheden. Waarschijnlijk kon daarom in het restaurant gratis thee en koffie worden genuttigd. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed.

Alleen geen koffie en thee faciliteit op de kamer en ook geen koelkastje.
Keurig ontbijt met voldoende keus, maar de jam apparaten bij het ontbijt zijn een drama.
Het apparaat kantelt naar voren bij het bedienen. Of er komt ineens zoveel uit dat het naast het bakje valt. Het personeel zelf is ook niet blij met deze apparaten. En dan komt er nog bij dat de jam ook niet lekker is.

Meerdere keren in de Baak gelogeerd, deze keer een duurdere kamer met uitzicht op zee! Het was een kleine oude kamer met een slechte indeling! Een douche met roestplekken aan de wanden! In de kamer hangen 2 planken aan de muur waar je door de plek van het bed met je schouder tegen aan loopt! s’Nachts de hele nacht automatisch licht aan welke door de kieren van de deur naar binnen schijnt! Nee deze keer geen fijne kamer!

Super Lage ! Parkplatz ( wohl kostenpflichtig ) vorhanden ! Waren im 2. Stock , die Türen der anderen Zimmer fallen so laut ins Schloss das man senkrecht im Bett sitzt ! Sehr hellhörig ! Die Dusche war ebenerdig im ganzen Bad , es gab keine trockene Stelle mehr aufm Fußboden , etwas ungünstig!

Op de kamer geen koffie of thee apparaat. Kamer echt veel te warm en met een ventilator wordt het niet echt koeler en maakt bovendien herrie. Boek boulevardzijde maar krijgen kamer aan de andere kant. Geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding liggen ver uit elkaar.

Es war wie immer ein schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Meer. Der gratis Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die netten Dame u Herren der Rezeption. Betten bequem u Frühstück war auch gut. Mittags gibt es Wasser, Tee, kaffee gratis. Wir kommen immer gerne in dieses Hotel. Einzig die Damen im Service konnten freundlicher sein beim Frühstück abräumen. Aber sonst alles gut.

Мы остались довольны, лобби уютное, завтрак хороший, чай, кофе, вода в постоянном доступен, очень хорошо. Номер был на 3 этаже с видом на море, вид шикарный, довольно чисто но если смотреть на мелочи есть небольшие недостатки, но нам это не мешало, в общем хорошо провели выходные и остались довольны

Die Umgebung ist Super. Die viele unterschiedlichen Strandbars lassen keine Wünsche offen und der Strand ist weit und sehr sauber. Das Hotel selber war leider nicht sehr sauber. Jedoch wurden dreckige Bettwäsche sofort ausgetauscht, wenn man sich unten meldet.

Alles in einem war alles ok.

De kamers waren schoon maar wel letterlijk hufterproof. Er hing nog geen schilderijtje aan de muur, hele karige inrichting. Een zakelijk hotel, niet gezellig. Twee kleine glaasjes op de kamer om water te drinken, meer niet. Ook jammer: je kan geen thee of koffie zetten op de kamer. Jammer, zo goedkoop is het hotel nu ook weer niet. Voor de prijs zou dat toch wel aanwezig moeten zijn.
Ontbijtbuffet was goed en uitgebreid.

Zeer vriendelijke en nette ontvangst en goede service bij uitchecken. Goede tips over wandeling. Uiterst behulpzaam.
Enige puntje: koffie/ thee faciliteit op kamer zou pluspunt zijn.

Fijn verblijf

Mooi hotel aan de boulevard van Noordwijk. Ergvriendelijk personeel.
De kamer was netjes basic en schoon. Helaas was het bed niet goed voor onze ruggen. Jameer want voor de rest was het een goed hotel voor een mooie prijs.
