The room was clean, the towels old and fraying. The bed mattresses worn out, like trying to sleep over a hole in the sand. The pool area was very nice, but could not relax and enjoy it since there were no lounge chairs to take in the sun. Nice hotel but bed mattresses need replaced and need more accommodations.

We arrived in the later part of the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our dinner at the Prime restaurant which is conveniently located at the hotel.
We will definetly come back in the near future. Oh and we love your cats!

The hotel is a great little oasis of quiet right off of a crazy busy street. Staff are friendly and efficient. The food service is acceptable, and better restaurants are a walk (if you are confident enough to cross the street) or a short taxi ride away. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet.

I just bought an executive suite and they did not wanted to give that one because they said that is not for dogs but a single one very small, I just said no!!! I am not going to accept it so they gave me the room 214 instead of something horrible! The 118 I really recommend to people NOT TO ACCEPT IT. It is small dirty without water service at the toilette (they said it was going to be fixed once people inside!) the staff at the front desk the WORST including the coward female manager that never came out but her subordinates. I REALLY TELL YOU! Do not Go To that hotel I mean IT IS MOT A MARRIOT !!!! In the facts!

We stayed at this property previously back in January and loved it, so we booked it again when returning to the US. At check in, we have a pet, small quiet dog. We were told there would be a $35 pet fee, which we knew from staying in January. When charging the $35 pet fee, they charged us $804 pesos, which is approx $45. When I questioned her, she said, no that was correct and that it was because of taxes. I know for a fact my credit card was only charged $35 in January. I let it go as we had already had issues with our truck getting here, spending over 3 hours in the morning getting it fixed, then driving 6 hours to get here. We get to the room, all is fine until we try to put things in the refrigerator that need to keep cool, or they will spoil. The fridge BARELY cooled, I think the room was cooler than the fridge. We made sure it was plugged in and turned it all the way up. Still was not getting cold. Called the front desk. They sent someone out. He checked it, saw it was up all the way. We called back to the front desk and they basically said too bad, it’s turned up all the way. Not really a solution, we already knew that! Apparently there is something wrong with it. So now, we not only were overcharged, but have to throw away the food we had that needed to be refrigerated. Definitely not helpful front desk staff, and that was not the case in January. We will definitely be looking for a new hotel for next year.

Excellent hotel for the business traveler that needs to be close to the Mexico-Puebla highway. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful and the restaurants are both very good; my favorite is the Mexican Café with an above average breakfast brunch offerings.
There are many good hotels in Puebla and I keep coming back because their high service level and food quality.
Rooms are clean and reasonable spacious. Water pressure is very good and the bathroom has nice toiletry items.
I tend not to book the Executive Rooms as I feel it is quite a walk up/down the hill to those apartments. The rooms are the same as the main section (there are modern looking apartment in the left annex building) and are in a quieter area; the meal area is nice but the breakfast variety is better in the café upstairs.
Book this hotel whenever you need expedite service and good rooms for a reasonable price.

Hotel staff were fantastic. Room was very clean and attractive and functional, beds very comfortable. Only issue was that we could not make the shower work except in \"telephone\" mode where you have to hold it. Asked them to fix but that did not happen. Room service meal was the best I have had anywhere and I travel a lot for business. Had a made-to-order salad, carpaccio and wine, beautifully served and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. However, the last day I ordered in the restaurant outside and the carpaccio was not the same. A little dried out, hardly any greens, and there was no custom salad on the menu so I was a bit disappointed. The first meal was one of the best I have had anywhere; the second was not the note I would have liked to have ended the stay on. That said, the grounds were lovely, the room was fantastic, the housekeeping is top-notch, the doormen were also top-tier. Highly recommend.

The staff are very accommodating. We had two rooms for two nights in the executive room section which offered us a complimentary breakfast and light snacks in the evening. Drinks were cash though. Gym area was well appointed with weights and machines. Pool area is nice to spend the afternoon. Only room for improvement was at breakfast. Have more coffee, plates, utensils ready Fix the coffee machine that makes alternatives to regular coffee. Wait staff were too busy running for plates and coffee to service everyone. Otherwise, a great benefit for executive area.

Excellent hotel, from 1970's but still looks modern and very well kept. Nice gardens and pool. Also very quiet, despite being close to main streets. The room small, but very confortable, with a view to the garden and pool. Excellent bed and pillows and linen. The restaurant is excellent with good atmosphere and great food and really make you feel in an upscale place.The buffet breakfast was excellent.

I enjoyed my time here, great hotel. Except when we booked the hotel part of the reason we picked this hotel was for the wifi and tennis court. It says it has free wifi, but its ONLY IN THE LOBBY, you have to pay to have it in your room. And the tennis court is broken, and it looks to have been broken for a long time now. Still great hotel, just know these things before you book.

The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Bellboy service not so great. You have to go up a few stairs with luggage, but it wasn't too bad. Their free breakfast is not great, it could easily be improved with more variety of items. Pool was great the water was about 74 degrees.

Beware of fees if you have kids

Despite having two kids under reservation they insisted we had to pay extra. Also told us we only booked a king bed for the four of us. Had to fight with staff after a long day, not fun. Hotel is pretty nice, they just say Expedia is messed up, lol.

Nice hotel, somehow old!

The hotel was very hard to find using a GPS, and it´s a little bit far away from downtown and main city attractions. The rooms are old but clean. It has a nice pool and an amazing breakfast buffet. There is something wrong with the payment process and the staff divide bills between hotel stay and restaurant / food charges. I´ve stayed 3 weeks ago and up to this moment the charges have not showed right on my banking statement.
